DJM Darth Aeternus, aka Korras, served on the Star Chamber for 2 years. During this time he provided invaluable counsel to the acting Grand Master on topics ranging from the administration of GJWs, to Clan Closure ,to the nomination and approval of a new GM, to the expulsion of a long time member. In total, Korras' contributions to discussions on decisions about the club likely totaled over a hundred hours over those two years. Korras was the epitome of what a Star Chamber member is supposed to be by providing guidance and advice that was against his own personal desires, but was a positive for the club overall. For two years Korras was a part of nearly every major decision in the DJB and helped shape the direction of our club. For this reason, the Star Chamber is pleased to award Korras an Amethyst Kukri.

As Magistrate to the Grand Master for 11 months, Aurora Ta'var, aka Blade, served as an important advisor for me on the health of Clans and in special projects related to the Rollmaster position. Blade assisted with quarterly reports, which took up several days of her time on a quarterly basis, but her primary role was my Magistrate related to evaluating RM.
Blade showed initiative by reaching out to me regarding the Rollmaster position. Given how her own experience with the position often disagreed with others, Blade wanted to query the membership regarding the position and how it was being used. Blade planned and conducted an extensive survey of the position across the Brotherhood through a leadership survey and a general membership survey. Both surveys underwent significant review and revision and Blade spent multiple hours working to make each as clear as possible, and to focus very clearly on the perceived problems and strengths of the position such that we could use these survey results in the future to decide how best to handle and/or define the Rollmaster position.
Blade's contributions as my Magistrate, along with her extensive efforts as Proconsul, described below, make her more than deserving for this Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations, Blade!

It is impossible to capture the full scope of Blade's contributions in a few hundred words and some numbers, but her activity as a member is a decent enough start. Since her last recognition, Blade has participated in 129 competitions and organized or co-organized an additional 17. That's earned her 15 Crescents—including 4 diamond ones—and 4 Gold Novae during the last Rite of Supremacy, as well as 23 Seals of Fury for her participation in the Meridian event. Her regular activity makes her one of the most well-rounded members in Odan-Urr, as she's earned 432 Clusters of Fire and 6 Pendants of Blood for gaming, 31 Clusters of Ice for fiction, and 60 Clusters of Graphite for her submissions to graphics competitions. Her gaming activity during the Rite of Supremacy earned her a 6th place finish for the GMRG quarterly ladder, and more recently she was declared the Frosty Romanae Memorial BGL Champion for Jedi Academy. Additionally, she passed 7 Shadow Academy exams and earned 4 degrees, including 2 Dark Sages in Tactics and History and Lore.
That activity did not arise in a vacuum. Blade knows in her bones that effective leadership in this club comes down first and foremost to modeling the kind of member you want to work with. She wants her members to do competitions, so she plugs them aggressively—but first she does them herself. Those 60 CGs don't represent an attempt to pick up a new hobby. They represent a leader setting a positive example for her members by being one of the fist to engage with an activity or prompt and demonstrate that you don't have to have 1,000 hours invested in an activity to just toss in an entry and have fun with it. Likewise, she has been one of the most visible and active members on every communication platform we have: clan and house Telegram channels, mailing lists, report comments (36 of them!), voice chat, and the forums. Much of that communication has centered around activities meant to build up the Odanite community into something to transcends competitions and clusters. This includes the many, many hours of Cards Against Humanity that she's hosted on Discord, or her lessons for would-be Jedi Academy champions.
Blade also supported me in every facet of clan leadership during my tenure as CON, substantially increasing my effectiveness as well as keeping me sane. This began almost immediately, as she applied her experience as Rollmaster to help hire two RMs in quick succession and help me navigate substantial intra-summit conflict. Once the GJW XII epilogue was released, Blade immediately contributed half of the first COU fiction update of my tenure, ensuring that high-performing members were featured in official fiction. Blade was also very much an equal partner in our first major event, the Consul Bride cooperative event with Arcona. Her role included competition planning—which helped lead to 140 competition entries from COU alone—and taking point on the COU side of the event fiction.
One of Blade's less public tasks was helping me with long-term planning and proposals. Once Mav and Vyr were formally recognized as GM and DGM, we were able to present our plans for fictional and event development to them almost immediately. The work on implementing those plans included the Station to Station lore development comps and the Tipping Point clan event, which between them saw 113 entries.
During the Rite of Supremacy, she not only did the usual leaderly hyping and motivation, but she set a perfect example for our members by exceeding full participation, and walked away as the highest-scoring Odanite and a key component of our victory in that vendetta. Simultaneously, she was engaged at the Dark Summit level, ensuring that member concerns were presented to the Dark Council in a straightforward and professional manner and resolved. Since the end of the RoS, Blade has taken point on managing the house summits.
Throughout all of this, Blade has also played a critical role in day-to-day management, including moderating sometimes-heated chat discussions, addressing concerns of and with particular members, facilitating the award and promotion process, and odd tasks like writing the clan's first PulseFeed update.
In the two years that I have worked with her, I have never once found my trust or confidence in her to be misplaced. I take Odan-Urr's future very seriously, but I rest easy at night knowing that everything we built will continue to grow under her leadership.

Sanguinius Tsucyra Entar, Sang for short, is one of our most recognizable members. Since his last award in December of last year, Sang spent five months as Consul and another seven as an active, participating member of Clan Naga Sadow. As Consul, Sang consistently distinguished himself with his even perspective and his quick responses to communication. Sang was a welcome presence in any discussion, and worked alongside the Dark Council to provide his members with the best experience possible. This involved daily discussions with DC members and the other Consuls, as well as communicating directly with different DC offices to address specific membership concerns or problems, ranging from disruptive members to clarifications on larger Brotherhood policy. Prior to his retirement, Sang oversaw a period following the Great Jedi War in which Naga Sadow had more than 60% of its members active in competitions, generating almost 250 competition entries. Sang provided his members with regular activities, such as when he oversaw the internal Inferno event. At the same time, Sang was serving as the Shadow Academy Professor of the Department of Lore, a position he holds to this day. Since his last award, he has graded more than 430 exams, demonstrating a continued commitment to the Brotherhood as a whole.
And, over the last seven months, Sang has continued to demonstrate devotion and commitment to his Clan. It is in his role as a normal member that Sang has continued to stand out and demonstrated he truly deserves this Amethyst Kukri. As detailed below, Sang is an active member of the unit, an instrumental mentor for the current Consul and several other leaders. He is now an Aedile, where he has helped guide the Quaestor, DarkHawk. He's taken on a role of constant encouragement for his Clan and is always helping his Clan members, either through proofing fiction or encouraging words. Sang's personal activity is also strong, as he has competed in more than 50 competitions, most of which occurred after he stepped down as Consul. He's earned almost 1500 gaming clusters, as well as 12 Clusters of Graphite and 4 Clusters of Ice. He's earned a Gold Nova, and 21 Crescents, demonstrating that not only is he active, but also highly skilled.
In total, Sang has been instrumental to Naga Sadow and a contributor to the Brotherhood as a whole. For his efforts as Consul, and his subsequent time as one of Naga Sadow's most inpsiring and encouraging Equites, I award Sang this Amethyst Kurki. Congratulations, Sang!

What can be said about my Master Sang that has not already been brought forth time and time again. This leader is always watching a few steps back. that however does not hinder his knowledge of what is taking place within the Clan and Brotherhood. He has a way teaches without us even knowing we are being taught. I believe his greatest Leadership trait is the uncanny ability to teach so subtly we as his "parishioners" do not know it. He allows you to formulate your own agenda and motivates for its accomplishments. He is never a "show-boater", always wise and humble. It is a true asset to have him within the Clan, and now as my Aedile. I cannot recommend him enough for this prestigious award!

Sang is a No Good, scruffy looking, Pokemon Herder. He always has been and always will be, but he's mine.
Sang is irreplaceable. Proofs everything, gives hugs when people are sad, will agony aunt with you when you need someone to vent to and just generally he'll be there for everyone and anyone.
There's a reason he was a CON and there's a reason he deserves this Blade. He is a genuine soul. He helps the House and Clan and puts himself out there for others, with little complaint. He's had a rough time of late and suffered from personal issues. But he's always come back stronger.
I won't go into his personal Club achievements as Benny has done so above, Instead, I just wish to say I am proud to help recommend this reward for Sang.
Well done!

Some people don't know how to lead from the sidelines. They think you have to be in a position to lead and that it can't be done any other way. Sang has proven that it can be done. His ability to help, advise and lead as a regular member has had a tremendous impact on Naga Sadow.
He's done a lot to support House Marka Ragnos specifically by taking on some side projects for the Quaestor. I know he's an invaluable asset to the Quaestor in many ways.
He participates in as many comps as he possibly can. And he always seems willing to jump on and game with just about anyone that asks. He's done quite a few SA courses and gained 4 degrees in the process. And he's graded a ton of them too!
Sang has really shown his support of the current clan leadership. He's always willing to lend an ear or provide advice when an where it is needed to the whole clan.
I am thankful for his time and leadership and am very honored to recommend him for an Amethyst Kukri.

Sang, oh my Sang. This chap, this chap, let me tell you about this chap! Sang is and has been an asset to our Clan, yes, and he continues to do so. When I took over as Consul, Sang offered advice and support as I should need it. Before that, he helped me to develop and refine my leadership skills. Now, he continues to offer advice to his Consul, supports his members in House Shar Dakhan, and continues to act as a mascot or totem as our very own "grumpy cat" and 40k enthusiast, spurring folks on in a way I can only describe as Sang-like.
He can be a quiet voice, but when he speaks I certainly give him an ear. He is not afraid to tell me how things are, or where he feels that things have come up short. Not that Sang stops there! When House Shar Dakhan was looking for an Aedile, Sang leapt into the role to help our newly-position Darkhawk lead as we headed into the Vendetta.
The mentorship and example that I received under Sang helped to craft me into the leader I am today, and helped to hook me into the Clan and by extension the Brotherhood as a whole. Seriously though, words cannot even begin to describe the depth of my appreciation for Sanguinius Tsucyra Entar, which makes me happy to put good words in for him. I mean, he spent the last year working in the Shadow Academy as Professor, five months (since his last recognition) and has been serving as Aedile of Shar Dakhan for two months, but he has never really lost his down to earth manner.
He's taken part in some fifty-three competitions, played lots of Heroes of the Storm, fought in at least one ACC battle, and even found time as a student in the Shadow Academy- passing 20 courses and earning four degrees! (You know, besides having graded an enviable 415 courses in his own department.) Sang has been no slouch, having earned a Gold Nova and seven Seals of Fury in the Rite of Supremacy: Meridian and 21 Crescents of varying levels in normal competitions. Well, I can't forget the Legion of the Scholar he earned, the 3 Pendants of Blood he got for Diablo 3 and Heroes of the Storm, or the 1378 Clusters of Earth he grinded out gaming with folks. Every time that Sang has come up with a graphics entry, it has been something neat or amusing. Plus, it helped him to rack up 12 Clusters of Graphite so a Sang-graphics-entry is always a win-win! Sang also continues to write fiction, having written 154 words over two fiction entries and completing the beforementioned ACC fight. His interest is in greater than just his own accolades though. Sang also helped to proof a LOT of fiction for folks across the Clan. He has proofed event fiction for myself, ACC posts for Kojiro, and is ready and willing to help those who need a proofer so that their own fiction can shine.
Talking about statistics can really only do so much. For all of his bluster, Sang really is a pretty nice chap, has put out a lot of work over quite some time. I count Sang among one of my friends, though that fact is not why I am here writing this right now. Sang has earned this. As such, I am more than happy to hold him up in recognition for this Amethyst Kukri.

Kordath has been a stabilizing and consistent leadership presence in Arcona over the last year and a half, with more than half of that time spent as Consul. Over the two quarters he has been Consul, Arcona has generated more than a thousand competition entries and maintained an active core group of members that is among the strongest in the Brotherhood, with more than 60% of his members regularly participating in activities. Kord has organized more than 50 competitions, including The Consul Bride co-op event with Clan Odan Urr earlier in 2018 and the Sins of the Past event currently running in Arcona. Kordath has been extremely active on a personal level as well, with a total of 142 competitions participated in. His gaming activities account for 80 PvE and PvP matches and more than 1600 total gaming Clusters. Kordath is active in every aspect of our Brotherhood, evidenced by his 30+ Clusters of Graphite and his numerous Clusters of Ice. He has gained 3 degrees, graded 10 exams in the Shadow Academy and posted 9 News posts on the website, all with very detailed and clear information members can engage with. Kordath’s major activity includes fiction and ACC matches. Almost every Consul report included a major fiction update, including 13 non-ACC activities. He has completed 18 ACC matches, graded 14 and wrote a total of 19339 words in fiction. Among the myriad awards he has earned, a Gold Nova, a Silver nova and 18 Seals of Wrath mark Kordath as more than a participant, but an exceptional competitor that has helped carry his unit in placing in the last Great Jedi War. Kordath’s contributions to our club exceed just his activity for his Clan. Kordath is a constant contributor to Brotherhood-wide discussions that help guide decisions we make at the top level of the club. Kordath gets involved where he can, as well - he recently helped write an additional 6 Scenario Hall venues - outside of any competition - for usage in the ACC. More than that, Kordath works closely with the Dark Council to provide the best experience for his members and the members of the club as a whole through his constant communication with various Dark Council offices.
It is our pleasure to recommend Kordath for this Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations, Kord!

Over the last four months, Maximus (Landon to many of us) has come to define what we will expect for Social Media Tribunes well into the future. Since May, he has done an exceptional job at upgrading our social media draw and bringing in new members to the club. Landon posts regular updates and promotes the excellent work of our members on Facebook, helping to drive an explosion in interest in the Brotherhood. Previous to his time as Social Media Tribune, our Facebook page rarely had posts exceeding a reach of a few hundred individuals and the page had a total of 800 likes. Landon immediately went to work, overhauling the page's imagery, promoting the page and interacting with people that like or comment on its posts. After his efforts to revamp the page and perform targeted promotion of our organization, our likes on Facebook increased by more than 2500, with some of our posts reaching more than twenty thousand people. The results of his efforts were plain in our join numbers: we had the single largest joins in a single quarter in recent memory, eclipsing any single quarter of random joins due to recent movie releases with 160 new members reaching clans last quarter. Perhaps most importantly for his office's work in the future, his experimentation with targeted ads have identified groups that we can reach in the future.
Landon's efforts as Social Media Tribune over the last four months, along with his work for the Herald's office described below, make him more than worthy of an Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations, Landon!

The Shroud Society was one of the most massive projects I have personally worked on and it involved many individuals who contributed in major or minor ways. Maximus (Landon) contributed massively, to say the least. Before I list his contributions, I would like to give some context as to how long, exactly, Maximus had to do all the work I piled on his shoulders. When I hired him as Magistrate to the Herald we were only several steps/weeks/months away from releasing the content we had been working on for years. In those last five months, a lot of things went wrong that delayed our efforts, but also in those five months 90% of the graphics work was done and it put a lot of stress on the staff. Enter Maximus with his insatiable need to create and undeterred will to contribute to anything and everything that would progress the Societies. At first, his work included only 4 graphics but later on, as the project developed and took its toll, Max accepted more and more work. In short, he has delivered 8 of the 20 skins developed for the Shroud Society as well as the GMRG graphics update. That translates to a total of 138 images created for the Society update project, on top of his regular Herald work. His work ethic and quality of work overshadow and drawbacks that may have cropped up and I feel there's no doubt he deserves this award. Maximus, thank you for your hard work and congratulations! I hope you enjoy your new shiny weapon. ;)

The Shroud Syndicate, or Graphics Society as it is otherwise known, has been a massive project that took two and a half years to complete, ever since I became Herald. From the very start I had support from some incredible people, but none as much as Arcia (Esca). Esca had been my Praetor through the whole project, through thick and thin, except the last several months when real life took over. In this recommendation I will cover his many contribution to a project as massive as this.
We started off with a basic idea of wanting to create a way of giving members a good reason to create competitions and art for the Brotherhood and it all started with the Cluster of Graphite. While others covered the design of the award, Esca helped me in doing the main legwork and math behind it. Through everyday communication we worked out which activities would be awarded and by how much. He helped me greatly in calculating actual scales of awarding for each tier of competition as well as developing the, then very basic, system of competition difficulty classes which we have in effect today.
As we moved towards the inception of the Society, Esca was instrumental in setting up the very basics of the Society, drafting initial point values both for Rank requirements, progression through said Ranks as well as developing policies that would later be the rock we based our whole system on. His suggestions on which activities should award points towards Ranks was a pointer for me on where we want the Society to go. His help and criticism of all steps from the very basics to the Society fiction and later on finalization of the math, made my job much easier as it evenly distributed the workload, cutting the work-time considerably. To say that he influenced Society fiction is an understatement, as he helped not only write the fictions included in the Society's origin but proofreading, criticizing and helping with making a high quality product.
During the latter stages of development, Esca helped in many of the areas he had always worked on, including final points calculations, last-minute changes to policy and solidifying the Shroud's identity through communication with the wider membership and competition organizing. As I mentioned earlier, the last several months saw him step away from the project and the staff due to real life, however it did not stop him from helping out when he was needed. Despite creating just two skins for the Society, totaling 20 images members could use freely, his timely intervention prevented unnecessary delays in the Society's release.
For his many years of work on this project; for his many hours of arguing points, fiction and awards with me; for his unyielding nature and a firm, critical approach to a major Society project; for sticking with me down this path that many said would lead nowhere, I am honored to recommend Arcia Cortel with his second ever Sacramental award. If only I could do more.
Thank you for your long service, your dedication and your determination to see our dream fulfilled.

Since his last Clan recognition in July of 2016, Arden Karn has been a steady source of both activity and leadership for Clan Plagueis. He has been a highly active participant in Clan activities, helmed both of our Houses at one time or another, and served ably as Clan Rollmater while carrying more than his fair share of the leadership weight. It goes without saying (but I'll say it anyway) that Clan Plagueis would not be where it is today without his tireless efforts.
On the level of personal activity, he has maintained a level of activity that continues to astound. Competitively he has entered 102 competitions and placed in 17 of them. Of those competitions, most of them came during major Clan events or Vendettas: 17 during A Call to Arms, 17 during the Aftermath event with COU and ARC, 10 in the Plagueis Winter Trials, 21 during our Plagueis Pro Bowl with Clan Taldryan, 14 during the Twelth Great Jedi War, and 18 during our recent Vacation on Dagobah event. Suffice it to say, if it's a major competition, Arden brings it. His competition placements have earned him 1 Gold Nova, 1 Ruby Crescent, 4 Amethyst Crescents, 9 Sapphire Crescents, and 2 Emerald Crescents.. In the realm of fiction, he completed 4 ACC matches, 17 fiction activities totaling 7,093 words, 5 run on posts of 4,167 total words while earning 39 Clusters of Ice. Rounding out his activity, he has claimed 16 Clusters of Fire, 8 Clusters of Graphite, and completed 4 Shadow Academy.
Beyond simply being an active contributor in the realm of activity, Arden has been an indispensable leader for Clan Plagueis. He has done a great job as Quaestor of both Ajunta Pall and Karness Muur, serving in both posts for a combined seven months. He then took over as Rollmaster at the end of January of 2017 and kept it going. As Rollmaster, he faced the unenviable task of being the sole active Clan summit member during the recently completed Great Jedi War given our PCON's absence and my availability being impacted by the Northern California wildfires. He did a great job helping guide both our House summit members as well as general membership through the harrowing realities of participating in a Brotherhood Vendetta, many of them having never experienced one before. He has recently instituted an overhaul to our Master/Student program which features a new member survey system as well as master surveys designed to engage new arrivals quickly and pair them with the best fit of all the available masters, putting those that share interests. He is also a constant presence in our Clan Telegram channel, a must for the Summit member charged with focusing on new members. Additionally, he has posted 17 monthly reports over the intervening time (having not missed one save for times when another summit member has claimed his report date for another announcement), making sure that entire Clan beyond simply his designated Journeyman charges remain informed about news from around the Clan and Brotherhood. His steady presence on our Clan Summit has helped us to maintain a steady level of activity and engagement across the Clan, spanning from new neophytes to the longest tenured equites. He has also been a major contributor to nearly every major Plagueis event since taking on the position of Rollmaster. He helped craft events, graded competitions, or composed fiction updates (sometimes all three!) for every Clan wide event held under my tenure. He directly organized or co-organized 20 competitions for either Clan or Brotherhood-wide consumption. In short, he "does work, son".
Without both the leadership and activity Arden brings, Plagueis would be a far, far weaker place than it is today. As such, it is my honor to submit Arden's name for recognition in the form of this Amethyst Kukri, his second Sacramental award. Congratulations!

Since his last merit awards for services as Magistrate to the Voice, Braecen Kaeth has served dutifully for the last 4 months, approving 46 character sheets. While all magistrates had a temporary break during GJWXII, Braecen was still always mindful and on top of the queue, and went above and beyond by reaching out to members that needed extra help on their Aspects. He jumped into Google Docs, Telegram PMs, and spent unmarked hours working with members to craft their characters. In his remands, he was responsible for creating a Customer Service-like friendly tone and voice that I believe has reduced the stress of Character Sheet remands. His patience and maturity in processing these remands ties into how he worked with the rest of the staff (myself included) on making sure our wording was consistent and constructive, and never aggressive. For the Brotherhood’s CS system, this has yielded positive results that I do not believe should be overlooked. I’m grateful for everything that Braecen has done for the Character Sheet approval/remand process, and for how he engaged with members to create a better overall experience. The result of his work has lead to less complaints about Character Sheet remands, and better member responses to suggested edits and changes to their sheets.
Braecen Kaeth is a special kind of leader in the Brotherhood. He not only puts in the time and work to help encourage and enable others, but leads the charge by example as a competitor and participating member of our organization. This was on display fully in his efforts in Great Jedi War XII, where he lead his Clan with the highest points scored to earn the title of Hero. This included efforts across the spectrum of brotherhood activity, including an impressive second place finish in the ACC Tournament. This helped him earn the honor of Avatar of Strife, thanks in part to his similarly stalwart performance in the ACC during Phase I of GJWXII. Bracen was one of those rare individuals who stuck around and made sure he finished what he started. To that end, he earned 3 Silver and 1 Gold nova.
I will allow his Clan Summit to talk more about his accomplishments as a leader in Scholae Palatinae, but as a member of the Dark Council, I can’t thank Braecen enough for being the model of what I believe leaders and members should strive for.
Congratulations, brother. I will miss having you at my side as an admin and look forward to your return to the brotherhood in whatever capacity you set your mind to.

It is a pleasure to add my support to this recommendation to recognize Braecen Kaeth for the dedicated service he has been providing to Scholae Palatinae and the club at large. For us in the CSP summits, Braecen is the beating heart of our team. Every success we’ve had, lesson we’ve picked up along the way, and moment we needed advice; Braecen has been there as a guiding hand to help us forward through these times. This past year has been a long, hard-fought journey for CSP; but Braecen’s been the guardian angel over all of our shoulders and I’m proud to assist in recognizing him for all his efforts towards our cause.
Since his last recognition for work as a Clan Leader, Braecen has organized 25 competitions, co-hosted 5 others, participated in a total of 148 competitions, completed 11 PvP matches, 4 PvE activities, finished 9 ACC battles, completed 8 fiction activities, written 12,296 words of fiction, passed 2 courses, and has earned the following: 1 Cr-R, 5 Cr-A, 5 Cr-S, 10 Cr-E, 8 Cr-T, 5 Cr-Q, 41 CFs, 59 CIs, 35 CEs, 84 CG, 1 Scroll of Indoctrination, 2 LSS, 24 Seals of Wrath. In addition, he’s served as Quaestor for 3 months and Proconsul for 6 months.
In addition to what is mentioned above, the three major events that CSP has experienced since the end of the GJW (Twelve Days of Sithmas, Battleteam Development Month, and the current “Battleteam Cup” contest) have all been the brainchildren of Braecen. This has involved several months of planning in advance that saw the creation of his Competition Roadmap excel sheet, allowing for the unit leaders and their members to properly plan out the schedule of future events and even get early input and edits from Braecen so hosts could more easily pass their events through the MAA office without issue. As well, during this time saw the creation of a planning group on Telegram with ongoing discussions that were mediated by Braecen. Announcements were created for each event, walking participants through new concepts in the competitions or in general just hyping each of the events, totaling a combined word count of 11,467 words including the final announcements detailing winners of the events. Through Braecen’s leadership, encouragement, and more importantly his help in editing; 14 different competitions were hosted for Sithmas, with 17 individuals participating which saw a total of 107 submissions within a three week period that Braecen then went through doublechecking the scores and compiling a final “Sithmas- Hard Data” document for the summit team. In January, for his Battleteam Development Month, Braecen provided each Battleteam with a list of 5-8 competitions to run through the month to gather Battleteam input and set the foundation of each Battleteam’s identity and wiki pages. Finally, for this month’s events, Braecen has been leading the charge again in planning discussions, spending late nights ensuring that each unit’s issues with the event were addressed in the planning document (word count included above).
These events aside, Braecen’s most important contribution to our clan has been as a leader and mentor. Last summer, CSP went through a large shuffle in our leadership teams which saw four new members of the summit team and four others moving into other roles. To get us all on track and situated for the coming GJW, Braecen did a crash-course in leadership for the entire summit team which was released over a course of 8 different email threads. These topics included; Gearing for the GJW, Competitions Overview, Competition Roadmap, Auditing Activity, Awarding Members, Writing Quality Recommendations (two part), and Post GJW Plans. Each of these email threads went into great detail, outlining expectations and answering concerns while also providing insight, tips and tricks for each of our roles. Complete with images, these threads were so detailed that I’ve totaled the word count for all Braecen’s emails on these threads to 18,703 words - not including labels and such in the images he provided. Yet, none of us were just abandoned with these threads as our only source of instruction. Braecen regularly checks in with leadership teams, seeing not just how we are doing but to see what problems we have or support is needed. He’s there to help us work out our competitions, our recommendations for others (how I could have used him for this), and strategizing with us towards our goals. Weekly, every Sunday or Monday night, he will go over the promotion assessment tool of every single member of CSP and make sure its reflected in our clan’s activity audit spreadsheet (which he created) and make sure us Quaestors are checking it out as well so we can make timely recognitions of medals or promotions. In terms of my own growth and development, Braecen has been a great mentor in handling the culture shift I’ve experienced from Tarentum and Taldryan to here in CSP where diplomacy is so important in our role. Several weeks ago, when I had a disagreement with a subordinate - it was Braecen who walked us through a mediation program that walked the issue back from concerning the CoJ to dealing with it in house and providing a resolution that was welcomed by all parties. He did this through days over back and forth communication on email, that lead to a mediated telegram conversation, and an established agreement between all parties that survives to this day. And I think it’s important to note, he did most of this just off of shift every morning - before heading to bed for the day. Yet, this guidance he provided through this time of crisis is not unique to myself - as many in the clan have similar stories of help in their time of need or counselling they’ve received to better themselves in the DB community.
So for all this mentioned above, and for what I am just not able to best articulate; I’m glad to add my support to this recommendation.

Braecen has been essential to everything we do around Scholae Palatinae since he transferred back in a year ago, and especially since being made Proconsul in August 2017. Brae brought much needed organisation to how we work as a summit, improving communication by the creation of countless gdocs for competition organisation, wiki planning, promotion tracking, and medal tracking. These documents included a competition roadmap, an excel file of every competition the clan intends to run every month (updated monthly), an activity audit keeping track of what every member should be aiming to achieve their next merit, and how far off they are, a set of spreadsheets for wiki organisation projects that included the status of every page we have / should have on our wiki (289 pages). In addition, Brae supported younger leaders in the clan by producing templates for fiction, graphics, gaming and container competitions, and heavily proof-read every EQ promotion / merit award that went through the clan to the point of entire rewrites when necessary.
Brae is a phenomenal member and it’s been a pleasure working with him to lead CSP. A massive congratulations from me and thanks for all the support you’ve given me in my first time as a consul.

Augur Elincia Rei has served in leadership positions consecutively for the past 11 months at various levels of responsibility to include the past four months as Consul. Elincia had the difficult task of replacing one of the longest tenured Consuls in DJB history, but has done so with elan and poise. Elincia's recent efforts in leading CSP to their fourth consecutive finish as the 3rd Clan of the DJB showed that not only is CSP in good hands right now, but they will continue to be into the future.
Elincia's additional work over the past year has consisted of exceptional content creation in the form of competitions, working with the DC on fictional direction, and an exceptional amount of work on CSP's future fictional direction.
Elincia, congrats on the AK. I look forward to seeing your continued efforts as Consul.
I am honored to lend my voice, and support, to the recommendation for Elincia Rei today for exceptional leadership of Clan Scholae Palatinae. Eli has been paramount in the Clan’s efforts to establish itself as one of the top tier units in the Brotherhood. Third Overall in the 12th Great Jedi War is a punctuation mark on a year of hard work and diligent effort.
This time last year, Eli became a vital component of change and forward momentum in the Clan with plans to move Scholae Palatinae from it’s old dominion to a new dominion. The invention and execution of the Caperion System marked the first fresh, new direction that the Clan had seen in nearly a decade. The project involved a lot of people, but you can easily identify our Consul’s fingerprints on the design and outcome of a brand new system meant to engage our new members, not cater to an old, departed crowd.
You’ve done some amazing things in 2017, Eli. I am honored to be by your side as we continue into a new year with a full agenda. Congratulations on this award. Drinks are on you!
Braecen Kaeth
Proconsul of Scholae Palatinae
I cannot even begin to express how much of an honour it is to add my voice to those others, in support of an amazing individual leader, friend, and force like Elincia Rei. Here is someone who works with his members held paramount to his own ambitions. He leads by example, and what an example he truly is to the rest of us. He has been absolutely key to the development of the Clan and has paid off in a fantastic placement in the only just finished 12th Great Jedi War.
One of the biggest things I see when I look at how Eli leads is a drive to make the Clan for the members. He involves everyone through numerous polls, questionnaires and just listening to what his members has to say (not just his summits.) This is so often a rare thing in a leader. It is refreshing to work with a leader who cares, understands, and strives to include everyone in the effort of creating something bigger and better for the Clan in its entirety. Not just that, but, even when the going gets tough, he handles the negative just as passionately as he handles the positive. He is consistent in his efforts.
He never fails to be honest. He never fails to be kind. Always thinking, always planning, he has been stellar in taking up the position of Consul and pulling together a team that could help make the clan truly shine.
Thank you Elincia, for an outstanding 2017. What you’ve done is truly amazing. I hope to see just as much passion, if not more, into 2018. Congratulations on a well-deserved award.

Rollmaster of Scholae Palatinae
It is a pleasure to add my support to this recommendation to recognize Elincia Rei for the dedicated service he has been providing to Scholae Palatinae. The year has been a long, hard fought journey for CSP; and we wouldn’t have arrived at this level of success without Eli’s leadership as well as activity. Being our clan’s only completist in the GJW, Elincia has shown that he isn’t just a leader by word but also through action; so I am excited to see him being awarded for his efforts.
The past year has seen a lot of change over for Scholae Palatinae. From losing our previous dominion, to rebuilding the new system, to the more recent leadership change-overs and navigating the GJW. Eli has been the constant the clan had needed throughout all this change. He was project leader over creation of our new dominion and as such has been involved in every aspect from initial design, lore and wiki creation, to overseeing the delivery of this new system through our latest clan event. Throughout this, he’s pushed the initial concepts of his predecessor, Xen, to further the project with the new team’s ideas and desires to deliver the greatest opportunity for the clan is years. Furthermore, he’s assembled a fresh team of summit members and been the guiding hand the team needed to prepare for the Great Jedi War and handle the delayed launched that came with it. Without his leadership and, most definitely, activity; Scholae Palatinae would not have been able to hold on to it’s steak as Third Clan of the Brotherhood.
I can’t stress this enough, Eli has been a pillar for the clan to pivot upon throughout this. Thank you for this, Eli. You are easily one of CSP’s greatest servants.
