For that reason I would like to Promote the third in the list, that would be Vessicant! He has been keeping up with his duties as QUA to the sith house despite the fact that ever since the split our sith had been hurt badly. The quite small number members of the house coupled with the unfortunate lack of interest on their part, while the DB can not offer them a replacement for the old flying Sims, didn't keep him from trying as hard as he could to keep the ball rolling, constant weekly reports, mail contact, running competitions even though the chances of someone taking part were miniscule. He never gave up on the house! And he works with us at clan summit when ever he can , doing what ever we might ask him to do. currently he is helping with the csk home system as well for example, as volunteering for a Master spot to help a newbie along the way up to the day he receives DJK. <br> My wish to award him with this promotion goes to satisfy what I feel he has done as QUA over quite a long period of time with the same unwavering dedication and to motivate him to get every thing ship shape for the future. <BR> We would need a leaders willing to pay close attention to all of their members needs large or small. <BR> It will be a hard way in front of us, but one that can be navigated if every one had the proper motivation! :)<BR><BR>

He has been an asset to the house starting of as an involved and active member way back under Az, he has been an exemplary SGT, but again with new positions comes new responsibility and dedication! In Brat's case that could be seen as soon as received the elevation to AED. he basically just exploded! and that in a great way! :) immediate communication with the house, with introduction timely reports and willingness to help out with hard earned cash, and I am talking here about the JO and JA servers that he is hosting for Kirleta and letting all the DB members use!! He has been also helping me with the clan home system project that I hope we would be able to put under wraps soon!

He has been an asset to the house starting with high activity as AED, covering for Waza on a couple of occasions, being on time with his reports and leading by example participating in competitions on house, clan and db level. He went on to take QUA position after Waza quit, and as you know, a higher position eaquals higher responibility and dedication.

You know, it is with a lot of pride, and gratitude that I request this promotion.

Shadow Warrior has been at his current rank for some time now. In this time, he has had various spurts of activity, but has remained dedicated to Tarentum while he has been here. He constantly seeks things to do, and frequently asks me if he can help with things, how he can improve, and seeks to better himself to be ready for a position to lead.

Shadow Warrior has come into his own groove as a leader in this Obelisk Rite of Supremacy. The amount of points he has personally scored has managed to move Tarentum up from a position of trailing very badly, to actually having a chance to place in the finals of this competition.

I would be denying Warrior his proper reward, I believe, if I failed to recognize him for this rank elevation. He has worked hard these past few days to give Tarentum a fighting chance, and is truly coming into his own right within this Clan.

Keep up the hard work, Warrior, and you will never let yourself down. You've earned this, you've earned the thanks of the Clan, and our sincere gratitude.

Korras has passed a startling amount of courses as well as completing their character history. They have also written and submitted a comic star wars set of new years resolutions. This level of activity clearly reflects that of a PRT as opposed to an ACO hence the reason for this promotion request.

Scorpio has been doing a lot of stuff lately in the Shadow Academy, and after talking with him, and getting to know him a bit, he seems really excited to get out and start playing JA for the Clan. I'd like to encourage that, and am grateful for his attitude. I think he's been doing well, and truly hope he continues to do so. To honor his dedication, his enthusiasm, and the effort he's put in, I find him worthy of advancement in rank.
