On behalf of Envoy Erdon: I am seeking the promotion of NOV Hawili (#7772) to Protector. This is one that actually slipped through my fingers unnoticed and it's a shame. Hawili has completed the Leadership Studies course, the ACC Initiates course, and received an Emerald Crescent from a Plagueis competition. This fulfills the requirements for promotion and it has gone unrewarded did the 9th of July. Let's fix this.

Kromtal has been very helpful since joining Gladius. He is very determined in helping the house and clan in every possible way. As a master, he offered his experience to the entire clan and now his apprentice is kicking ass in the GJW and doing wonderful for a newbie. That's terrific since we were lacking in the "skilled new blood" department. Not to mention that he’s always around on IRC and he is always there to help or chat with. <br> <br> And as an EP I had the pleasure of seeing Kromtal working with Anshar for the SA. He is helping the SA a lot and I'm not the only one that thinks highly of him, all the people that had the chance of working with him would approve me. <br> <br> Since 4 months is a lot of time, I can only apologize for this due promotion. As a member of his House Summit, I get regualr reports on his activity but not only. <br> <br> On the Brotherhood level, he has shown great stewardship in his various positions. He has: updated the SA website; has done coding for the SA redesign project; graded approximately 150 SA exams (in July alone); worked on the fictional content on a sensitive DB wide project; and has done most of the coding for the KCB's website. <br> <Br> Kromtal has proven to be a great asset and loyal member of House Gladius. To such an extent, that no mere medal could do justice to his sterling performance.
