Clan Satal Keto has been on a long and bumpy road. We have been plagued with a general inactivity and a difficulty in finding the niche that our members require to perform well in. However, there have been brilliant bursts of hope from a few of the members, and I must give credit to SWM Vessicant for it. He is the AED of a multi-order House, a difficulty, in itself, to manage well. Nevertheless, he has done his part for the Clan despite being a Sith surrounded by Obelisk. His efforts during the Capital Gains competition for the Clan contributed greatly toward the Clan's direction in the Order of Battle. Speaking of which, Vessicant has been the 1 voice for the proper establishment of the Clan's craft, for the OoB, proving him to be quite knowledgeable and an asset to his order. Bounding orders is not beneath him either. As some in the multi-order environment might sit back and let the different orders remain segregated, Vessicant went in head first to the opportunity. He is active in ALL Clan activities that are Obelisk related (as well as Sith) and was even hailed by his Quaestor, an Obelisk, as a "most active member... " in Kirleta. Beyond that, he has been supportive of the Krath as well. Often regarded as a 'Krath' platform, Vessicant has succeeded, more than necessary, in the ACC. He garnered an impressive amount of points for the Clan during the Sith War's ACC portion - a feat in itself, (considering the Order-driven competition) and currently holds the rank of "Fighter". There are also the other items that make Vessicant more than an asset to CSK, be it; mission creation, his mentorship of other members and his untiring support and help with projects for the Clan, to name a few. These are all 'medal worthy' accomplishments, some have even been awarded already, but I'd like to go a step further. SWM Vessicant has fulfilled his role as a Sith, an Obelisk and a Krath and a Warmaster - a true multi-order member of the Brotherhood, despite his Sith affiliation. He has provided for himself and his stature - but beyond that he has provided for his Clan and the lesser members within it, by acting across the Orders to try and make the Clan prosper - often going far beyond what is necessary. As a ProConsul, I do not have the power to promote to this level, but I feel that I must recommend, as strongly as I can, that SWM Vessicant be promoted to Sith Warlord.

Working as AED of Acclivis Draco and participating in his Jedi Trials, Kschamehellan has shown a dedication to Brotherhood more than worthy of a promotion to Dark Jedi Knight, and finally being awarded a lightsabre. My student, PRT Ramser (# 3806), has completed the following criteria for promotion to GRD:

1. Completed the final Krath Exam at the Shadow Academy.

2. Completed the Master's task given to him - HAD Char Profile.

3. Completed sactioned DJB competition - 1st place in the "Create a Squirrel/cat character" competition.

4. Completed an ACC battle against approved member - GRD Issard Jokaat (he lost, but i think it still counts :) Aside from meeting this criteria, he's been in steady contact with me and seems motivated to continue his training. I feel that he has spent suffient time and energy in his DB activities thus far, and would therefore like to recommend him for promotion to GRD.

I believe the JH trials will be the real test for him and the chance to prove his metal, and I'm eager to see if he makes it. I will do my best to push him in this endeavor.

I completely agree, I think that Protector Ramser has followed all of the steps necessary under the old system, which we'll honor. He has officially completed this phase of training. I fully endorse the approval of his elevation to Guardian.

Mal'ari'carun has proved himself an essential part of Clan Taldryan ever since his arrival. His contributions as Quaestor of House Ektrosis have been numerous, and are of great benefit to the Clan. He has managed to reign in a House made up nearly entirely of young members and turn them into very active contributors to Clan Taldryan and the Dark Brotherhood in general. His actions in the past months as Quaestor more than warrent his promotion to Krath Priest.

Protector Zill is Cestus' most active member, and is a great inspiration for the entire House and Clan. He's an active participant in all things Obelisk (and even Sith, as can be seen with the last Sith War), continuously participating in the Interclub Training Event, and other Brotherhood activities. He's offered alot of suggestions to aid in the improvement of the House and his Brigade, and I feel he is very well deserving of this promotion.

DarkTraveller has served Ziost with a loyalty i have not seen for a long time - he was instrumental in aiding his fellow obelisk members in the RoS comp for which he attained the majority of the awards. I think Cannabisa said it best: “X-Pilot is an awesome Sergeant, one of the best I've seen since joining the Dark Brotherhood all those years ago.” XP’s constant leadership and inspiration has helped lead Cestus and Tarentum to where they are today. He has even established a JO sever in Tarenum's honor. X-Pilot is a valued member of the Tarentum family and as such, the Cestus and Clan summits have sought it fit to promote him.
