<I>Jedi Hunter Vorion stood on the deck of the water skiff in the late evening sun as he rushed toward the island where the citadel was. He arrived on the island and caught a glimpse of the enormous ziggurat crafted in a dark red stone set on Doto Rock. They pulled the skiff onto the beach and Vorion approached the citadel.<BR><BR>

The entire population of the clan and many others had turned out for the ceremony. Vorion strode up the isle to the base of the stairs leading to the pinnacle of the ziggurat. All of the Apprentices, Novices, Acolytes, Protectors, Guardians, and Jedi Hunters were standing near the back of the columns in order of rank. The Equites and the Elders were near the head of the column with the highest ranked members at the head of the column closest to the citadel. <BR><BR>

Vorion was more confidant than ever having come this far on his own. He had had only minimal assistance in his rise to power, and now all of the training was about to pay off. The countless hours studying and practicing have all led to this. Upon reaching the top of the citadel he noted the entirety of the Summit was in attendance to see the culmination of his training. <BR><BR>

Vorion stood before the summit of the clan as anxious could be. The pinnacle of the Journeyman ranks was within reach of his fingertips. It was this final choice that had to be made before truly gaining recognition within the Clan. He had to choose his darkness, his Shadowcrafting path. The ceremony was simple but the decision was life changing. <BR><BR>

The summit created a massive shadow that absorbed all of the light from the sun cloaking the entire area in darkness. The Hunter felt the shadow descend on him as the summit powered on their lightsabers cutting through the darkness. All of the Arconans on the ground who possessed lightsabers activated them as well. The darkness was cut by the rainbow that was created by all of the Clan's lightsabers.<BR><BR>

Vorion felt the shadow around him like a glove and focused on it joining it's darkness with his own drawing it closer and using it to strengthen the Arconan’s own powers. The energy within the shadow was immense and it felt like it would shred through his body. The Hunter's control over the force held the fibers of his body together until the shadow was absorbed and light returned to the planet. The power of Shadowcrafting’s Inner Darkness was Vorion’s to command. <BR><BR>

"Rise now, a Dark Jedi Knight," came the unanimous call from the summit. In front of the new Dark Jedi Knight hovered his lightsaber. The hilt shone in the sunlight and the Knight reached out and took it in his hand. Vorion thumbed the activation switch and powered on the blade. <BR><BR>

The humming felt natural in his hand as he turned to face the crowd and thrust the saber high into the air and shouted, over a thunderous applause:<BR><BR>

"ARCONA INVICTA!"</I><BR><BR>

Participate in at least fifteen activities: <BR><BR>

Vorion has done the following:<BR> Participated in the Jedi vs. Mandalorian diction comp,<BR> Completed a master-assigned Task (Kar Arbeleck Fiction),<BR> Written a lightsaber creation fiction<BR> Completed a Consul’s Task as part of his trials (fiction)<BR> Passed Pre-Republic History at the SA,<BR> Passed History of the Sith Empire I at the SA,<BA> Won the Ashura’s Blackguard Challenge (CNS)<BR> Helped create Arcona NPC Wiki Pages,<BR> Helped create the Disciples of Ragnos Wiki Page <BR> Participated in the Arcona RO – Selen,<BR> Volunteered to help with the Character Sheet Beta testing,<BR><BR>

On top of this already sterling effort, Vorion has slipped into the role of Galeres Aedile seamlessly and has already started a clan-wide competition dedicated to improving Arcona’s wiki pages. This, as well as working closely with his QUA and BTL on various member issues and even attending an hour-and-a-half-long entire Arcona Summit meeting have proved that he has the dedication and drive necessary to wield a saber.

Do one, or a combination of:<BR> -Earn fourty Clusters of Fire<BR> -Complete five battles at the Antei Combat Center <BR> -Write fifteen pages of character-based fiction<BR><BR>

In addition to creating an extensive Wiki page for his character, Vorion has also written numerous fictions for his trials that easily overreach the fifteen page marker<BR><BR>

Write either a High-quality fiction detailing the creation of your lightsaber, or create a high-quality graphic depicting your lightsaber.

Vorion has written a high-quality lightsaber fiction<BR><BR>

As Vorion has completed all of these guidelines, and more, I would like to respectfully request his promotion to Dark Jedi Knight. <BR><BR>

I've known Vorion during his time in House Marka Ragnos: being his (former) Quaestor it’s a little hard not too. Vorion came over to HMR to help out and make a difference. He is an active and dedicated member whose concern is looking out for the members of this club. Everything you've already read in this promotion recommendation boils down to three simply things; hard work, dedication and activeness. As Aedile, Vorion is sure to take these three things and work towards a more friendly and proactive environment. Elevation Request: Guardian PRT Bal Demona (10059)

It is with great pride that I request Bal Demona's elevation to Guardian. Since his arrival in Clan Plagueis, he has stood heads and shoulders above his peers and quickly distinguished himself as a future cornerstone of the Clan. And I am honored that he has embraced our Clan as family so quickly.

Since his elevation to Protector, Bal has collected one Legion of the Scholar (another on the way for questions this week), a Dark Cross (for an absurd amount of SA courses), started his Wiki Page (http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/wiki/index.php?title=Bal_Demona), completed more Shadow Academy courses (ACC INIs, Advancement Survey, Conflict Mediation, Training Saber Basics and Test of Wisdom), been constant on IRC (#plagueis) and started his ACC Qualification battle with Quejo; in addition to completing his character sheet and history (fusing his ToW, Wiki and CS together). It is the mark of someone whom has shown mastery of his elements and is ready for progression to the next rank. Last, but not least, he has participated in both the Proconsul's Caption Contests, as well as a BT competition.

Since achieving the rank of Protector, my Student, Kara, has completed both the Test of Wisdom and Advanced Test of Wisdom. She's recruited two new members earning her two SoIs. Taken the Wiki basics course, plus started on building her own Wiki page. She has participated in the Consul's Current Events competition and submitted questions for his weekly Trivia Competition, earning her an LS, and has been a constant on IRC.
