Elevation Request: Jedi Hunter Guardian Cern Unnos (9896)

I believe that Cern Unnos is ready for his elevation to the rank of Jedi Hunter. After working with Cern, he has fulfilled all requirements to be promoted to the next level. His patience astounds me and his cool level headedness about any task that I give to him. He has been helpful and eager to get stuck into whatever is going. I have seen Cern on IRC and noticed that he is always trying to motivate other members; his constant presence shows the eagerness to succeed in the brotherhood. He has achieved a dark cross recently, as well as constant activity in the ACC, already completing two fights he also has currently got one open against me. Also he has posted in the Battle Team Run-on that I have currently got going; His constant participating in competitions is outstanding competing in over ten competitions. He has also been able to achieve over eight Crescents .Being helpful is one of the many quality's my apprentice has, as well as his activity; he has not let me down yet. Since Cern has come to Clan Plagueis, he has demonstrated the maturity and desire to give back to clan and club. And it is this, coupled with his meeting the requirements, that strike me as the most important factor in his elevation. Anyone can check boxes (and he has, I checked :-p) but Cern has moved from the echelon of beginning DJBer to 'lifer' with his desire to seek out projects, competitions, and leadership tasks of his own.
