Mayda has done impressive work since she joined our House. She displays great activity in various fields, ranging from competition participation through communication to competition organisation. Mayda is available on IRC on everyday basis and we have a good, steady contact with her via e-mail. She started the thread with jokes on Scholae Palatinae Googlegroup without the need to ask her to do this.
She actively helps her Students, Moloch Argantes and Icy Acari to rise through the ranks of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood and to understand the ways, which the club works in. It includes setting a Run-On for herself, her Students and Master / Student pairs from other units, who are interested in participation in it.
In addition to this, she is currently hosting two short competitions, which are aimed to promote activity among members of our House. Her competition ideas are nice and help the Journeymen quite easily fulfill the promotion requirements for higher ranks.
Finally, Mayda has done great work with proofreading my submissions to the Dark Crusade, especially in last Phase. I appreciate her help very much, as her notes provide deep insight into what mistakes I make in stories. Her advice really helps me in improving my pieces of writing, especially in the technical aspects.
What can I say to express my gratitude for Mayda? She is an excellent member of our House. She is a pillar of our House. Without her, Scholae Palatinae would be much different unit. Much worse. She has brought in her passion and zeal; her knowledge and skills; her patience and kindness. If all members of our House were like Mayda, we would simply be the best unit in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood ever.
Thank you, Mayda, and accept this Anteian Cross as a small token of our appreciation for all you do for our House.
Respectfully,
KP Xantros

Mayda has been a stellar member over the last several months. Not only has she herself been active in many aspects including the Crusade, but she has pushed her students to be so as well. She cares about the house and the people in it. Her skills as a proof reader helped many of us this last round of the crusade, and since it has ended, she has been looking at several ways to continue keeping people active while we await the next round of the crusade. This includes running two different competitions and working on setting up a master/student runon for various pairings in the entire DB to participate in.
For being a stellar member And helping out in so many ways around the house, she has earned this Anteian Cross.

Since November 22, 2010 when he earned his promotion to Battlemaster, Archangel has continued to prove again and again what a powerhouse member he truly is. As has been reflected in these recommendations I am glad to add my voice to the others in showing this. Archangel is across the board one of the best members around, and one I have been thankful to work with and call my friend (even when he steals my kidneys). And Archangel’s accomplishments go well beyond the realm of Scholae Palatinae and into the entirety of the Brotherhood.
Firstly, as a general member of the club, Arch maintains a solid and continuous streak of activity. Since his last promotion he has earned and incredible amount of medals. These include as of the time of writing this recommendation: 1677 Cluster of Fire (yes I went and counted), 10 Pendants of Blood, 7 Cluster of Ice, 6 Ruby Crescents, 4 Sapphire Crescents, 9 Amethyst Crescents, 1 Emerald Crescent, 2 Topaz Crescents, 3 Quartz Crescents, 2 Seals of Loyalty, 16 Seals of Affliction, 28 Seals of Decimation, 18 Seals of Reminiscence, a Sapphire Blade, 1 Grand Cross, 1 Steel Cross, 2 Anteian Cross, 5 Dark Crosses, 3 Gold Nova, 7 Silver Nova, 6 Bronze Nova, 4 Scrolls of Foundation, and a Legion of the Scholar.
Archangel is one of the few I know I can constantly rely on to go kick ass in whatever is going on. But his unwavering activity as a member is further defined by the constant set of positions he has held, both within Scholae Palatinae and outside of it. He has spent over 6 month as RM, around 15 months as AED, 5 and a half months as M:FIST. He is currently serving in several positions as well: SA Professor since April 2012, M:HRLD since September 2012, and P:FIST since September 2012. In all of these positions Archangel has worked not only to improve himself, his own unit but the rest of the DB as well.
But how has he done that in these positions? As RM and AED here in HSP he lead by example. A constant voice on IRC and participant in what was going on in the house and DB, every member could see Arch stand out. In these two positions and even out of them, he aids members, new and old with questions. He pokes and motivates people to do new things. He helps coordinate group participation in events that call for it. He works projects around the house. He gives advice and new differing viewpoints on issues that arise. He remains a calm and constant source of aid to all. He remains, even outside of house positions, a leader for the house to look to.
Archangel isn’t afraid to voice his opinion on things either. He is easy to approach by all members. He never shies away from doing what needs to be done or saying what needs to be said. He reflects the best of we wish to see in Brotherhood members. Whether it be giving feedback on a project or just listening to me vent, I am personally grateful Arch is so accessible.
Basically Arch is a total BAMF of a member who is more than deserving of this promotion. Thanks for continuing to kick ass Arch. Congratulations. Drinks are on you!

Since Archangel's appointment as Praetor to the Fist in September of 2012 he has
been consistently working towards the improvement of Gaming within the Dark Jedi
Brotherhood. In truth his contributions to gaming began even before that appointment,
as he's been an Officer within the DJB TOR Guild since it was created in December
2012. As the TOR Guild grew Arch was there to assist with it, stepping into a Raid
Leader role to facilitate members conquering new content and after becoming Praetor
he gained the responsibility of being the Guild Leader for both the Republic and Empire
Faction Guilds. Beyond the leadership responsibilities he also played a central role in the
management and administration of the Guild Bank and Guild Website.
Another responsibilities that Arch had was the requesting of Clusters of Fire for members
who had gamed. While this seems like a relatively small task, considering the amount
of time sorting through the current Gaming Portal Google Form, locating member PINs,
verifying screenshots, and then inputting the requests to the DJB Website the magnitude
of this task starts to truly come into focus. Add in the requirement to ensure all requests
are processed before the end of each month for Grand Master Royal Guard Calculations
to be accurate and fair, and this becomes quite the task.
Arch also played a key role in the Cluster of Fire Table leveling which was conducted
in late 2012. He provided key feedback to the Fist Staff who were completing the
project, ensuring they were able to keep it on schedule and released prior to the Crusade
beginning. He has been active in maintaining several of the Wiki pages related to
gaming, including the GMRG page, as well as assisting with the Grading of Shadow
Academy Exams.
During the early months of the Crusade there were several Gaming situations which
needed to be addressed that the entire Fist Staff was called together to work through.
Arch's suggestions and guidance through these were always on target, with the best
interests of the Club in mind. Through all of this Arch still found time to engage in some
friendly bouts of Jedi Academy during the Crusade.
During the recent, unplanned departure of the previous Fist he actively worked to ensure
the TOR Guild itself, as well as the Guild Bank, remained secured as many high ranking
members within it departed. Arch was also the primary communications link to the
Dark Council during this period, interacting to ensure they were as up to date with this
development as possible.
Overall Archangel has performed exceptionally as Praetor. I could not think of a
better way to reward him or thank him than through this promotion to Sith Battlelord.
Congratulations Arch! Well done!
Valhavoc Ad Vizsla, 2013-08-04 18:42:17 UTC
Many compliments have already been told about Archangel. Many people have already mentioned all of Arch’s awards (including the most recent Seal of Loyalty). His achievements in the area of everyday activity are tremendous and definitely show Arch as a great member of House Scholae Palatinae and whole Dark Jedi Brotherhood in this matter.
Even more importantly, Arch has displayed strong loyalty, great dedication and unmatched excellence in other fields of service to our House and to whole Dark Jedi Brotherhood. He has always been helpful to all members of Scholae Palatinae, serving with advice and guidance to those in need of assistance. He does his best to guide his Apprentices, Alexa Vai and Spectre. Throughout the years, he has also fulfilled the requirement of having an Apprentice reach to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight by training Rayne and serving at least 6 months long tenure as the Aedile or on a higher leadership position.
Arch is also a kick ass gamer, serving as the Praetor to the First and a major gamer of House Scholae Palatinae. Since his last promotion he has earned merely hundreds of Clusters of Fire and guided members of our TOR Guild in the nuances of The Old Republic, for many months investing his own money to be able to play this MMORPG, which is one of our gaming platforms. It definitely brings additional training carried out by Arch to the table.
During all the big events, like the current Vendetta or recent Independence Games, Archangel always displays high level of activity. He always participates in numerous sub-events. It is enough to look at his dossier to see 28 Seals of Decimation, but he has taken part in 17 events of the Independence Games and most of events of the current Vendetta, so far. It brings enormous amount of submissions, not mentioning average competitions from 2012.
Arch’s long-term service as the Aedile of our House may easily be underestimated. If we take a look at the number of the reports released by Arch, we may easily draw a conclusion that he has done nothing or not very much. However, Arch has taken the role of the first line leader. Releasing reports is not leading a unit. It is managing a unit. Arch has always been an example of a leader, who leads by setting his own example of activity and contact with members. That is why, he has been a really successful leader without releasing numerous reports. His tenure as the Aedile of our House has been extremely important, because he has set the example.
Let’s add to this whole praise above the fact that Archangel is a well-mannered and easily approachable person. Let’s add that he is always willing to share his ideas and comments on various House matters. Let’s add that he would continue his excellent leadership service to the Scholae Palatinae, if only he did not have to choose between becoming the Preator of the Fist or the Aedile of our House, due to limited amount of free time, which he has on his hand. Only now, one may see a true image of Archangel – an excellent member, who displays strong dedication and loyalty to the House and to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood as the whole. An excellent member, who does his best to be active and to further the goals of our community. An excellent member, who has deserved this promotion long time ago.
Arch, congratulations on becoming the Sith Battlelord!
Adept Xantros, 2013-08-04 18:43:10 UTC
Archangel is a beast in the Shadow Academy at the moment. He is single handedly managing two Departments, the Department of Flight Studies and the Department of Combat Studies. He has performed well above expectations in these roles for a number of months now, prior to this he managed a single Department with the same enthusiasm he shows currently.
Arch is very fast on his grade times, even when his departments are being hammered. Since the change to the new site a short time ago, he has dealt with over 30 submitted exams (a sharp increase in volume from the old website) and he took them all in his stride, even sitting down for a grading marathon at one stage when he came online to at least 7 exams waiting in his queue.
I can't imagine another person filling Archangel’s shoes adequately. His subject matter knowledge and enthusiasm is second to none.
Arch, you're one hell of an asset to the academy and a great mentor to every student who passes through her halls. Keep on being awesome.
Master Windos, 2013-08-04 18:43:38 UTC
The jump between Equite 2 and 3 is arguably one of the hardest to make in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. It is a coming of age, so to speak, and a time when a member stops thinking only of themselves and instead focuses their efforts on helping the club at large. If there is anyone questioning if Archangel has crossed that line, allow me to share an outside view on my experience working with the P: Fist.
Without the features of the new site, tracking participation over the course of a year long vendetta can be bone-tiring and frustrating. Under the former administration, it was very hard sometimes to get a straight answer or information out of the head of office. In those times, it was the Praetor who came to my call and answered my questions and helped me with my troubles.
Archangel was always willing to answer my questions (even though my unit was competing against his). He made sure that if I had any members that needed to get into the TOR guild, he would either do it himself or find someone else to do it. In this way, he helped the members of Clan Arcona as well as the members of all the other units.
As mentioned before, staying on top of the antiquated spreadsheet system we used in the past is a second job in itself. AA did so without complaint, while also competing and setting an example for the rest of his House-mates in a year long vendetta.
So, it is my honor to back Arch in his promotion to Equite 3. Congrats, buddy, thanks for all the help over the past year.
Legend Wally, 2013-08-04 18:44:16 UTC
I write this recommendation on behalf of Archangel in consideration for his elevation to Equite 3 status. Having worked with him in a number of capacities over the past decade in both the EH and the DJB, I feel that I have seen what the man is capable of. Yet he still surprises me each time as he has branched out from his normal activities in leadership and graphics by becoming one of the most involved leaders in the TOR guild. Outside of Scholae, Archangel's work as both Praetor of the Fist and a Magistrate to the Herald has been exemplary. Within the Imperial House, he has worked as both Rollmaster and Aedile of Scholae.
His individual honors are outstanding as he has compiled an impressive Sapphire Blade, 4 various merit awards, a dozen novae, and 13 Pendants of Blood since his last promotion. If smaller awards are mentioned, he has placed in over 20 competitions worthy of crescents, and he has over 1,500 Clusters of Fire along with 5 Clusters of Ice.
In closing, I would like to commend Archangel on his continued activity within the Brotherhood, and I hope that he can make it another decade as an active member of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.
General Kell Palpatine Dante, 2013-08-04 18:44:47 UTC
Archangel has been an EQ2 for a very long time, and has done so much for the House that he deserves to be elevated. He put countless hours as the second in command and is always seen. He is extremely active when it comes to events as well as between. If he isn't doing a competition, gaming or chatting; he is telling others to go do them! Archangel is such a prominent figure within our structure that he helped keep everyone together. I have had the pleasure to work with him on various projects and competitions, and his organization is hard to beat. He runs a tight ship, but with that, comes exceptional rewards.
Not only is Archangel extremely busy with everything he does for House Scholae Palatinae, but he also has 2 apprentices. Juggling so many different things on many different schedules is something that not many people can pull off, he is one of them. Arch is also a very avid gamer, whilst being the P:Fist. He does so many things, it is almost as if there are multiple Archangels! The impressive manner gives everyone a boost just to try and catch up to his league.
He is constantly seen motivating people, whether it is actual motivation or his own quirky style that everyone loves. He is always willing to put his stuff aside and help you out if something is needed to get done. He is an amazing person, excellent Dark Jedi who is an insane outstanding member that goes out of his way for himself and others; this promotion is well earned and extremely well deserved.
Congratulations Arch! Drinks are on you!

S'nar has been a huge boon to Arcona in the few months he's been with us. Whether it's stepping in as an interim leader or leading from the trenches, S'nar has taken his lumps, stepping up without any want for reward to provide for his unit and ensure that Arcona stays in the best possible place. I know that Cethgus has a lot to say in support of S'nar, so let me suffice it to say that without him, Arcona would be in a much worse place. For his hard work, his consistent dedication and his unfaltering loyalty, I'm proud to support this recommendation.

I am honoured to be recommending Sânar for this Steel Cross. He has been a constant beacon of activity inside of Clan Arcona and House Galeres helping us to achieve domination on Bhargebba.
In this round of Dark Crusade he has managed to participate in the following: Chronicle I, High Value Target, The Plans, Gaming (Silver Novae), One Ending One Beginning (Gold Nova), The Pursuit of Knowledge. During this time he has managed to achieve a Gold Nova for the wiki work as well as pulling out all of the stops and managed to compete in gaming taking a Silver Nova there. On top of this, he has been participating in the House wide event known as Homecoming, completing the following competitions: [Homecoming] The Death Walkers.
Now letâs talk about what Sânar has been doing outside of the Dark Crusade. He has been an active part of Galeres, inspiring other members to participate not only in the Dark Crusade but also in Homecoming. He volunteered to run two competitions without needing to be asked, and he managed to get these competitions up and running efficiently and quickly, helping towards getting overall activity up in Galeres. He also saw that the fiction was released on time by writing his own section, developing the plot for members to get involved in.
Though Sânar has continued to excel in the Clan, taking on his first ever student and driving him to work on his strengths, seeing him rise through the ranks quickly and efficiently. He has also been working hard on expanding his team making sure that they are always active and helping them with any issues that come up. He has recently stepped up once more to the plate writing up numerous recommendations for his members stepping above and beyond the expected duty of a XO. He continues to surprise us with his hard work and enthusiasm to this club each day and is a friendly and interactive part of the Clan.
For all of his hard work recently, I am proud to be giving Sânar this merit medal. Congratulations buddy on getting this Grand Cross of the Dark Side. Keep up the hard work in the future. I look forward to seeing what you do next for us.

Trouty has been a cornerstone of Arcona's success in recent months. His continued devotion to the unit - and, indeed, the club in general - has facilitated a significant amount of activity stemming from the membership's admiration of his abilities.
I can honestly say that Trouty has been one of the most profitable acquisitions for Arcona, and he is truly loved by his clanmates. I feel that he deserves recognition for this kind of activity by way of an award.
I'll let my peers talk about his numerous feats of amazement; suffice it to say that to me, Trouty is a hero, a saint, a role model and a man who deserves the utmost respect.
Congratulations, Trouty. We love you.

Trouty has nothing to prove to anyone. A DJM's rank speaks for itself, but Trouty still shows up everyday for work; he is dedicated, committed, and a loyal member of the Clan. He is always offering words of fishy wisdom, and always willing to help out with anything if asked. He provides a positive roll-model of how Elders in this club should conduct themselves, and what members should strive to be. Having him around just makes me feel more comfortable as not just a leader, but someone who is part of this club. His sense of humor helps keep us light when things can get a bit dark. I know that Medals at this point his career don't mean much, so instead I'll just say something simply:
Thank you Trouty. Thank you for being awesome, Arcona is a better place with you in it :).

I am honoured to be recommending Troutrooper for this Grand Cross of the Dark Side. He has been an all round heavy hitter inside of Clan Arcona and House Galeres. He helped Arcona with their overall participation score this round and ending up dominating on Bhargebba.
During this round of Dark Crusade he has participated in the following competitions: Chronicle 1, High Value Targets, The Battle for Bhargebba, The Plans, One Ending, One Beginning (Gold Nova) , The Pursuit of Knowledge. He managed to take a Bronze Nova in High Value Targets as well as achieving a Gold Nova for the work he managed to accomplish in the wiki area. This helped Arcona gain an extra slot in the Special Forces Team.
On top of all of this he has managed to to enter the following House Wide event competitions: [Homecoming] Graphics, [Homecoming] Codebreaker, [Homecoming] The Death Walkers, [Homecoming] Caption Competition, [Homecoming] Run-On. For all of these events he continues to get involved in the heavy workload of day to day activity inside of the House.
Overall he has managed to participate in an impressive eleven competitions as well as placing in multiple events. Congratulations on this medal, Troutrooper, and I hope that you continue your hard work in the future.
Cethgus Tiberius Entar, 2013-08-04 17:12:52 UTC
Iâm thrilled to have this chance to give Trouty some of the accolades he deserves. Trouty is not only a cornerstone contributor to Arconaâs writing ability, but also an inspiration to everyone in his Clan and the club.
He lets his actions speak for him, always competing, replying to emails, and putting excellent effort into all his pieces. He constantly encourages members to strive for their goals and to be proud of what they earn with their actions. For me, personally,Trouty is a paragon, and I aspire to be the writer and asset to Arcona that he is.
Congratulations on the Grand Cross, Fishy. Itâs one of many medals, but itâs well-merited.

Honestly, I can't comment enough on how much of an asset Atyiru has been to Clan Arcona since her joining. I know that Arcona has flourished with her creative presence and her consistent dedication to the Clan's welfare.
Moreover, in the recent Svolten Special Forces team, Atty raked in an astonishing 2 Bronze, 1 Silver, and 2 Gold Novae. This is a remarkable feat. Especially from someone who joined the Brotherhood in February. I know Cethgus has a lot to say about her efforts over the previous chapters and regarding her leadership ability, so suffice it to say that I wholeheartedly appreciate and respect everything this woman has done for the Clan, and I can only hope she continues down the path to becoming one of the Brotherhood's greatest leaders.

I am honoured to be recommending Atyiru for the Grand Cross of the Dark Side. Her hard work inside of this round of the Dark Crusade saw Clan Arcona and House Galeres achieve dominance on Bhargebba. She has also been a key role inside of House Galeres, assisting leadership inside of the unit.
Hitting the Dark Crusades events first, she has managed to participate in the following events: Chronicle I (Bronze Nova) , High Value Targets, The Plans, Gaming, One Ending One Beginning (Gold Nova), The Pursuit of Knowledge. In these competitions she managed to achieve Bronze Novae in the Chronicle I as well as a Gold Novae for her Wiki contribution. She has also been active and participating in the House wide event which has been running. participating in the following competitions: [Homecoming] The Death Walker, [Homecoming] Graphics, [Homecoming] Caption Competition, [Homecoming] Poetry. She came joint 2nd overall for the Homecoming event in Galeres, alongside doing a buttload of work within the House.
Now time to talk a little bit about what she has been doing inside of House Galeres. Atyiru has been involved in helping with running the last part of Homecoming, releasing two competitions out as well as proofreading the fictional document. She has been an integral part of keeping Dark Forge active, promoting the competitions inside of her team and getting members to participate. Atyiru always volunteers for helping in any way possible. This has recently been in the form of proofing fictional work for the House events and Run-On prompts, reading well over ten thousand words; and doing this quickly and efficiently, helping the upper summit release the competitions on time.
Atyiru has also taken on the mantle of being an Interim Battleteam Leader since the position of Battleteam Leader was left open. She has continued to keep up a constant level of activity from her members and sorted any issue that has come up with them almost instantly. Stepping up to the task when its required and writing recommendation when it is required though its not expected of her. She completed them quickly and efficiently without complaining and to a high standard. Atyiru never stops impressing myself she continues to take the initiative and going above and beyond the call of duty that is expected of her.
I am proud to be recommending Atyiru for this medal. Her hard work and devotion to this club is outstanding. Congratulations on this medal Atyiru, keep up the hard work and I look forward to seeing more from you in the future.
