Since his return to Tridens, Archean has volunteered to be a leader both at the team level, and then at the level of Quaestor once more. In teaming with Welshman, Archean has been able to instigate another impressive return to activity from Tridens, and has led the way with activity of his own.
Since his return to Tridens, Archean has earned over 130 Clusters of Fire, several Crescents in competition, as well as rewards from the last major DB-wide events. In addition, Archean's history shows more since his last promotion, over one year ago.
Archean has kept consistent in his dedication and progress within Tridens and Tarentum as a whole. He maintains a good amount of active communication both on IRC, as well as via email. He takes pride in this Clan and in his House, and shows it through keeping up with me on necessary tasks, such as making sure that his House's members get rewarded for what they do. He keeps his House members up-to-date on pertinent information through House reports sent to Tridens mailing list, and encourages his members to communicate together through that mailing list, as well. He and Welshman work to present fun, easy competition for their House members, and the competitions submitted for House Tridens have shown that, in addition to Archean and Welshman working to provide competitions, the members themselves are encouraged to put forward competition ideas, to become an active part of the House from both sides, and are trained for future leadership. In short, he is doing his job, and he is doing it effectively.
Archean continues to be a source of activity in the run-on, "In The Shadows II," and is a source of motivation for the rest of the Clan. He does not simply concern himself with Tridens, but sees the Clan as a whole as his ward. He acts as the Quaestor of Tridens, and ensures that the House is cared for, but his concern and actions go beyond that, as well. He helps new members with advice and friendship, when they come to IRC, he helps work to make sure that new members to his House find their place, even if it is in Gladius, and also works for the betterment of everyone as a Tarentae, giving insight and opinion where and when I need it as Consul. He is a vital piece of the Summit puzzle in this Clan, and I can honestly say, I believe he has been kept at the rank of Warrior to the point of being held back. He is more than deserving of promotion, and he has my appreciation, and that of his House and Clan, as well.
