He's been a tremendous help to me for the last eight months. He performed above and beyond the call of duty, actually being able to thik for himself and making the right decisions by taking the initiative - a seldom trait in nowadays younglings. Not only has he made the Lord Marshal's office functioning by setting up and maintaining the LM's webpage, but also has, together with Arania Aquillarum Lawakiro, been leading the GMRG for the last months. With Demos absence, he made sure that the GMRG still fostered, even THOUGH he and Arania were told to not go ahead with actively improving the guard as that was not there job. Yet again, he performed above and beyond the call of duty, together with Jasru and Arania constructing a set of proposals aimed to improve the GMRG's heading and activity all while it was in a deadly downspiral.
