Archangel has a deep love and strong loyalty to HSP. His determination to see HSP shine is evident through his hard work both as RM and AED. I know when I say something needs to get worked on, Arch will dive into it no matter what it is. At the same time he isn’t shy from pursuing and developing his own ideas for the house. A prime example is how he has been working on a new website form to better pair our house’s journeymen with masters. He is a regular and strong presence on IRC, available not only to help our members with questions they have but also to spur them on to greater activity.

He has provided some great competitions for our members. These competitions not only give great chances for our members but also have opened the door for members to have a lasting impact on our extended fictional universe. Beyond his support for the activity of the house he has lead by example. He has participated in several house and DB wide competitions and placed in several including one of the Monthly Topics and a Herald competitions. I am very glad to have him on my Summit and I greatly appreciate the work he has put in to help HSP succeed.

In many ways Thran is a key part of the heart and soul of HSP. Since his return to the house there has been a very noticable difference in the energy and life of the house. He gives a life to the different aspects of the house in away no one else can. Within minutes of coming back to the DB, #scholae was suddenly alive with conversation, far more than it had while he was away. And that level of life there has continued in the weeks he has been back. But it isnt just his energy and passion that helps the house, he is a worker.

Since his return Thran has competed in several competitions, ranging from naming parts of the HSP fleet, to competitions run by members working on their trials for DJK. He is supportive and a hard worker to have everyone in HSP succeed in what they do. Thran is also responsible for coming up with the new HSP motto, one which has been widely accepted and enjoyed by all the members of the house.

Thran’s most powerful contribution however is his work as my friend and advisor. He knows how tiring leadership can be. Since he has come back he has continually supported me in my actions and always provided words of support and advice for what I was working on. He is full of input of what can be done for this house to do better. He wants nothing more than to have HSP succeed. He has the kind of energy in his work we need for this club to succeed. For his efforts in helping this house and for being there as a great support to myself Thran is more than deserving of this DC.
