You know, it is with a lot of pride, and gratitude that I request this promotion.

Shadow Warrior has been at his current rank for some time now. In this time, he has had various spurts of activity, but has remained dedicated to Tarentum while he has been here. He constantly seeks things to do, and frequently asks me if he can help with things, how he can improve, and seeks to better himself to be ready for a position to lead.

Shadow Warrior has come into his own groove as a leader in this Obelisk Rite of Supremacy. The amount of points he has personally scored has managed to move Tarentum up from a position of trailing very badly, to actually having a chance to place in the finals of this competition.

I would be denying Warrior his proper reward, I believe, if I failed to recognize him for this rank elevation. He has worked hard these past few days to give Tarentum a fighting chance, and is truly coming into his own right within this Clan.

Keep up the hard work, Warrior, and you will never let yourself down. You've earned this, you've earned the thanks of the Clan, and our sincere gratitude.

NexusMage's activity has been quite high recently. On top of placing first in one of the December KMTs, he has been active on the message boards and continued to take several Shadow Academy courses. Because of this, I believe he has proven himself worthy of a promotion to Guardian.

Korras has passed a startling amount of courses as well as completing their character history. They have also written and submitted a comic star wars set of new years resolutions. This level of activity clearly reflects that of a PRT as opposed to an ACO hence the reason for this promotion request.

Scorpio has been doing a lot of stuff lately in the Shadow Academy, and after talking with him, and getting to know him a bit, he seems really excited to get out and start playing JA for the Clan. I'd like to encourage that, and am grateful for his attitude. I think he's been doing well, and truly hope he continues to do so. To honor his dedication, his enthusiasm, and the effort he's put in, I find him worthy of advancement in rank.

DJK Pheniox has been doing a great job as AED. During my absence he built the house up and got every one situated to where they wanted to be. He put in a SGT that has been doing a great job holding the Battleteam together. He has done more than i can imagine in the time i have been here. He has reported in every week right on time and truly deserves a promotion to Obelisk Templar. ~OT Ric Gravin, QUA of HPG

As Consul of the clan I agree with this promotion. Pheniox has been a great asset to HPG and I doubt that it would be doing as well as it is without his aid.

Jason has struggled lately, but I don't think any member of the DB can say they have never had struggles in their lives. I realize that it has been hard, at times, to find the motivation, and I've talked with Jason, and he knows his situation at this point, but in the end, he's been trying to keep on, and not give up. I think as he puts more of himself into this, and remembers that it's not for himself, but for the House, he'll begin to reap the rewards that mean more than any medal or promotion. I'd ask and advise you never to forget that, Jason, for as we realize that we're serving others, and providing them with enjoyment, we'll see the real benefits of being a leader.

I find Jason Hunter worthy of advancement to Archpriest, and offer my congratulations.
