On this day the 26th of December in the year of our Dark Lord 2004, I would like to reccomend Prelate Jade for promotion to Exarch. Vally has been a cornerstone for this clan as long as I have known him weathering all the storms the clan and Ziost have faced with out complaining or asking for any reward. He consistently helps the summits come up with new ideas, is a master recruiter consistently bringing new life to the clan and is also one of the few people representing our house in multi player combat. This is one of the fine members that is consistently overlooked for promotions and awards and I would like to correct that with this well deserved promotion.

Vervain has completed two tests in the shadow academy, one of them being the leadership and scoring an outstanding 94% on it. At his low ranking it shows me that he knows the above average content of the DB and proves that it is time to be ascended to the rank of Acolyte.

I, as the Aedile of House Acclivis Draco, and with the blessing of the Quaestor and the summit of Clan Scholae Palatinae find that Protector Revan Vilks has completed, to the best of his abilities, the requirements for elevation to the rank of Guardian as set by the House Acclivis Draco summit.

He has under supervision of the summit completed the Krath Run-on course at the Shadow Academy. Together he and I jointly submitted a fiction piece for the CSP Inter-Clan competition. He has also brought honor to himself and the House by placing in both the ACC Morph Hall Competition (3rd) and 3rd in the CSP Personal Quarters event.
