People said great things about Sarin when he first came to the DB. They told me about his work ethic and his initiative; I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Since then, Sarin has earned my trust and respect. He is a daring leader who understands exactly what needs to be accomplished and how to accomplish it. He has energy and focus, the type that trickles down to the membership and excites them about being a member of his clan.<br> <br> Sarin has stepped up to the plate to help with many projects. I welcomed his help in reforming Clan Plagueis with Kir. The two of them have done an outstanding job in leading the membership toward the development of a solid and independent Clan. Since then, Sarin has stepped in to help with building evaluation forms, commented on many needed projects, taken up the design of the Antei system and most recently taken the lead in building the Brotherhood Wikipedia. He cares completely about the Clan, and everything that is good for it. He has the experience of the past to back him on that, took that to use in the DJB, and proved himself very capable. He has a very high level of presence, and availability. That is a very powerful trait that he possesses, as well as his ability to keep everyone informed of everything going on. He has been able to keep his mind open to new ideas, and to be willing to go with the advice of those Summits under him. For that, he alone stands out in a world where that doesn't happen so much, RL or otherwise. He, no matter what, has taken an indefatigable approach to his job as CON of Plagueis. The same is true about his PCON, they are a virtuoso team to the Dark Summit.
