I have watched Ryuk since the time he joined the DB and am pleased to recommend him for a promotion to PRT. He has completed his character history, as well as completing 5 Shadow Academy courses including, IRC Basics, Force Philosophy, Sith Core, Trainning Saber Basics, and CNS History. As he completed the ACC Basics course, he also had his character sheet approved by the Combat Master. Ryuk has frequently joined the clan on IRC and has talked to many of us.
