Primary reason: I literally could not ask for a better Aedile than Ernordeth. This guy is incredible. He has consistently gone far above and beyond my expectations both in the things I've asked him to do, and the things he has undertaken on his own initiative. I asked him to help me keep our activity tracker Google Doc up to date, and he has consistently had it updated before I could get to it including several times when there were multiple dozens of medals awarded all at once. He took it upon himself to email each member on Tarentum's roster each week and has successfully brought back several members including Frosty and Dox. He has been a constant positive presence in our IRC channel, helping me to mentor our younger members and rally them to participate in last month's competitions. He has racked up a crazy amount of gaming over the past month. He has also been in constant contact with each new member and although it's still a small sample size, our retention rate has become absolutely stellar as a result. One new member just submitted an advancement survey with perfect marks and I believe it is in large part due to Ernordeth's efforts to remain in constant contact. More than all of that, however, I want to recognize Ernordeth because over the past few weeks I've been going through some family issues in real life and have been unavailable for a few days. Despite being new to the position and relatively new to the Brotherhood, Ernordeth stepped up to the plate and kept everything running perfectly when I couldn't. It has been a huge weight off my shoulders to know I can rely on and trust Ernordeth as my second in command. Tarentum already owes him a debt, and I hope this can begin to show my appreciation for all he has done.

Not only that Cat has earned herself entrance to the Antei Combat Center by passing the ACC-Basics exam and getting her first Character Sheet approved, she has started on her personal Wiki-article with background information about her life before the DJB. In addition to her other achievements that make her worth a promotion. These achievements were as stated below: - She has logged into Taldryanâs IRC channel and the Brotherhoodâs Teamspeak channel, where she has talked to several members of the house including myself. - She has passed the GMRG History exam, earning herself entrance into the Guard. - She has participated in a total of 8 competitions, ranging from regular House-scale competitions to Independence Game and Vendetta events.

Intoxication has recently registered for the forums to reinforce the different methods the Brotherhood has for communication. On top of this he has passed both ACC Basics and Mandalorian Studies.
