All of Qel-Droma was gathered in the shuttle-bay to see the departure of their Quaestor who, being appointed the next Proconsul of Arcona, had prepared his ship for a journey to Arcona's main base. Before entering the shuttle, the ex-quaestor called Tissaya with him, and together they held a short speech:

Not only have we scored a lot of points thanks to your efforts during the feud, but you also showed some good activity in the past. I'm sure we'll see more of you in the future. I wish you good luck and a happy time in Qel-Droma and hereby I award you a Star of Antei and a promotion to Dark Jedi Knight.

Stepping forward, JaM3z took one of the medals from the box in his hand, and placed one on Ktulu's robes while Tissaya handed Ktulu a lightsaber and new robes.

There are few members in the history of the DB who have managed to put in a more consistent and large amount of time than Telaris Cantor. The Lord Chamberlain is always available online and always watching out for the best interests of the DB and Dark Council. He watches the channels for disruptions, keeps bad situations from getting out of control and he is a constant reminder to all of what dedication is. Since his appointment to the position of Lord Chamberlain, Mav has done a lot to contribute to the Dark Brotherhood. In his short time he has established a small but powerful ally base for us, taking some of the best clubs online to our aid and working constantly with others to establish a friendship. He has been instrumental in designing the DB foreign policy, rules and regulations and has helped diffuse the situation between us and the EH. Along with this, Telaris has created the Inter-club training event that has largely been a success between our club and others. His work has also led him to the agreement over an Inter-club academy. These are great accomplishments that should not be ignored. Lastly, and perhaps most important, Cantor has been a valuable advisor to the offices of GM and DGM. He can normally speak for the leaders when they are unavailable, and always has sound advice on topics in discussion. He helps to keep the offices informed of events and makes the jobs a lot easier. For this, I strongly reccommend that Telaris "Mav" Cantor be alloted the rights and priveleges associated with being a Dark Adept.

In the short time of its existance, the Antei Combat Centre has seen astounding success. With almost 140 matches and 800 posts, the ACC is the new pinacle of activity in the brotherhood. Xizor, the Combat Master of the ACC, has had the largest influence on this success. His work in coordinating judges, finding trainers, and promoting the ACC has made for a great start. Xizor has also been the primary author of manuals that will help emmensly with ACC activity. More than anything though, Xizor displays a drive for success and a love for his job that surpasses most everyone in the DB. He strives for perfection in all that he does, making sure tht what he does is correct and successful. He has a great love for the ACC, and it is that which will push our new activity addition to the next level. For this, I reccomend that Xizor be elevated in rank.

House Acclivis Draco has a set training/promotion program for members below the rank of Dark Jedi Knight, with each rank having a different set of increasingly difficult tasks. Novice Kschamehellan has successfully completed the requirements for the promotion to Acolyte.

In the past few weeks, Dark Sabre has shown a wonderful amount of activity, including: - Posting on the message boards - Frequent e-mail to me - On IRC almost everyday for at least an hour (and talks, not idles) - Participating in EVERY Ektrosis competition - Winning joint third in the August KMT

For his excellent service and activity, I hereby recommend Acolyte Dark Sabre for an elevation to Protector. He has truly earned it!

Novice Beowulf is new to Arcona and Galeres but if he had been placed there when he first requested, he would've significantly contributed to our standing on the JO ladder of the recent feud. He played two matches, one in CSK and one for Arcona. The results of both were disqualified because of the mixup but it remains that he played two matches. What made me want to promote him was that he is also very active. While not spending as much IRC time as Protector Elessar, he has shown up frequently and he has participated in the ICTE with me and we have sparred together in JO. He looks extremely promising as a new member and I think he has done more than enough to warrant a promotion to Acolyte.
