There are few members in the history of the DB who have managed to put in a more consistent and large amount of time than Telaris Cantor. The Lord Chamberlain is always available online and always watching out for the best interests of the DB and Dark Council. He watches the channels for disruptions, keeps bad situations from getting out of control and he is a constant reminder to all of what dedication is. Since his appointment to the position of Lord Chamberlain, Mav has done a lot to contribute to the Dark Brotherhood. In his short time he has established a small but powerful ally base for us, taking some of the best clubs online to our aid and working constantly with others to establish a friendship. He has been instrumental in designing the DB foreign policy, rules and regulations and has helped diffuse the situation between us and the EH. Along with this, Telaris has created the Inter-club training event that has largely been a success between our club and others. His work has also led him to the agreement over an Inter-club academy. These are great accomplishments that should not be ignored. Lastly, and perhaps most important, Cantor has been a valuable advisor to the offices of GM and DGM. He can normally speak for the leaders when they are unavailable, and always has sound advice on topics in discussion. He helps to keep the offices informed of events and makes the jobs a lot easier. For this, I strongly reccommend that Telaris "Mav" Cantor be alloted the rights and priveleges associated with being a Dark Adept.

Novice Beowulf is new to Arcona and Galeres but if he had been placed there when he first requested, he would've significantly contributed to our standing on the JO ladder of the recent feud. He played two matches, one in CSK and one for Arcona. The results of both were disqualified because of the mixup but it remains that he played two matches. What made me want to promote him was that he is also very active. While not spending as much IRC time as Protector Elessar, he has shown up frequently and he has participated in the ICTE with me and we have sparred together in JO. He looks extremely promising as a new member and I think he has done more than enough to warrant a promotion to Acolyte.

NOV Sykes has completed the courses needed to get his promotion. He has made also other courses (like the Obelisk ones) in order to get more knowledge about the DB. Sykes has also participated in the current feud between Arcona and Satal Keto, being an important member for Oriens Obscurum. I think he deserves his promotion for his oustanding activity. Every Sith Houses need someone like Sykes.

Dranik hasn't been in the Clan for long, but he's already impressed me with his ability to find the drive and desire on his own. He's taken several of the SA courses, and passed with excellent scores. He has also completed his character history, which is the requirement in Gladius for promotion to Acolyte. Not only do I think him worthy of that, I consider him worthy of praise, as well, because he seeks out other opportunities through the ACC. As he needs the rank of Acolyte to begin in the ACC, I see no reason to hold him back further, and recommend him for promotion. Well done, Dranik.
