Koryn has been doing a brilliant job as HSPs new RM. An incredibly difficult job focused on new members, he continues to reach out and work with them. It can be very frustrating with how often people sign up and then ignore emails, but Koryn continues to strive to bring every new member a focused attention that they need. Beyond this work as RM he also involves himself as a critical member of the HSP Summit. He helps on projects, throws out ideas, leads by example and helps out in many many ways. He has been carefully going over the HSP Forum section in preparation of Socorra making changes. He has been carefully reviewing the HSP History SA exam to help bring it up to date. When the AWOL Check was going on, Koryn emailed members of the house who had not responded in an attempt to bring them back into the game. He always sends out his welcome emails within 24 hours of a new member signing up and has looked into new ways of trying to make contact with them. I am very glad to know I have him at my back as we work to make HSP stronger and better. For his awesome work over the last few months I award him this Dark Cross. It has been several months since Archangel has moved on from the HSP Summit to positions that better the entire DB. Despite having a large work load as P:FIST, M:HRLD and a SA PROF, he continues to be a shining example of activity and leadership within HSP. During the CNS/HSP feud at the end of this last year he was one of the few HSPers who participated, and he participated in nearly every event. He has earned nearly 150 CFs since mid-December. This has been weekly activity from him, one of the few in the house who consistant brings it. He has earned multiple crescents in this time, including 2 with Ruby stars. He looks out for new members to insure they get the help they need. He continues to remind people of the activities going on and promoting things such as the Crusade to the house. He recruited one of our newest members, Spectre whom is already at ACO. Archangel has made sure both Spectre and others get attention on IRC when myself and summit members aren't online to do so. He is one of the few I know I can rely on, not only to participate in things, but show others that they too can succeed. For his continued investment in HSP while having responsibilities to the whole club, I award him this Dark Cross. Congratulations Arch. We couldn’t do it without you. Since coming back and becoming AED, Xantros has jumped in with both feet to work on bettering Scholae Palatinae. He has come up with several new ideas, including pushing new directions on the house fictions. He has been regularly reporting both to myself and to the house. I know that when ever I ask him to look over something, he will do so with a careful and critical eye, providing the best possible feedback. He continues to come up with new and inventive ways to communicate with our members, push for activity and find new projects that will better the house. He has taken it upon himself to find fictional ways to tie every activity together, whether it be all the battleteams or even teams that are working on the wikipedia. He is always willing to lend a reviewing eye to things that are released to the house, helping catch mistakes and errors. He consistently visits IRC to chat with members new and old. Within the first week of becoming AED he had already sent me a 15 page breakdown plan of things that can be done to improve the house. He has already begun implementing many of these including getting a team to work on the wikipedia and the fictional collection of HSP Chapters. He communicated with every member during the AWOL check and then once it was finished gave a great address to the house in efforts to spur more activity. I couldn’t be more grateful for having him as my AED. His stepping into the position has led to some of the most active work done in a long while. I know he will continue to be a boss at making both HSP and the DB better for a long time to come. As thanks for his continued support, hard work and stellar leadership I award him this Dark Cross. Rayne, as always, continues to be an awesome Scholae Palatinae member. Even though it has been a while since she resigned from working on the Summit, her presence continues on both on and off of IRC. She is always willing to help out, new and old members a like. In particular she has a very strong presence helping out on TOR. She is a very active member of the DJB guild and I get emails about her earning CFs constantly. She has nearly earned 200 since her last merit award in December. This makes her one of the most constantly active members of HSP with medal requests coming in every single week, many times multiple times a week. She helps new members figuring the game out, and invites others who are trying to get in to it. She is one of the lieutenants of the Guild and participates constantly in guild efforts in game. Fresh off a field promotion for his stellar work in the pre-crusade runon, Evant has continued to be a boss here in Scholae Palatinae. He was a leading voice in unifying a Wikipedia team for us. He has also be going beyond looking at his own members in his battleteam to reach out to many of the new APPs and NOV of our house. He has been a great bouncing board for myself as well, always willing to lend an ear to things ideas I’m throwing out there. In the week since ACO Spectre has been in the DJB, he has shown the initiative and drive that so many new members lack. He jumped right in and got to work. While not only working toward higher ranks here in the Brotherhood, he has accomplished very much in the course of the last week. He has braved the world of DB IRC. He has successfully submitted a Character sheet as well as finished 4 major SA exams and the Training Saber Basics. He even passed the ACC Basics, an exam which can be difficult even for members who have been around for a long while. I am very excited about the great things Spectre can accomplish. Shadow Nighthunter has been a real hard worker as she finishes working toward reaching Dark Jedi Knight. Balancing a school schedule involving multiple AP courses, along with a steady stream of DJB work is not an easy thing to accomplish. She was an active participant in a group for the pre-Crusade Runon and has finished several large fictions outside of DB competitions to help herself become a strong writer. Shadow is an outstanding member here in Scholae Palatinae and I am very excited to see her not only finish making it to DJK but beyond. For her current efforts I award her this Dark Cross.
