Dark Jedi Knight Valnir Tiberian honestly deserves this award for sheer determination. Since his return to Galeres he has, despite numerous real life difficulties, submitted to three Galeres competitions, run the Galeres Trivia and completed the Conflict Mediation exam. Valnir has also given me competition ideas, listened to ideas I have for Galeres and given me valuable input on certain projects. Since hiring Vexer as the Satal Victus battleteam leader she has done a good job with keeping track of her members activity, writing weekly reports, communicating with her members, making competition, and attempting to boost the morale of her team which will initially boost the morale of the House and eventually the Clan. Everything works in a chain pattern and I can honestly say that she will help this House a great deal, more so then she already has. She is shaping up to be a good leader and I'm pleased to have her on the Staff. She has been in continual contact with her team and has created an useful report format. He is boosting activity ratings slowly but shurely, assisting in the House Summint's goal of creating a more active House. Through all of this Vexer is has also been continuing his active state which was one of the deciding factors when he was chosen as Commander.
