During the past several months, Nekura has done an exceptional job in helping to revitalize the Grand Master's Royal Guard. He has assisted me in running several competitions for the GMRG and in november/december ran his own writing competition for the entire GMRG.

Nekura has also contributed several excellent ideas which I have implemented into the GMRG in some form or another. He has helped tremendously by writing GMRG-related articles for the Dark Voice. In that task, he has proven himself to be reliable. If the GMRG is to succeed in the future, It needs capable and reliable Guard Captains like Nekura. I am fortunate to have him helping me now.

For the past several weeks this member has been in House Caliburnus, Daniel as been a constant source of activity that has never wavred even at the risk of losing the House. He has managed to complete an impressive 12 SA courses over the past few weeks despite it being unnecessary for his rank, Dainel has also managed to be involved in all forms of competitions hosted within HC and CSP over the past weeks and has become a shining example of the membership I would like to have a full command of. For these reasons, and probably some forgetten ones, I would like to have Daniel awarded the Star of Antei for his high activity over the past several weeks. - SBM WH

I would like to see Gaidal awarded with a Steel Cross because he has been an absolute pillar of support to me personally in my duties as Quaestor but also to the House. I have worked with many Aediles in the past, and Gaidal has been the most dedicated of them all. He has been a strong source of ideas and support, has created numerous competitions for the membership such as the 'Losing Elysian', has used his initiative and remains a very active and popular face within the House. Though he shortly be assuming the role of Quaestor, a reward in itself, I would like his hard work rewarded for his time as Aedile.

Following the Conclave of the Inner Circle of Clan Naga Sadow for the month of January 2006 the Black Guard, Inner Order, Sons of Sadow and Clan Summit wish to recognise the work of Kat Pridemore, Aedile of House Marka Ragnos, with the Grand Cross of the Dark Side.

During the past months Kat has become an increasingly central part of the Clan Summit. Though she has not yet been with us for a year she has become one of the most well known and popular members of the Clan and a tremendously successful leader.

In particular this reward comes in recognition of the hard work she has put in over the last two months, especially over the Christmas holiday when many other members of the Summit were on leave, in helping to hold things together and continue to keep House Marka Ragnos running strong even during the traditionally quiet time of the year.

Though he has now moved on to greater things her former Master and Proconsul has the following to add:

Kat Pridemore has long been an asset to Naga Sadow. A model Aedile, she picks up a great deal of slack within her Clan. With her personal nature, she aides almost every new recruit on their own path to the dark side, and encourages old hands at it such as Manesh and J'Rai to greater depths. While she has been in our Clan for but a short time, her presence has become a constant to our Clan. Since resuming full activity Manesh has become one of the most active, if not the most active, members in the Clan. In spite of not having much left to get in his current rank and station he has become something of a leader without being in a leadership position. Manesh leads by example, setting the level for people to strive for, working toward seeing the Clan excel on almost a daily basis, be it in the ICTE or the GMRG Crucibles.

Here is a selection of the recommendations:

I would like to take the time to point out a stellar member of House Ludo Kressh. Manesh has been with us a very long time, much longer than I have been here in fact. However, since I have been a Leader of any kind in this House he has been an inspiration. Manesh has consistently served his House and Clan well and admirably for years. In the last months, I have seen an impressive amount of activity from him in many areas. He has helped lead us to participate in the ICTE's and every competition that has come along. He has passed an enormous number of SA courses recently, another indicator. Manesh is always about on IRC to help anyone who asks. He has been compiling the History of House Marka Ragnos, something that needed to be done desperately. There is much more, too much to even begin to type out. Manesh is an asset to Naga Sadow and the DB in many different ways. Not only has he been a visible presence online and in the email lists, he has been extremely active in almost every ICTE and Sunday tourney in the last several months. He is always out there, encouraging people to play JA/JO. Its not just his participation, but his positive attitude which earns him this medal. Manesh is working on compiling and creating the gaps of the history of Marka Ragnos so that we have a solid piece of history for our group. This important piece of work will be just another small piece of the things that this member has given to this club, without any request for recognition. This is just one small way we can thank him, but it is really not enough. Congratulations on your award, Manesh. Manesh Sadow, one of the most constant and stalwart fixtures of our Clan, has done so much for the activty of Naga Sadow. His return from retirement as one of the most long-standing Quaestorhoods has been a triumph. And he has taken many with him on his travels and rallies to competitions. His is a prime example of an older member encouraging the younger ones... by leading from the front, by getting dirty with them. Manesh has devastated numerous ICTE events, Sunday competitions, and too many other competitions to count. His ability to lead without a leadership position is so very crucial to Naga Sadow, and it is for these successes that I support the reccomendation for his Award. Since I have been Aedile, Melkor has constantly been active. It seems that every day, I get a new notice in my inbox about Melkor's activity. He has been vigilant in his studies at the Shadow Academy and is certainly contributing to the overall well-being of the House. I appreciate this, and I recommend that Protector Melkor is awarded a Dark Cross.
