As the Codex indicates, the Steel Cross is awarded to an individual for their extended service to one’s House or Clan. Such duties include aiding one’s Quaestor or Aedile, as well as being a mentor to others.

Upon the discloser of Caliburnus, members were split and placed into the two remaining Houses. Rasilvenaira was a Rogue member at the time but upon her return, she decided to join up with Dorimad Sol. She was very interested in becoming active again and immediately did so.

As a senior member, she is not required to compete in some of the lower level competitions made specifically for Journeymen. Unlike for them, it doesn’t really enhance her dossier, but she competed all the same, allowing the reward benefits to be greater for the journeymen of her House.

With her experience in the past, in the ACC, I asked Ras to help out some of the younger Journeymen looking to qualify. She got to work, helping pre-train them for the ACC and copying me on the mock-battles. In the end she became Clan trainer.

As Quaestor of Dorimad Sol I would like to recommend Rasilvenaira StormRaven a Steel Cross for all the great work she has done for the House and the appreciation for all the work she has done in assisting to train Journeymen in the ACC.

<p>As the Codex indicates, the Grand Cross is awarded to a member who has shown exemplary work in their position, demonstrating a keen understanding of their surroundings and helped to further their planned goals. </p>

<p>At first I was skeptical about appointing someone, as my second in command, who was not of my Clan. This however was dimensioned when I saw the application I received from Jeric Cyrin. As if he read my mind and put my own thoughts on paper, his application was exactly what I was hoping for. </p>

<p>Even before Jeric was made officially my Aedile, we had a long three-hour discussion over House plans and changes, which may be set in the future. He became quickly accustomed to CSP and immediately got to work on what I required to him, as my second-in-command. Doing tasks such as; creating Journeymen competitions and dealing with troublesome members. </p>

<p>Since before when I was House Roll Master, I kept a spreadsheet on all house journeymen and carried that information on. I set Jeric on the task of keeping it up-to-date, and he did so without any complaints. As our Roll Master had seemed too have been busy in real life, Jeric was also the one to send out the welcoming letters to all new recruits. Jeric took the initiative to complete some things needing updating on the wiki, but informed me of what changes he did, keeping me informed, for which I appreciated. </p>

<p>He suggested that he should be in charge of the battle teams, leaving me concentrating on other House tasks. Though I had to ‘cover’ him when he was on LOA, he took back to those duties immediately on his return. Also being on LOA didn't stop him from answering my emails or doing some tasks I assigned him. </p>

<p>As well as bettering the house, Jeric continued with his own studies, receiving his Maven in Flight and also getting a Seal of Loyalty for the Day of the Fox, showing great loyalty to the club. </p>

<p>As Quaestor of Dorimad Sol, I would like to recommend Jeric Cyrin a Grand Cross for all the superb work that he has done for the House and for me. </p>

<br/> <p>I have not been in Scholae Palatinae very long and only met Jeric Cyrin when I took up the position of Proconsul a few months ago and already his professional attitude and perseverance during busy and stressful periods has impressed me. In the relative short timeframe of three months, Jeric made himself be felt in House Dorimad Sol and the Clan as extension. HDS has pulled itself out of the shadows of both Caliburnus and Acclivis Draco and became a true pillar of power in CSP. This cannot be attributed solely to this member, however his actions as Aedile of this House have most certainly had a great influence. </p>

<p>As the Brotherhoods Codex tells me it is an award given to those who have shown exemplary work in their position, demonstrating a keen understanding of their surroundings and helping to further their planned goals. If I consider the work Jeric has done since attaining Aedile and compare it with what the Grand Cross of the Dark Side represents, then I can only come to the conclusion that he is worthy of this honour.</p>

<p>Jeric Cyrin is the prototype of the perfect Aedile, always there, a sounding board for his Quaestor and a source of creativity not often seen. Combine this with his remarkable ability to find a problem and simply solve it instantly and you have the makings of a great leader. Congratulations Jeric, you earned this!</p>
