Have you ever seen the show "The Tick"? Well...Rasilvenaira is the Arthur to my Tick. You see, Arthur was smart and the Tick was kinda slow. My point, before I divulge too far, is that House Caliburnus is built around the work Rasilvenaira has done. After a long tenure at Aedile in House Acclivis Draco, she came over to House Caliburnus to help me rebuild the house. I can say in all honesty, The only reason I am still Quaestor is because she kicks so much tail. Her work ethic is pristine and she breaks herself to be involved.
Among the list of things she has done, there are tasks of all sizes. This woman can multitask like the Goddess Shiva. She has created a website for House Caliburnus, and when she was not content with the layout, she changed it entirely. She has integrated images of the House Caliburnus Compound, Which she created. She has routinely reported. She has Participated in and ran Competitions on the House and Clan Level. She has even made a huge impact in both recent Vendetta events for Clan Scholae Palatinae, the RoS and CSP/ARC Feud. If you look at her dossier, it is full of goodies. Then, look at her fictional backing! She has done more work than anyone I have seen! Rasilvenaira's worth is self evident. She Manages ACC Duties, AED Duties, Trivia Duties, Gaming Duties, and still makes time for herself. I could go on for hours about all the things she has done, but I don't want to waste your time.
Rasilvenaira's awesomeness is reflected in everything she does. I can not say anything more than she is the best Aedile I could have ever asked for. She even makes sure I get home alright after I have drank too much. It is comforting to know that I can have her work on any task I need and not have to worry about it. I am glad to call her co-worker, but more so friend. I have worked with her for a long time now, and I hope it continues far into the future...Mostly cause being around her makes me look good!!! Rasilvenaira StormRaven is one of the most active, dedicated and loyal members I have ever had the pleasure of befriending. She is always willing to play another game, have an ACC battle, help with a fiction story-line, character development, and competition idea or to just share rum and cookies and listen when you feel like ranting about the ever elusive RL.
As the new KCE, Rasilvenaira has been a source of great support to me she is always available to help, give advice or input, provide more ideas, check over documents, be a guiding hand with certain members
basically being my fall-back when I need it. When I took the mantle of KCE, she immediately sent me all her old documents, data on the houses, letters, as well as the old website files just to make sure I didnt get stuck on anything.
As my Aedile she, again, supports and encourages, running competitions, recommending promotions, awarding medals, generally taking care of the administration with drive and authority. She does this not just for those members she likes and gets along with, but also for those that try and test her patience- in essence, a true leader.
Everything she does is done with grace and gentleness, making sure that the member is pushed to just beyond what they thought they could do. Her guidance forces you to find another high, another ability you didnt know you had, pushes you beyond the limits you impose on yourself to find your true potential.
Silver was part of the ACC Team we set up for the Rite of Supremacy, checking over countless posts, helping members with Force Powers, reminding them when to post, giving ideas when the creativity ran out, and encouraging them to take on just one more battle to ensure that Scholae Palatinae could win the event. She also took the time to congratulate every win and helping those who lost to get back up and try again. Without her constant nudging, many members not have taken part or just stuck to one or two battles
never realising what they could truly achieve and many would have given up after losing that first battle, but they are still at it, trying to get better.
ACC Trainer, Judge, Live! Judge, member of the GMRG, JA trainer, Aedile, EP for the Test of Endurance, a pretty busy schedule for most people, but through all of this she still makes time to take part in every and any competition she can lay her hands on, submitting fictions, gaming, writing poetry, updating her character website and wiki as well as constantly working on the house websites.
Congratulations Ras, you deserve this more than most I am proud to call you my friend.

I present Rasilvenaira StormRaven for elevation to Sith Battle Master with great pride and honor. Very rarely in my time with the Brotherhood have I found a member worthy of rapid ascension through the ranks, but knowing her I can attest her readiness for such honor. Silver transcends what any Consul could ask for from their members; she is a blend of initiative, ingenuity, mentorship and responsibility. And she is ready for the rank of Battle Master.
Clan Scholae Palatinae recently attained the honor of Second Clan in the Brotherhood Vendetta "Rites of Supremacy: Second Darkness" compiling 330 Clan points - outstripping four rival Clans to affirm their right as an Elite Clan. For contributions, participation and tenacity to ensure the Clan's wartime efforts... I recognize Rasilvenaira's effort. Compiling 317 individual points in the MP Gaming, Fiction & ACC Events and taking the rank of 3rd Overall in the Vendetta. And acting as one of the two Antei Combat Center Event Captains, she was responsible for continual e-mails to members (reminding them to post), tracking opposing Clan activity in the ACC, reporting CSP success in the ACC and working with members about general inquiries into ACC mechanics.
Additionally, Rasilvenaira has accrued a most impressive collection of accolades since her elevation to Sith Warrior. In that time she has been awarded eight hundred seventy-seven (877) Clusters of Fire, twenty (20) Crescents (2 Ruby, 2 Amethyst, 6 Sapphire, 7 Emerald, 1 Topaz & 2 Quartz), four (4) Legions of the Scholar, eight (8) Pendants of Blood, a Seal of Dominance, nine (9) Seals of Darkness, a Silver Nova, a Seal of Foundation, a Dark Cross (assisting the CON), three (3) Anteian Crosses (ACC & Gaming Staff work), a Steel Cross, a Grand Cross and a Seal of Loyalty.
But numbers are not enough to merit advancement - alone - in the Equite ranks. Silver has done an exceptional job as both a Clan Envoy, Aedile and Clan Mother. In each position - official or unofficial - she has shown the natural ability to take direction, produce projects on her own (House sites, Fictional Development, Clan Mentorship), communicate (with Leaders & New members), reports to her charges/superiors (weekly reports) and guide the direction of many members in Scholae Palatinae. Her work in the Antei Combat Center is phenomenal, as she has been recognized twice - in five months - as the ACC's All-Star. In that field she acts as a mentor to members whom have trouble with the mechanics of combat writing - conducting herself in a professional, sage-like manner with each member. As a member of the Gaming Staff, Silver helped with general maintenance of the Brotherhood's Gaming Servers and helped Lucius code out a Battle Front 2 server (that we hope to have on-line soon). Additionally, she serves as an Eclectic Pedagogue for the Test of Endurance; where she has already made a list of possible improvements, graded multiple exams and works to help people sort out issues with the exam - should they experience any.
For being a role model member, an extraordinary leader, a masterful mentor... and so many things that I will never be able to quantify or describe with words... I nominate Rasilvenaira for elevation in the Sith Order.
