Seyda has been my Magistrate for the past 10 months, and while I can say that she’s been active on-and-off due to real life obligations, I also have to say that I had that in mind when I hired her. Her primary role, from the get-go, was to finish up the old avatar project left over from the previous Herald. Her results may have taken some time, but they are more than satisfactory. In her time as Magistrate Seyda has completed 20 avatars. Each avatar takes approximately an hour and a half to two hours to complete, depending on complexity (anatomy, details, etc.).

She had also done set of 2 robes, Infinity male and female, for Herald Style Hanukkah 2015. Each robe usually takes about two hours, or more, to complete depending on complexity. That said, the Infinity robes yielded 30 different variants totaling 50 images made for the Club

All in all these tasks took her about 30 hours of work, in my humble estimation. Apart from her quantifiable work, Seyda has supported the Herald staff through discussions and critiques, helping us to make our work even better, thus making the end quality of our work much better. With that in mind Seyda certainly deserves recognition. Thank you for you hard work, and congratulations!

Since his promotion two months ago, Qyreia continues to impress. Yes, real life obligations restrict the amount of time that this Mercenary has to hang around with the DJB and Naga Sadow, but he still seems to have a knack and a drive for excellence. Having participated in 20 comps in the last two months, Q has managed to place in half of them. Ten crescents might not seem like much but Q has managed to win and place in DJB wide competitions such as our May the 4th Celebration, scoring a sweet set of customs robes.

Q has a decent little cache he has accrued since his last promotion- 3 Diamond Crescents, a Ruby Crescent, 4 Amethyst Crescents, a Sapphire Crescent and a Topaz Crescent- but he has a variety of things he keeps involved in. Since his promotion he has continued to serve as the BTL of Devil's Shroud. He is very often mixed up or in the middle of the shenanigans in our Clan chat. He has gathered a trove of 136 Clusters of Fire, 19 Clusters of Ice, 57 Clusters of Earth and a Legion of the Scholar. He continues to impress fictionally having written 7530 words between 3 Runon posts and 4 fictional activities- never seeming to waste a word.

I have to say that given the time constraints that he has, this is all a rather impressive bit. Qyreia is hard-working, motivated and makes a noble attempt to lead from the front and generate fun wherever he finds himself. Clan Naga Sadow is in my humble opinion that much better a place for his being here. Because of all this, I would like to present Qyreia Arronen with this Anteian Cross. Congratulations and keep it up, bro.
