As SCL, Rax ha been a major catalyst for change to the structure and foundation of the brotherhood website. He was the driving force behind getting a system of standards for implementation across the site. He has developed numerous new tools, including a complete rebuild of some important items like the tournament scores script. Most importantly, he has completely redeveloped out functions and include files. The DB site is in much better shape than when Rax first stepped in as SCL. The DB owes him a debt of gratitude.
