Maarek has continued to be an active, dedicated member of Tridens, and is conducting himself in a manner that makes him an example among the lower-ranked members of the House. Elric has shown himself to be a dedicated member of this Clan. He has worked hard to stay active within the Clan run-on, and has also kept in good contact with myself. He has been in the Brotherhood for over a year, and has not yet received the rank of Knight; some likely would've fallen into inactivity by now. Elric has shown his own personal motivation, and I appreciate his presence in Tridens. The House benefits from having him as a member, and I believe it is high time that he is shown the gratittude that he deserves.
