I am requesting a promotion for my student Brema-sedul. Although he is really busy in real life he made sure to keep with his studies slowly but surely. In the time since his last promotion he has completed the Krath Core, History of the Sith Empire I, Training Saber Basics, Marksmanship and Weapons Basics. He has competed in a few weekly House and Clan Competitions including Weekly Fun Games and also in the DB Jedi Academy Ladder. For his first Master's Task he has completed a short story on how we first came to meet. Hel-pa Sklib is a great member and does a ton of stuff. He came in 7th overall in the recent Rite of Supremacy. He did so much for the clan during that time. HP helped with ideas for the first round Battleplan and did all three fiction events. Sklib and Jac’s debates got the clan first place in that area. Sklib also played in the ACC and had 3 wins and 3 losses. He also played a ton in the gaming ladder. He had 29 wins and 8 losses in JO, 12 losses in JA, 1 win and 4 losses in EaW, and 11 wins in the Team gaming ladder. His work in the RoS was spectacular and his work for Dinaari is greatly appreciated. Sklib took over AED around when the RoS started and then had to take QUA very quickly when Erin left. He was up to the challenge and is doing great at QUA, He helping his members and some from the other houses with any questions they have. He does all his QUA duties in a quick and timely manner, and he does it all well. He is on IRC most of the day and his email turn around time is great. He is enthusiastic and always willing to do something for Duga or myself. Sklib is one of our best members and does everything he can to help Dinaari and Taldryan. For all your work I here by promote you to the rank of Obelisk Templar. Congrats Sklib, you have earned this.

I echo all Chaos’s thoughts and add to them. Before the last major conflict Sklib was already doing great as a normal member. Sklib did tremendous in the Rite of Supremacy, coming in 3rd place in the Clan and 7th place out of up to 180 players in the Brotherhood is no small feat. Since then though is when he has really shined.

No matter how the result of the Summits were doing, no matter if I was here to help him, he kept up with reports, he talked to his members, he showed up in gaming events, and he did everything a leader should do in most every respect. He’s had activity trackers in on time, every month, which is a huge plus for any leader. Competition wise, Sklib has jumped in many himself like the Bryar Bowl I and II, the SHAFT events, the Kashi Mer Talisman Run-on, and several others since his last promotion. He has ran at least two good competitions as well that I can see.

Overall though, Sklib is awesome and deserves this promotion. After nearly seven months he has excelled as a member, in a time of war, as an Aedile, and as a Quaestor. Sklib is a great leader for Dinaari and will continue to influence many new members for a long time to come I’m sure. I thank him for his devotion to the Clan, and his friendship, and even keeping me in check with things at times. Congrats, you earned every bit of this one.

Max has recently come back to Clan Plagueis...in that time, he's shown great dedication since being paired with me as a Master. He's played me many times in Empire at War, asked my assistance to qualify in the ACC and even started a battle between us. He has completed a Master's task of writing a two page fiction on being paired with me as his master and coming to Plagueis for the second time. In his tenure of almost a year as Guardian, Max has earned numerous awards, such as: 2 Emerald Crescents, 1 Quartz crescent, 3 Topaz Crescents, a Seal of Darkness, a Scroll of Indoctrination, and 102 Clusters of Fire. While Max has only been back in Plagueis for a matter of days, there is no doubt in my mind that he is ready for promotion. Congratulations, Hunter, and good luck on your Knight trials!

Jagan...what can I say about him? He's an outstanding and excellent leader as well as member to wrap it up in a neat little package. Ever since he came back to House Exar Kun a short while ago as a Guardian, he was very eager to get promoted; something a Journeyman at that level needs. He was very anxious to get a leadership position, applying for two spots before being picked as my successor as HEK Aedile. There is no one who I would rather be in my old spot today than Jagan. He is always doing favors for me, such as promoting Journeymen or lodging medal requests, which is very helpful when Rollmasters cannot do such a thing. As my friend Niman, Jagan's master, has told me, he's an excellent student, completing many small things, the most recent on my mind being assisting Consul Aabsdu in the ongoing Wiki project. Jagan has served Clan Plagueis and House Exar Kun exemplorary. He has been an invaluable help as Aedile to me. Jagan is my first student, and I feel like he's done everything I could've ever expected and then more. I got him as a Guardian with spotty activity and he seemed a bit unreliable at the start, but once I gave him his trials for JH I knew he was much more. He completed those rather well and earned the rank of Jedi Hunter. Somewhat following in my footsteps, he applied for Aedile of HEK and got it. He started doing some of his duties there, and quickly got the hang of it. Then, once he came back from LoA he began his Trials for Knighthood.

He went through them with relative ease, while keeping up with his regular AED duties and participating in multiple competitions and coming on IRC regularly. Jagan, is a great member and has earned the rank of DJK. I know for a fact that if he keeps this up that he will progress beyond the rank of DJK. Another amazing quality of Jagan is that he has some skill and experience in the three main aspects of the Brotherhood: Gaming, Writing and Graphics. He has shown me his skill in both writing and graphics, and his sixty-two Clusters of Fire (thirty of which were earned as a Jedi Hunter) has shown his gaming ability.

On a logistics level he's completed three Shadow Academy courses, earned a Dark Cross and earned a total of eight crescents while participating in even more competitions than this. He has also released four Aedile reports and has done a good job with the HTML formatting. In closing, Jagan has done enough to earn the milestone rank of DJK and I know that he won't end there. Jagan is an excellent member and an outstanding leader. As Aedile, he has released regular reports that keep the members informed, as well as ran several competitions to promote activity. He also created an awesome Wiki table that I have been using to pwnify Plagueis-related articles, and I have continued to use the same table over the past month. During his time as Jedi Hunter he also earned eight crescents, thirty Clusters of Fire, and a Dark Cross. Finally, he has completed all of the Trials of Knighthood, writing a fiction for his master as well as reading a forty-six page run-on and turning it into a Wiki article for his Trial of Plagueis (note that the Wiki article task is finished, but still being reviewed by me).

Jagan has only been a Jedi Hunter for two months, yes, although he's been in the Brotherhood for two years. Overall, though, Jagan's excellent IRC activity, email turnaround, general activity, awesome leadership, and dedication to not only Clan Plagueis and House Exar Kun but the Brotherhood as a well makes up for this small amount of time. Phoenix has served CSP in many roles over the past 22 months, but the most important and impressive service has come in the last eight months during his reign as Proconsul. Phoenix and I have had limited contact in the brotherhood, I'll be honest. What I have seen from him however, is more than promising. He toils long and hard and without expectation of a reward, which is a rare thing these days. And he does so for both the glory of his clan, and for the brotherhood in general, which only serves to amplify my respect for him. Having worked with him in a fictional sense, I have to say that his ability to keep a story going, with more nuances and subtleties of hidden stories, is downright admirable. I appreciate his abilities, as not only an author, but also as a leader, and a good example to others. I believe that Phoenix is more than ready for a well-earned promotion. Elevation Request: Sith Warlord Phoenix Olkyssagh d'tana Palpatine (3612)

Phoenix is a friggin' beast. Since becoming Proconsul, he has completed a multitude of projects for Braecen; handled the sticky statistics and activity tracking with the Summer Games and day-to-day activity; and inspired us with his enlightening insight. He has created numerous competitions for the Clan to keep the strong activity while we waited during this period between the RoS and the GJW; and acted as a Clan "enforcer," making sure that the conduct and overall atmosphere of every facet of communication is appropriate and light-hearted. Yet, he has still managed to hoard those Clusters of Fire and expand his Crescent collection as I taught him… what a smart boy.

However, the aforementioned are not the reason why I like him and am writing this recommendation. I love his zero tolerance for idiocy and his willingness to give his own, uncensored, opinion and thoughts on just about anything! Pho tells me (and others who ask of his opinion) what I am doing right, what I am doing wrong, and he is not edgy about it at all. Moreover, when I ignore his excessive profanity and grammar mistakes, I find myself proud that I have such a wise, caring friend.

Phoenix is the coal. Of course he's ugly, stinky, and nobody really likes him (just kidding :P), but without him, we would be stuck on the tracks.

He is a silent pillar supporting a balcony full of loud annoying people. He is the water filtration system, taking out all the crap and making sure that we only get the cleanest, finest water to drink and use. He is the bow-and-arrow, the one responsible for making the kill when we are out on the hunt.

He is my friend.

Phoenix is quite simply, unique. As a long standing member of CSP, Phoenix has done a lot of work for the Clan, things most average members never see. While Phoenix and I have often not seen eye to eye on things, over the time I have worked with him as part of the summit team, I have come to respect him and understand him. His drive and focus has always been to see the Clan succeed, and he has put tremendous effort into that goal. From his work in helping to organize the feud between Arcona and CSP, his work in tracking clan activity, helping to develop the fiction of the Clan, to his tireless efforts to maintain the standards and ethics in our clan channel, which separates CSP from other clans, Phoenix has worked hard. It's hard to really list everything Phoenix does, but I know that in all he does, he places CSP first, and is dedicated to seeing this be the best Clan it can be. I think he has more than earned this honor, in appreciation of his efforts.

Battlelord Phoenix Olkyssagh d'Tana Palpatine is the true Sith Battlelord of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. Phoenix’s activity, efficiency clearly shows his dedication to the Brotherhood and to Clan Scholae Palatinae and his loyalty to this community just as unquestionable.

He is regularly updating the clan mailer, taking away the work of that from my shoulder. He keeps the clan up to date with the gaming competitions, once again a very important task. He is a core member of CSP without his work this clan wouldn’t be as effective as it is today, every project he works on is vital for Clan Scholae Palatinae, and meanwhile he has time to be on mIRC the main bloodstream of DJB.Many thinks Phoenix isn’t an easy man, i can defiantly prove this theory wrong. Phoenix has great values, such as compassion, sense of humor and empathy. If you search for a role model, Phoenix is the one you are looking for. I cant really detail what he is doing for the clan because it either will be too long or too short. He is THE leader, in activity, skill too. He doesn’t expect more from you then he does. Just look at his dossier if you want to see how active he is, he can be proud of it, and we can be proud to serve under him.

Phoenix has every ability what a leader needs, has the activity what many in this organization is lack of. To summarize this, Phoenix is a rolemodel for the leaders and members in the same time, motivating and inspiring them to raise higher in ranks and activity. I may not have been in the brotherhood for a long time, at least not as long as Phoenix, but I have seen a lot of his activity over the past time since his last promotion. A virtual monster in terms of activity, he has not sat still, although a lot of his activity is behind the scenes. Phoenix was an integral and instrumental part in the CSP/Arcona feud, co-writing the fiction in unison with OPM Koskian, organizing most of the events and keeping in constant touch with the whole team along the way.

His achievements don’t stop there, Phoenix is at all times in constant contact with the clan, providing members with the needed reminders for Gaming nights, ICTE, Competitions, and regularly stimulating the members to be active. Proconsul Phoenix has provided a steady force in enforcing the channel, keeping the peace where needed and reprimanding those that went out of line. Phoenix keeps track of all activity within the clan, and also provides a good deal of activity as well, skilfully delegating tasks to those below him, but keeping a keen eye on their implementation and inception, as well as evaluating all the results, and charting out the performance of each comp, making adjustments where necessary.

His activities don’t stop at working in the clan, he’s as much, if not more, active inside the Clan as he is outside, providing a constant liaison with all other clans in the brotherhood, keeping connections where necessary. Phoenix has also been one of the forming members of the newly appointed appeals-panel of the Chamber of Justice, providing a valuable opinion on cases concluded by the Justicar.

Phoenix has provided a constant presence in the brotherhood, helping members where he can, and has been working hard to keep that level activity most have grown accustomed to. It is my sincere opinion he more then deserves elevation to the Rank of Sith Warlord.

It is odd how a Proconsul, whom serves with fervor and great tenacity can be overshadowed by a peer exhibiting those same traits. Today, it is with great pride that I can correct that injustice by honoring Phoenix's accomplishments and commitment to Scholae Palatinae.

As an individual - and role model for his subordinates - Phoenix has accrued several honors and demonstrated the ability to compete in various Brotherhood, and Clan, competitions since his elevation to Battle Lord some two years ago. In that regard, this proud Son of Palpatine has collected two hundred and three (203) Clusters of Fire, thirteen (13) crescents (7 Quartz, 3 Emerald, 1 Sapphire & 2 Amethyst), three (3) Pendants of Blood, two (2) Seals of Dominance, four (4) Seals of Darkness, Bronze Nova, eight (8) Legions of the Scholar - collected for hosting, creation and competition in IRC Trivia, a Dark Cross, a Grand Cross of the Dark Side and a Sapphire Blade. Additionally, he has shown his valor in two Vendettas (Clan Feud & Rite of Supremacy: Second Darkness), countless Brotherhood-wide competitions (Gaming Nights, ICTEs, SITs & Outer Rim War), and Clan-wide competitions (JA Training Nights, IRC Trivia, House Feuds, Clan Events - Halloween Horrors, Tourney of the Fox, Summer Games). All in all... Phoenix has led by example and provided those whom he is tasked with watching over a viable example of what we should all strive for.

You ask, what level of leadership, or mentorship, has he provided since he accepted his duties as a Son of Palpatine? I tell you... every facet. Phoenix has served as a Battle Team Leader (2 months), Quaestor of now-closed House Dorimad Sol, Knight Class Envoy (Clan Envoy) and Proconsul (8 months). During his tenure, he has had a hand in every development, intrigue and change of Scholae Palatinae. Primary amongst these changes is the way our Clan runs and the values that fuel our basic social contract - rules of interaction - to help the Clan prosper. He offers insight into promotions, advice on running competitions or directing traffic/managing subordinates, and finds ways to compliment myself on a daily basis to provide a dual-edged attack for stability and growth for each individual, without sacrificing anything for the whole. And he does this by adhering to the values and rules we have - together - decided upon and enforced for the past eight months.

What projects merit this elevation, you ask? And be sure to not include aforementioned projects on the Sapphire Blade recommendation, I hear you chime in! Phoenix's Sapphire Blade - a testament of his longstanding leadership - was awarded for his day-to-day administrative skills that, over six months, would have worn/torn down the strongest of members in the Brotherhood, in addition to his ability to craft and launch a Clan Feud with Arcona. Today, we honor his contributions to the growth of CSP. Phoenix has provided insight/feedback on the Legions of Scholae Palatinae, the CSP Corps, the CSP Fleet, the CSP Prospectus, the Dark Paths of Scholae Palatinae (major development in Character Development within CSP), contributed hundreds of pages of information - diluting it to its core - for the development of the "Paths" project, wasted countless hours drafting 'additions' and 'bonuses' for the core of the Paths Project to give more depth, hosted - and moderated - several Clan conclaves (massive clan meetings to discuss developments), helped in the direction/development of a new Clan Site, helped mentor/groom future/current leaders within the Clan, and helped establish the framework of the Cocytus System (CSP Dominion) re-draft that depicts: planet size, gravity, history, continents, political outlook, military assets, landmarks, cities and more! (Judecca - primary clan world - registers at 11 pages of detailed information), and he has helped guide our new Clan Envoy (Zeron) as he assumed the post unprepared for his sudden elevation.

What does Phoenix mean to me, you ask? Phoenix is a source of lifeblood for our Clan. His ability to bridge barriers of age, maturity or Clan provide a crucial, and integral, aspect to the Clan's overall growth within the Brotherhood. Additionally, without his insight and - surprisingly - calm influence on me, I fear that I would not have been able to weather the storms I have thus far encountered. Phoenix, while not an activity dynamo, has proven to be a pillar of the Clan and a cog in which we cannot work without. While our work is far from done, he has laid all the groundwork for me to coast on... I can best describe it with an example: Phoenix is the man that mines, molds and lays the iron for which the train (CSP) can run on. While he allows me to show-off my writing skills on high-profile projects... I could not do it without his positive criticism, new ideas and ability to take what I present him and make it a full, functional product.

Phoenix, this promotion is long overdue. I hope that I have the honor of seeing the next one, too!
