Welcoming new members and filling regular reports with me and the Aedile, he has also managed to build up a rapport with the members which is essential for serving in the House Summits. He has also been forthcoming with recommendations regarding awarding of medals and promotions and has been an overall efficient member of the House leadership structure, as such I feel this promotion is the least he deserves. -Welshman (QUA) I concur with Welshman's recommendation and, as Sato's master, I can say that he has continued to impress me with his dedication, both as an Asst. He completed his character history, a task that has been a staple of new member activity for years. He introduced himself on the message boards, and completed his order's CORE course. He proved a desire to advance by managing to participate in the recent ICTE, without being able to connect to IRC; a feat deemed near impossible by others. By talking with his peers, he was finally able to connect, and joked with everyone in a clan channel. In that time, he has demonstrated the ability to read between the lines for my assignments and give me what I really want: not crap I already know, but to demonstrate that he is fully capable of understanding and realizing the subtle intricacie of reading. A skill necessary towards his goal of being a writer for the DB. Where other "vaunted" writers loudly proclaim their own skill, Archean has already demonstrated his ability to surpass them by being able to do what they cannot do and could not fathom of doing - reading carefully.
