As required by the Master - Apprentice program of Byss, Cipher has completed her Third Trial, the Trial of the Force, and proven her knowledge, power and skill in the Darkness. Her mastery of the Force is excellent, her skills as a Krath are great, and she is a motivating and solid force within the House.

She has served tirelessly since she joined in activity, promoting and taking part in House competitions, run ons and KMT's. As Tetrarch, she has motivated and performed her duties to the excellence I have come to expect from her, and I can no longer keep her from the glory that is her Destiny...

Warmaster Demosthenes is one of Arcona’s leading figures. His activity level is an example to all, and his leadership skills are many. He’s done a large number of things since his return to Arcona last December, most notable of which is getting the second highest score of the entire DB in the Third Sith War, in which he was one of the people who led Arcona to a great second place overall there. He’s done much for Arcona, and I believe it’s time to reward him for that.

It’s been one and a half years since his last promotion, and in that time, both before and (most importantly) a while after the split, he has been an asset to Arcona. He has not received anything for his works since he rejoined Arcona at the end of December 2003, and this promotion is more than deserved.

Demosthenes JediShaFT-Serpenti, for all the work you have done for Arcona and the Brotherhood in general, I hereby promote you to the rank of Sith Warlord. Well deserved, I might add.

I respectfully recommend SWM Demosthenes JediShaFT-Serpenti for the rank of Sith Warlord. He has been an incredible asset to me as AED and to the Clan, heading up the Arcona Battleplan for the Third Sith War. He has shown extreme dedication to Galeres and Arcona, and deserves to be rewarded beyond my own rites to do so. He deserves this promotion.

Honoured leaders of the Dark Brotherhood, today I come before you requesting the elevation of Krath Priest Strategos Thanatos Entar to the rank of Krath Archpriest.

Krath Priest Strategos T. Entar has been one of the pillars of Arcona in the last six months. He’s been active on multiple platforms, giving an excellent example of how Multi-Order activity should work, and he has, in the six months since he was last promoted, continually held a Summit position in Qel-Droma: first Aedile, and the last three months Quaestor.

Fact is, he’s never had any reward for his work in the last six months, except a Grand Cross in December 2003, which was largely for activities long before that. In this year, he hasn’t received anything at all, which is rather shocking for someone with such talent and such an activity level. This promotion is quite a bit overdue, but it’s the least I can do to repay him for what he has done for Qel-Droma and Arcona.

Strategos Thanatos Entar, for your tireless and excellent work in the last six months, I hereby promote you to the rank of Archpriest. May you achieve even more in the future.
