Dannyri Panne has satisfied the requirements for elevation to the rank of Protector and thus I recommend him for said promotion. He has participated in at least five (5) competitions, earned eight (8) Clusters of Fire, and passed one (1) Shadow Academy exam. In addition to that fine amount of activity he is also active via e-mail and IRC.
