Solas has been, quite frankly, an instrumental part of the Herald’s staff ever since he joined. He’s been very proactive in his work, oftentimes asking me about work that needs doing even before I open up the topic. I respect this attitude and his eagerness to contribute to the Club. That said, Solas has done some great work in his term as Magistrate so far. His primary job has been working on Warbanner requests, thereby alleviating some of the pressure on the rest of the team. He has completed 52 individual Warbanners so far, which is quite an impressive feat.
These were not his only tasks, however. He has eagerly taken on several custom weapon requests as well, completing 7 total thus far. He has also participated in two of the three bi-monthly releases this year, one in February where he completed 2 robes (yielding 64 styles and combinations) and in April where he completed 1 blaster (30 combinations total). So far, Solas has completed a respectable 153 images for the Club.
As a final note, I should mention quality of work and hours invested, as I think these are very important factors. Solas’ quality of work has improved exponentially since joining the Staff. That is to say, he has learned new techniques and applied them successfully which I am immensely proud of. He has also invested much of his free time away from studies and work to work on all these images, which I find is the most valuable of his contributions.
