Since being promoted to Guardian, Joseph has been an activity stud. During the downtime, Joseph used his time to improve the DJB Wikipedian, earning himself the first ever title of Wikipedian of the Month. He's also completed 3 additional Shadow Academy Courses since his last promotion, and has been active on the Mailing Lists and now is also participating in the Clan Naga Sadow House Feud: Battle for Inos.

Per the CNS Promotion Trials, I believe he has easily earned 6 points for his Wikipedian of the Month work (at a VERY minimum), earned 3 points from the Shadow Academy, and his DSS would be worth a point, thus getting him to 10 points. Also, because of his extreme activity, I will substitute his Quaestor's Task for his Feud participation.

Thus, Joseph has fulfilled the requirements for promotion to the rank of Jedi Hunter. Bravo, on a job well done Joseph!
