It is with distinction and pride that I recommend the elevation of Lucien. As I review his work over the past year and a half, since his last promotion, I am strong of the opinion he has served the Brotherhood adequately to merit this long overdue promotion.

Lucien's personal activity has been admirable over that time. He had led by example during two separate conflicts, collecting both Seals of Alliances & Seals of Conquest. Additionally he has collected two crescents (Sapphire & Amethyst), clusters of fire, proven his dark side knowledge (2 legions of the scholar), wrote for the Dark Voice (Dark Side Scroll) and received a Dark Cross & Steel Cross. This does not include his IRC presence - a medium he utilizes to encourage participation, mentorship and communication between leaders and envoys.

As a leader, Lucien has served with authority and ingenuity. Shortly after his last promotion he was elevated to the position of ProConsul, where he learned under the Grand Master Emeritus Chi Long... before being thrust into the limelight of Consul of Plagueis. A position he held for some time - a task that would be beyond most Equite 1's. Lucien gave a great deal of time and energy to this position: defining the Acarr System (including the creation of a working, moving graphic), re-opening Battle Teams and giving them activities and purpose, creating lanes of open communication between Clans (Working with Arania to host inter-Clan competitions) and the normal duties/tasks of a Consul (Reports, Member Administration, Filling positions, etc). Lucien did this while serving as Clan Envoy - a position he has revolutionized - and greeted/mentored many of Plagueis' prominent, now serving members.

Now, Lucien serves under the banner of Scholae Palatinae as the Proconsul. He recently assisted us in our massive undertaking in the Seventh Great Jedi War that helped us attain the title of Second Clan. His personal activity and mentorship of young members helped spur a second half rally that not only overcame the pressure from Tarentum, but served as a catalyst for several new members success within the Clan. He delivered eight posts in the clan run-on, twenty nine JA matches, eight matches in the BF2/EaW Ladder, eight fiction entries and seven entries for the Poetry/GFX Ladder. He was an all-star for our Clan, delivering a major performance when the Clan needed a rallying point.

As I have said, Lucien is a dedicated and driven member. He has proven himself a capable leader and future member of great import within Scholae Palatinae. For his eagerness to mentor, his excellence in Envoy work and all the small things I cannot remember to include... I request his elevation within the Equite Class.

I cannot say this elevation was unexpected, as this member has continually stepped forward and delivered for Scholae Palatinae time and time again. Showing an uncanny ability to learn and develop initiatives of his own, Yzarc has proven himself the master of the Brotherhood mechanics that helped him attain his current position and the adoration of his peers. Today we honor his work in the GJW, Trials of the Dragon and his ability to step in as a Leader.

Scholae Palatinae battled through the Seventh Great Jedi War to attain the prestigious title of Second Clan. Under the banner of the dragon, fifty three (53) individuals contributed to our final standings - assisting in a multitude of manners across a broad spectrum of events. Of these warriors, I present this individual of great achievement before the Master At Arms to be rewarded for their contributions in this Vendetta.

Contributing two, solid run-on posts for our third overall piece, forty nine matches of Jedi Academy, twenty three matches of Empire At War, fourteen (amazing!) ACC matches and one fiction entry (for full marks!)... it was apparent we could count on the young Journeyman. Additionally, with several forced Leaves of Absence during the war, this man stepped forward in House Caliburnus to ensure that our Envoys system flourished in the final four weeks of the Vendetta. Not only was he responsible for juggling these newfound responsibilities of sending welcome e-mails, follow-up letters and weekly mentorship communications... but he found time to carve his mark on CSP's war effort.

For his Trials, Yzarc was tasked in several arenas of 'Brotherhood thoroughness' that we seek for in their training. His activity section was completed twice over in the GJW... and thus, I'm pleased to report finished. However, we also tasked him with completing his Character History (the big one in a word file, not the DB one) and converting the information to his Wiki Page. He has accumulated pages and pages of fiction, all of which has helped him fall into his character even more wholly. Additionally, he has completed leadership tasks... writing a House Report (very clean code and concise content), writing a recommendation (he contributed on a promotion request for a JH) and a small five paragraph essay on the import of contacting new members (where he introduced some new ideas for consideration at the Clan level).

Lastly, I would be remiss not to mention his work as an Aedile. He has developed several competitions (one of which will be running relatively soon for House Caliburnus), oversaw contact on this rush of new recruits, delivered his reports on-time (Envoy reports and AED reports) and promoted new members as they become eligible for advancement. He is also a contributor on major Clan Projects such as the Fleet Reset, CSP Paths (Imperial Knights) and the scripting of future clan-level competitions and clan restructuring. His ability to easily step into these roles are a testament to his mastery of the Brotherhood and I am honored to advance him unto the rank of Dark Knight, awarding him his lightsaber.

I am honored to present Obelisk Hunter Dante before the Master At Arms for elevation to the prestigious rank of Dark Knight. His commitment to excellence, experience as a leader and commitment to the ideals of the Clan were tested throughout the Seventh Great Jedi War and he passed every test imaginable that one would face in a normal series of tasks assigned in the Trials of the Dragon.

In his campaign, Dante single-handedly compiled 267 matches of Jedi Academy (keeping us in the bonus we so desperately needed), compiled 139 matches in the BF2/EaW Ladder, wrote four entries for the Fiction Ladders (advancing his character) and another six entries for the Poetry/GFX Ladder. He was, far and away, a Champion of the Clan throughout this Vendetta and it serves as a perfect test to show his mettle as a fully capable member of the Brotherhood. Additionally, he has previous leadership experience in the EHDB (no, we don't hold this against him) as a CON and it shows in his informative discussions with myself and Phoenix as he helps us pick through tough decisions ranging from staffing, to training and fictional aspects of the Clan.

Beyond a doubt, Dante deserves this promotion... so we can set him on his path to Dark Adept. Once more ;-)
