Khobai approached me to see whether I would recommend Xuthen for a promotion given she's rogue at the moment, and therefore Khobai is unable to. A list of recommendations followed from various people (in no particular order). Given these recommendations, I have no hestitation in backing them:

Khobai -

Anyways, Xuthen has done a lot for the Obelisk, she hosts a server (on demand) for JK2, and she's participated in more than one Obelisk tournament. She was also a very active and productive member of House Qel-Droma of Clan Arcona. I think Xuthen definately deserves a promotion to Jedi Hunter, she's done a lot to help both the Obelisk Order and House Qel-Droma.

Jamez (former QUA) -

I really want to back this recommendation. Xuthen has been one of the most active members of House Qel-Droma and I would have given her this promotion in a very short time, however she transferred out. Xuthen really deserves Jedi Hunter. She has participated in nearly every comp available in the house - including the Feud - and has done several Shadow Academy Courses. Further, she has a good Message Board and a really good IRC presence. A (I hate to say, but former) pillar of Arcona, to say.

Strategos (former TET) - I couldn't agree more. Xuthen is a really nice girl and really deserves the promo. It's truly a shame that she decided to go Rogue at this time. I would've loved having her in Qel-Droma (and Prophecy) for a little longer. Too bad it didn't happen.

Mejas (former CON) - Xuthen is indeed a very talented and committed member of he Brotherhood. Her work within Qel-Droma was geatly appreciated. She holds a fantastic participation record, has an excellent IRC presence and is well respected and admired by both Clan Summit members and peers alike. Arcona will always recognise your talents Xuthen i-Sa'onserei ui'Ifrionn, you are in my eyes, going to be a great contributor in the future of the Brotherhood and you thoroughly deserve the rank of Jedi Hunter for all the work that you've done.

Alot of the time, I delay promoting members a bit longer, but in Spears, I see a talent that has yet only begun to be tapped. I hesitate slightly, because I don't want to step on the proverbial toes of Jason Hunter, the QUA of Gladius, but this is an honor I'd like to assume that Jason would agree wholeheartedly with me on.

Spears continues to be one of the most active members we have on IRC. Not only that, he also participates largely on the Clan message boards, and has also shown his ability to win competition by winning the motto comp for the ACC. Spears is constantly asking around through email, or on IRC about things he can do to be more active, and to help the Clan, and I always like to see that from newer members. His enthusiasm and willingness to serve has even been tapped by our Sith members in Tridens, by way of Hammerhead CMDR Oberst, who asked specifically asked for Spears to assist him with the project of Clan History.

It is my recommendation, and honor to request this, that Spears be promoted to Protector. My congratulations, and respect for his continued support of Tarentum, go with this request.

Shaithis has been a role model for the entire clan for a long time. He is consistantly active even when the rest of the clan is in a down time. He has deserved rewarding for it for a long time, therefore it has reached the point where a promotion is more than appropriate.
