This Sith has done an outstanding job in activity going from APP to GRD in just over a month and completing almost every Shadow Academy Course available to him as well as doing an excellent job posting on the message boards and leading his battleteam, Ruby Squadron. I know it is highly unusual for the Proconsul of a different clan to award someone for their efforts, but Vail deserves this medal for his awesome work with the Omnious Overture competition, and reading 71 pages of fiction to judge the winners. thanks, Vail. :)
