First, let me tell you that it is with a lot of pride, and gratitude that I recommend this promotion.

Phantom is my Apprentice, and I kept my eye on her ever since she has joined the Brotherhood. In fact, she is more than just Apprentice, she is a great friend as well. We get known eachother well, and this as well allowed me to keep track on her activity.

And she would even bend over backwards if it meant finishing what she started. Phantom has never refused to complete tasks I was assigning her, and what’s more, she always comes with her own ideas and suggestions.

Phanny is a loyal person, not only to the clan, but even to me, always smacking people with her hot damn, if they pick on her Mistress.

She has fully earned this with her work and commitment, deserved our respect and apprehension.

Phantom has been a valuable asset to Marka Ragnos since her joining. She has been active in many competitions, from the battle team level all the way up to the DB wide events, including a strong showing in the RoS. She has helped increase our clan's showing at many gaming days, and has been nothing if not a strong contributor to the clan.

For some time now, Link has been one of the most active members of Marka Ragnos. She has spent plenty of effort trying to spur her Phyle into participating in the Krath Rite of Supremacy, and she herself showed admirable participation in the Clan Run-on. I think it is possible that over time Link will continue to be as active as she can, and will show herself as a great Tetrarch and a great member. Plus, her wacky sense of humour, almost-ridiculous message boards presence (over 1000 posts, already?!) and excellent IRC presence mean that Link is always around if you need to talk to her. I write to recommend Guardian Link Vortex for promotion to Jedi Hunter. Since appointment to Tetrach, she has encouraged her phyle to be active, while setting the example with a high level of activity herself. I admit that its not been long since Windos' last promotion, but I believe he is well deserving of this one. He has continued to be his active self, but recently he undertook a project that was daunting to say the least, near impossible at most. Windos voluntarily (with my approval) took command of the Keepers of the Night Circle and did his best to get it going.

He held competitions, sent out his reports, and showed great potential. His skills and dedication far outmatch his current rank of Guardian and I can think of no better way to show that he has proven himself, that he has furthered his skills, than by a promotion to Jedi Hunter.
