Junazee is without a doubt a powerhouse when it comes to activity. Since her last promotion, she has organized 21 competitions and participated in 239. She has earned 1743 clusters of fire and 93 clusters of earth for her gaming activities. She has also earned 54 clusters of graphite and 5 clusters of ice, proving that she is quite the multitalented individual. She has acquitted herself well in the past few Vendettas, earning 18 Seals of Wrath, 16 Seals of Fury and 14 Seals of Discord. She has also passed 9 SA courses and earned 2 degrees. She was awarded the Grand Cross and the Steel Cross for her past activity. Most notably, she has also earned an Amethyst Kukri and a Sapphire Blade for her efforts as a member of the Fist staff.

Though I have not had the opportunity to work with Junazee for very long, I can honestly say she has been a welcome addition, both to Arcona’s leadership team and to the clan itself. She has already taken point in creating a house-related activity tracker to ensure members are awarded promptly. She has also made her presence known in the myriad of clan and house associated chats as she becomes more acquainted with both Arcona and Galeres. Having seen first hand her boundless energy and dedication, I am proud to recommend her for promotion to EQ4. Congratulations, Juna! You truly are an example to us all!

Junazee has been in the Fist office since March of 2017, first as Magistrate followed by her elevation to Praetor in May of 2018. During Junazee’s time as Praetor she has been the Taskmaster of the Fist office. Anyone that has served as a Magistrate over the past two years (myself included) knows that Junazee does a fantastic job of getting newbies up to speed on Fist policies and procedures. With a staff that rotates regularly, this is no small feat.

On top of training duties, Junazee works extremely hard to ensure that the staff is always meeting their service standards. Whether that is the 24-hour approval time on submissions, submitting monthly GMRG submissions on time or grading competitions in a timely manner, Junazee always shows a commitment to excellent service standards. Junazee has also put up with three separate Fists in her tenure and it isn’t an accident that the gears kept turning within the office through the transitions between new Dark Councilors. Her experience and professionalism has helped elevate the entire office for the past three years.

When I began my tenure Junazee was both a guide and a confidant. For example, she assisted me with both developing and analyzing the engagement survey from the end of 2019, helping design the questions and to put the results in context. She is also someone I trust as an initial sounding board for new ideas before I bring them to the rest of the Dark Council. The time she has spent managing the gaming functions of the club gives her a level of insight only gained with experience.

Junazee, on behalf of not just myself but the other Fists you have so admirably served in your tenure, I want to thank you for all that you have done over the past three years. All of us in the gaming community have benefited from your diligent work. You have already done so much for this club and I look forward to watching your leadership career within the Dark Jedi Brotherhood continue to develop.

When I selected Junazee to serve as P:Fist back in 2018, she was already a proven member of the Fist staff. Little did I know that her work as a magistrate was only a small sample of what she brought to the table.

As my Praetor, Junazee showed time and time again that she is one of the most dedicated, organized, and hard working people in this club. I have had the opportunity to Reward her with a sacramental award not once, but twice. Her Sapphire Blade highlighted her exceptional work in creating content and processing gaming activities, and her Amethyst Kukri highlighted her unparalleled ability to manage a staff, through the on boarding of new magistrates and organization of monthly and quarterly GMRG competitions.

The number of competitions and activities she ran and reviewed is massive: over 200 competitions and hundreds of gaming activities. Her efforts ensured that members always had some to do in the gaming realm, and also that they received clusters and pendants in a timely manner.

Above all, Junazee is a leader in the truest sense of the word. She can clearly articulate vision and drives others to the accomplishment of that vision.

This is a long time coming. I am incredibly fortunate to be included in this recommendation for her elevation to Equite 4, the last of the Equite ranks. For many, this is the pinnacle of advancement in the club.

For Junazee, this is merely a stepping stone towards her inevitable elevation to the Elder ranks.

Rian Taldrya has shown a level of selfless dedication to service to our Brotherhood as few have done before. This is most strongly obvious in his service to Taldryan, but also in his work for the Herald’s office. In both capacities, Rian has always worked to better the Brotherhood, from fulfilling hundreds of graphics requests to leading a Clan for several years.

From his time as Quaestor before the unit Clanned, then to Consul, and then to Quaestor of one of House Ektrosis - and finally, back to Consul - Rian has been essential to Taldryan. When the Clan needed him most, he was there, no matter the circumstances. Rian has shown selflessness and devotion to his Clan well beyond expectations, and as a leader of the Clan helped build a place members can thrive and enjoy the wider club and all its activities.

As Consul, we have had the privilege to work directly with Rian countless times and his patience and temperament are unmatched. He has faced trying circumstances as Consul and has always remained positive and hard-working to ensure his Clan’s best interests are reflected in Brotherhood policy. And even when he disagreed, Rian has been conscious of the importance of the Brotherhood beyond just Taldryan, as well. Rian’s time as a leader in the Brotherhood has always been noteworthy. In his most recent stint as Consul, and as an Augur, Rian has earned an Emerald Dagger; but before that, his Sacramental awards commemorate his service to his Clan: A Ruby Scepter, an Amethyst Kukri, and a Sapphire Blade. Several of his Grand Crosses also indicate his strong service to his Clan cross all levels. He has organized numerous events and run more than 50 competitions since his last promotion. On a personal level, Rian maintains a high level of activity, participating in more than 400 competitions and earning 6 Novae, more than one hundred Crescents, and hundreds of Clusters.

And while this level of commitment to his Clan has surely made the Brotherhood a better place, Rian did not stop there. He has been Magistrate to the Herald for more than a year and a half as an Augur alone. He has created hundreds of individual images for the office, and his contributions there have earned him Grand Crosses, and a share of his Ruby Scepter, for his work under multiple Heralds.

Rian embodies what we hope for in our best members - activity, leadership, and temperament. Since my return to the Brotherhood years go, he has always been there - a bulwark of activity, and devoted to our club in every way. For these reasons, I am pleased to elevate Rian Taldrya to the ranks of our Elders as an Adept. Congratulations, Rian!

Knighthood is a special time in the Brotherhood. It is a sign of a member that has truly committed to being in this club and started to not only look to their own gain, but to how to impact others too.

The promotion to Knight requires participation in fifteen competitions. Trenkyp has excelled and beaten this target by participating in thirty seven. An extraordinary effort as he has not allowed himself to slow down at all. This activity has gained him recognition in the form of his first Dark Cross. An impressive feat at the rank of Padawan.

Trenkyp created and judged his first competition recently. "Credits for a bottle" was a flash game made specifically for Clan Vizsla before the current feud. He received numerous submissions and judged it quickly.

Recently, he has created an approved Wiki character page and on top of this, has also edited the Deathwatch wiki page in order to keep it up to date. Whilst the latter isn't a requirement for promotion, I feel like I would be remiss in not mentioning his commitment to being a Battleteam Deathwatch member.

He has successfully earned two Dark Mavens for Philosophy and Combat, earned eleven clusters of Ice. Reached Rank III in the Inquisitorious and Rank V in the Shadow Academy.

There is no doubt in my mind that Trenkyp will go far in the Brotherhood. It has been a treat to watch him grow and develop into the member he's become. So, as your former Battleteam Leader, Your House Wren Aedile, and your Master, I congratulate you, Trenkyp Zkig, on reaching Knighthood and becoming Clan Vizsla's second Knight. You earned it, my friend. It's been an honour to be your Master.
