As soon as I arrived in Qel-Droma as Quaestor there was only one person who I wanted as Aedile - JaM3z Lucius Entar. I had worked with JaM3z for a number of months on a variety of web-sites for all aspects of the Brotherhood. During this time I found him as dedicated and commited as myself, he wass driven like few others, and his produced work was of such a high calibre, I felt he would be my perfect right hand man. Within the first week of leadership I knew my decision was correct. After some initial conversation JaM3z immediately implemented our first competition. A fully coded site and a fantastic introductory competition which was well recieved by the membership of House Qel-Droma. We then implemented a follow-up competion along the same theme and it was once again well recieved. The high level of team work between a summit is imperative for a successful House, and sadly it isn't always there, however, in Qel-Droma it is very strong. I can rely on JaM3z for ANYTHING. He is loyal, committed, inventive and friendly. The heights we took Qel-Droma to during the GJW were astounding and there is NO WAY they could have been achieved without JaM3z's unfaltering loyalty and equal workload. His commitments to the House as a leader are one matter, but above and beyond these duties come his additional contributions. The magnificent House Qel-Droma network, which was coded solely by JaM3z to produce the most comprehensive and effective House web-site system ever seen in the Brotherhood. beyond this he has since developed a fully integrated Clan system which allows so much data to be shared and archived between sites, lore in Arcona will never be lost again.

JaM3z thoroughly deserves this promotion, his work as Aedile surpasses all others that I know of. He lead during a GJW, produced work that is paramount to the House running and furthermore, is such a friendly and exemplary member, that in my eyes Archpriest and so much more, JaM3z already is. - Arcona Consul Dark Side Adept Mejas Doto
