Malisane has been an integral part of Clan Naga Sadow, since I've been back from retirement, he has played a key role in helping me get this Clan back on track through his work with the Wiki, organizing competitions, and assisting younger members with their work on the Wiki and developing writings skills both in run-ons, and through conversation on IRC.

The Orian Invasion Competition was the brainchild of Malisane, and as far as I know, he pretty much organized the events and oversaw their execution. It was not the best comp, no. Yet, it was a successful story to add to our fictional background. Malisane developed the plot and events. He's currently working with me to develop my next competition: A CNS-history centered Artisan's compeition.

The three top contributors for CNS's wiki are myself, Xanos, and Malisane. Although I rarely write much there these days, the three of us are in constant conference about the various articles and what will or will not be included. Malisane and Goat do the majority of the grunt-work. The Wiki is of vital importance to our Clan. Malisane's efforts towards its growth are equally important.

Finally, when a new member is tasked with work on the Wiki, I generally ask Malisane to assist them. Aries, Anubis, and Tash are all examples of newbies who have worked with Malisane on their various Wiki articles. Tash in particular worked with him on the creation of Alabrek Castle's page. He is also a stong presence on IRC, and engages in conversation with everyone. He is open and welcoming, offering information and advice.

Malisane de Ath is an example of what I would like to see in every Equite: He is forthcoming, honest, and involved. While we do not always agree, Malisane is willing to assist despite disagreements. He does not hold grudges, and genuinely cares about the success of Clan Naga Sadow. I can think of no better person for promotion by the Grand Master himself, within Clan Naga Sadow.

It's that time again, my second major promotion request for Crix as Consul. This guy has been part of Taldryan for too many years to count now and has continued to show his loyalty and devotion to the Clan and the Brotherhood in everything he does, without expecting much of anything in response personally.

Since his last promotion, Crix has pushed for a major change in the Clan that's still standing today, something that many didn't see coming again. After Taldryan's victory in the (now) Seventh Great Jedi War Crix brought up the thought of reforming House Archanis. Our active numbers were great and all it took was a couple months to be set for it, while doing that he continued his job as Aedile of House Ektrosis. At the beginning of the year we opened House Archanis with Crix at the head and hoped for the best, a successful re-emergence of a three House Clan. Since that time the House has performed right along with the others and has showed its strength when the big tests came up, the Second Darkness and the Vong Incursion events. While credit goes to many people that have stepped up to the House Summit level this year, to the many awesome members that have pushed the group forward, a big thanks needs to be directed at the Quaestor, Crix. I had my doubts at times the House would make it, but it has and much of that is due to its steady leadership.

While that alone is something really in need of awarding, Crix himself has jump into both Vendettas this year, put out competitions, participated in several others, helped on the Fiction Staff at point this year, and chipped in with whatever I've asked of him. He has been ready for Sith Warlord for some time, now it's time to honor that. For all his hard work for his House, his Clan, and the Brotherhood I recommend Andan Taldrya Marshall for a promotion. Congratulations Crix!

From the Clan of Taldryan, I would like to place my recommendaton for Andan Taldrya Marshall to be elevated. Crix has been an active and supportive Quaestor. In fact he is directly responsible for the reopening of House Archanis. He has sacrificed time and effort and even his Persona in the last GJW.

Short of Duga, I know of no other person in Taldrian who has devoted more effort for the Clan and House.

On behalf of Clan Plagueis and the Dark Brotherhood, I am honored to elevate Krath Priest Cipher K'oranian Isradia to the rank of Krath Archpriest.

Cipher has served as a dedicated and loyal member to Clan Exar Kun and now Clan Plagueis. In the three years since her last promotion she has held the position of QUA twice, AED twice, and Rollmaster once. Her dedication and effort while holding these positions were second to none and she influenced countless new members into staying within the Dark Brotherhood.

Recently Cipher has returned to the leadership ranks and has served as the most active of all Clan Plagueis leadership. Her efforts in reporting, competition running, and serving as a calming influence in Plagueis has provided great benefits for the Clan.

I am honored to award this long overdue promotion to my favorite Halo 3 player. Congrats Cipher.

In the time that Cipher has been QUA she has been a prime example to her members. She keeps her members up to date with regular reports and always has things for them to do. She reaches out to newer members and encourages them and shows them how they can succeed. Cipher is currently working with the house members to reform its membership base, by helping to restructure the leadership responsibilities and define their roles. She is an integral part of the clan and is deserving of this reward. ~ PCON Ky Terrak
