Primary reason: Ceric has been a active member of the House and clan. With competing in several competitons, doing a single SA Exam, and getting qualified for the ACC, massive message board posts, posting on the new HOO run-on several times. being on IRC and in contact with the summits at any time. He has been active alittle bit on IRC after getting a few connection problems solved, always entering in House trivia and even making a few suggestions for the House and Battle teams as well. His work ethic is one to be admired, though I have only been in contact with him for the last two months he has been active and kept in contact with Halcyon prior to that. His time as a guardian has well been served. I and the Clan Summit feel he is worth by the DB and Arcona's standards to be promoted to the next level.
