Upon recommendation from various members I wish to request the elevation of Phoenix to the prestigious rank of Dark Jedi Knight.

Phoenix is a shining member of activity in the Sith Order, and one of the most active in his House, by far. While he may not be the most talented, he plays whenever he is able and is a great example for his House. In contrast to the view of many, activity should be rewarded as much as skill, and this is such an example of where such reward has been earned. Phoenix has been constantly active, not only in multiplayer events, he has also done his best to hold his House together in his capacity as Rollmaster. He is frequently on IRC and always has helpful suggestions to any issue. All in all, Phoenix has certainly earned the right to construct his lightsaber :)

There are few people within the history of the Dark Brotherhood who have been as consistent in their vitrutes as DA Keidagh "Yacko" Cantor. Over the years, Yacko has displayed the strongest loyalty, the most furvent determination, and the the clearest vision. His dedication and superior motives are diamonds in the rough.

Since the split, Yacko has been a beacon of security for the Dark Brotherhood. His appointment to the position of Justicar is one of the finest decisions made by the Grand Master. Yacko has held his charge within the brotherhood to a higher standard and has committed himself to justice and fairness. The age of the unjust and unfair High Court was replaced by a more compassionate and understanding, yet fair and stern Chamber of Justice.

As the Justicar, Yacko has displayed the ability to control situations as they arise. He has helped to control the Message Boards, IRC Chat rooms and Comment Centers. He has lead members through fair trials and decisions of their peers. He has stopped problems before they errupted.

Further from his job, Yacko is a shining example of a great member. His conversation is light, his ideas are many and I value his wisdom above all else. He has been an invaluable asset to the Grand Master and the Dark Council. Without him, the Dark Brotherhood would not be what it is today.

It is with the above in mind, that I do hereby bestow upon Keirdagh Yacko all the rights and priveleges of an elevation in rank.

Yacko, you now join the ranks of Dark Jedi Masters. May your new power lead you to further glory, and may you know that the brotherhood is grateful for all that you do.
