I have been very pleased to see Kitty Reign show dedication, activity, and a clear desire to grow within our ranks. It is always a pleasure to see a member work toward their goals, and Kitty Reign has done so with steady effort and commitment.

Since their last promotion, Kitty Reign has taken part in 13 competitions, completed 31 gaming activities, earned 1 society rank in the GMRG, 1 Cr-S, 1 Cr-T, and 102 Clusters of Fire, and also earned an Anteian Cross along the way. In addition, they have contributed 29350 credits to the clan coffers.

Raider Jon Silvon has reached the required 23000 XP to reach the rank of Equite 3.

Promotions are one of those things I love writing because it's the best way to show that a member has truly earned something. With the xp system it's so easy because do things, get xp, get medals and promotions. But, it's still a grind and one that Jon has fought for a long time to reach this level. His tenacity to dig in and get things done both as a member of the Exarch staff and most recently as a member of Sunrider's summit is amazing. It is without a doubt something Jon excels at, being there for the members and being willing to do the work to help them. And now we're here to recognize that attitude.

Jon is one of those members that might not always be talking, but he's always available and always watching to see when he might be needed. And he has become a powerhouse of activity in his own right. Since his last promotion, Jon has managed to net himself an impressive trove of treasures, that include his first Sapphire Blade, and he's also gotten advances in nearly every society we have. He's served the Exarch staff for more than a year now and has more than a year of collective leadership within COU itself.

It's with a happy heart and a sense of pride that I recommend Jon Silvon for his promotion to Equite 3. It's been a long road and you've gotten there, my friend. Congratulations and well done. I'll see you in the next one.

Happy to recommend Jon and say how glad I am to have him on the team helping me with everything as an awesome Aedile. His work ethic is amazing, especially when I'm running around trying to get to things as quickly as I can, he's always up to the task with a creative idea and a great helping hand full of support. It’s an absolutely delight to be able to make this recommendation today. Since he joined our ranks Caleb has been a rising star in our gaming community and I’m honoured to see him recognized for those efforts today.

Since his last promotion, SirCaleb has reached the required 1300 XP to reach the rank of Journeyman 2. He has done this com participating in 9 competitions, completing 21 gaming activities, 1 Shadow academy course, earning 1 society rank in the GMRG, 1 Cr- A, 1 Cr-T, and 140 clusters of fire. In addition, he has also earned 33250 credits for the clan.
