Ricco Vao has been one increasable member since joining Taldryan more than a year ago now. In the last eight months as a Dark Jedi Knight his work level and enthusiasm has reached new heights. Let me take just a little time to note many of his accomplishments in this time.
Late last year Ricco took on the spot of Assistant Envoy in House Ektrosis. Serving well under Alanna, he mentored several new members continuing the success that the House has had with new members for some time now. Once House Archanis was approaching re-opening, Riccos name had been mentioned by a few for a move to Envoy and Rollmaster of Archanis. I was confident then he would do the job well and I can see he has fulfilled all my expectations and gone beyond them at this point. Ricco is on top of all his Envoy related emails which is an outrageous amount if you look at them over a months time, helping the new members and other Journeyman members with their trials, yet still he has the time to think up things such as Clan competitions and being a fully active member of the Clan himself. After four months of excellent Envoy work, he needs awarding.
What stands out above all that is Ricco has been involved in over 15 competitions in the past six months, plus did an outstanding job in the Rite of Supremacy placing 44th overall out of over 180 Brotherhood members. He joined in and placed in many of these competitions including House and Clan Run-ons, several MTs, DB events like the JSTs Banner and the Dark Covenant Design. Ricco was clearly an active and contributing member of the Clan when he was nominated for Best Newcomer and Most Active in the Clan Taldryan Tallys last October.
Lastly, Ricco has put forth insane work for the Dark Voice Newsletter and especially the Clan in the graphics department. He is single handedly reasonable for many of our Clan Possessions having artwork with them, with more to come Im sure. He stepped up with a new Tal Times logo and banner design for awhile ago. When we came out with the overhauled KrTal System, Ricco had a very nice system map set for the main page there. What Im getting at is Ricco is an all around great member that has put a ton of effort and time into the Brotherhood, Taldryan, and Archanis. He is always willing to step up and help out, not to better him, but the group in general. I really respect that.
For all this and much more that I could spend hours talking about, Ricco Vao is definitely in need of a promotion to the rank of Krath Priest. Congratulations my friend, well done!

Ricco Vao has spent the last three months serving as Envoy and Rollmaster for House Archanis. During that time he has always been quick to welcome new members to the house, as well as assist the current ones in any way that they need. He sends out congratulations emails any time somebody gets a medal, as well as a promotion. His congratulations emails for promotions also include the tasks which need to be completed for the person's next promotion. Ricco also is extremely good about keeping Fire-Knight and myself informed about what he is doing with the members through CCing us on his emails. In addition to his current work as ENV/RM for Archanis, Ricco has never been officially recognized for the four months that he worked as Assistant Envoy in House Ektrosis after receiving his promotion to Knighthood. Because of the difference in size between Houses Ektrosis and Archanis, Ricco is doing roughly the same amount of work as full Envoy in Archanis as he was doing as the Assistant Envoy in Ektrosis. Furthermore, Ricco has worked for the Dark Voice to provide graphics since September of last year. While I don't know much about the work he does behind the scenes for the DV, I see the end result in every issue and all of his work looks nothing short of amazing. Ricco has done plenty of good for Taldryan and the Brotherhood as a whole, I can think of no better way to honor his work then with a promotion to the rank of Priest.

Ricco has been on the Dark Voice staff since September of 2006 and ever since he joined he has been continuously creating graphics for the publication. He has been very easy to work with even when I haven't been the best at describing what I want in a particular graphic. He always seems to understand what it is that I'm looking for and does not hesitate to create several varities for me to choose from. He has even come to me with many different graphics he has developed, including the new gold colored set seen in the 2007 Exodus issue and an entirely new set that will be seen in coming issues. He is extremely quick to create the specialized article headers when I ask for them and I have never had to delay the publication for graphical reasons. He is highly reliable and extremely hard working. The Dark Voice has benefited from his work to date and will continue to benefit from his artistic vision. I cannot award him enough to express how grateful I am to him.
