Following the Conclave of the Inner Circle for the Month of October 2005 the Clan Summit, Inner Order, Black Guard and Sons of Sadow hereby acknowledge their request for the elevation of Krath Priest Shin'ichi Endymiron Keibatsu to the rank of Krath Archpriest.
Shin'ichi, otherwise known as Tharivol, is a very long standing member. While he might seem new to most new people those who know him best remember him from a time long before the Split. Since returning to activity a few months ago Tharivol has quickly reclaimed his place as one of the most active and enthusiastic members of the Clan. In his first month back you could hardly go anywhere without seeing evidence of his work somewhere as he was quickly offering his graphical expertese to people wherever they needed help.
He is a very active member, albeit a traditional Krath. He takes part in various activities and is highly present on IRC as well as the mailing lists. He has performed admirably as a Master and his Apprentice is very nearly a Dark Jedi Knight, and is also future leadership potential.
I'll move on to a few recommendations I've collected, while these are only the formal written ones it should be noted that there were many more voices of approval at the Monthly Conclave:

without asking for recognition. He has a very creative side, which he puts to good use with creating graphics and items for CNS. Thank you Tharivol.

Shini'ichi Endymiron Keibatsu (Formerly known as Tharivol) has been of significant value to the clan. He has generated graphics for the clan entire, in the form of wallpapers, sig banners and site graphics, as well as helping with coding issues throughout. His work has always been without need for direction, as he is a self-motivated person. Always willing to dive into a project, his drive to make the clan a better place in the brotherhood, Shin'ichi works without expecting reward, the truest example of what the Brotherhood stands for...to have fun helping others have fun. It is with great pride that i am allowed to reccomend Shin'Ichi for the rank of Krath Archpriest. Well done, Shin'ichi.

Since re-joining Marka Ragnos, Shin'ichi has gone from strength to strength- as well as participating actively in competitions he has spent time and effort creating graphics for the Clan, from websites to desktop wallpapers. I am proud to have him as my Black Guardsman, and I fully support this promotion to Archpriest- he more than deserves it.

Shin'Ichi is a true asset to our Clan, and his Order as well. The guy is always helping people with neat graphics, works hard, and is a pleasure to know. I find he is always willing to help people out at any time, and does things above and beyond the call of duty quite often.

Therefore in recognition of his work the Inner Circle believes it only right that Tharivol recieve a long earned (4 years in fact) promotion to Krath Archpriest! Consider it a wedding present :)
