First off I owe freshjive an apology for not recommending him for this award a long, long time ago. Throughout his time in Taldryan, freshjive has been one of its most active contributors, best communicators, most interesting conversationalists, greatest sounding board, and all around good addition to the Clan. This promotion reaches back throughout his time as Dinaari Quaestor where he did an outstanding job motivating and organizing his House into the powerhouse it is today, it also encompasses his return to Taldryan to take the reigns of Proconsul and assist me in managing this outstanding Clan. As Proconsul freshjive was active and did everything he could to help me make the Clan the best in the Brotherhood (I’d provide more specific details but it was a long time ago!). After resigning from Proconsul he returned to House Dinaari and was an active contributor to Taldryan during the Great Jedi War, both personally submitting and motivating his Clanmates. What can I say about Horus? In the middle of the Great Jedi War he came out of the rogues, joined Taldryan, and in a very short time became one of its most active members! He had a pretty incredible participation rate in Chapters 3 and 4 of the GJW, placing sixth in the entire Clan! He has also been a very active presence on IRC and the Clan message boards. He talks with me almost every day, and he often presents ideas he has on how we can improve Taldryan. He has been a GRD for years and his had work over the past several months more and warrants a promotion to Jedi Hunter, congratulations Horus! ~Consul Kir Taldrya Katarn

Xuthen, envoy extraordinaire. That is the best way to describe Xuthen, one of my personal favorite members of Taldryan. She has been the House Envoy for Dinaari for a very long time, and is responsible for recruiting many people into our roll and assisting many, many new members in their efforts in Taldryan. She has gone above and beyond what 98% of the envoys in the Brotherhood do. She emails each one many times in an attempt to establish a relationship, and once she does that member is almost certain to become an active contributor to the Clan after she works her magic. She has gone unrecognized in this role for far too long, and she deserves to be awarded for her efforts. In addition she is an active contributor to competitions and Clan communication. Most recently she helped Taldryan gain as many points as she could give us in the Great Jedi War, on top of doing her Envoy duties. When I found out recently that they are eliminating the position of House Envoy I was saddened to lose such a valuable asset to our Clan in Xuthen. I will surely find a way to use her talents to the Clans advantage, but for now I want to celebrate her efforts by promoting her to Obelisk Prelate!! ~Consul Kir Taldrya Katarn

Nexusmage is one of the young pillars of Clan Taldryan. Since he joined he has quickly become one of its most important members. His activity levels are unrivaled; he constantly participates in Competitions, he is always available on IRC to talk, and he helps to motivate his House-mates. He was recently made Aedile of Ektrosis, but he did lots of incredible work as Tetrach of Hex Phyle before that, and this work went unrewarded. Nexusmage was also a crucial part of Taldryan’s Great Jedi War team, he was always active and available to help out. He has earned the right to take a step above the majority of the Brotherhood and enter the ranks about Dark Jedi Knight, Nexusmage has more than earned a promotion to Krath Priest!! ~Consul Kir Taldrya Katarn

Dask has been one of my favorite members ever since he joined Taldryan. He is always eager to participate in competitions and help Taldryan in any way he can. He fought hard to get Dark Jedi Knight because he was determined to get his lightsaber. Since then he has worked very hard to move into the top half of the Brotherhood in rank. He is a consistent competitor in Brotherhood competitions, he placed very well within Taldryan in Great Jedi War participation, he can be found on IRC chatting with his Clanmates quite often, and he also frequents the message boards. He is a good role model for new members, and I wish more of them were as eager and dedicated as he has been. His activity levels are always great, and he deserves to be rewarded for his efforts by being promoted to Obelisk Templar! ~Consul Kir Taldrya Katarn

Chaosrain is another of the young core of active Taldryan members who are crucial in his Clan’s incredibly active state. Chaos has been an active contributor to competitions, he posts regularly on the Message Boards, he’s on IRC quite often to chat with his clanmates, and he is always up to participate in our Clan capture the flag games! He did a great job in the Great Jedi War, placing 5th overall in the clan! He hasn’t been promoted or rewarded for his efforts in over three months. The easiest way to get a promotion to ACO for a normal member is just to take a few quick SA courses or participate in a House caption competition or something of the like. But Dark Warchief took the harder route; he participated several times to the Great Jedi War for Clan Taldryan. His efforts are impressive, especially for a Novice, and he definitely deserves to be promoted to ACO! ~Consul Kir Taldrya Katarn
