The time that I have known Etah has mostly been comprised of the since his arrival in Clan Naga Sadow back in January of last year. However, in this time Etah has displayed to me a certain zeal for Star Wars and the Dark Brotherhod. Although he has not always been in a position of leadership, he has brought a number of interesting ideas to the table. He has shown an interest in how the club or Clan might further refine the member experience, and that enthusiasm is admirable.

Since his last promotion, Etah has taken part in 102 competitions, not to mention having organized 2 himself during his time in Tarentum, and racked up a not-unimpressive number of goodies for his efforts. He earned a Gold Nova in GJWXIII: Discord from the Small Team Co-op Fiction in the Event Long bin, a Bronze Nova from back during Fading Light, 1 Crescent with a Ruby Star, 5 Crescents with a Sapphire Star, 6 Crescents with an Emerald Star, 8 Crescents with a Topaz Star, 2 Crescents with Quartz Star and a Legion of the Scholar. Having dabbled in gaming through a PVE activity Etah also earned 4 Clusters of Fire.

Taking up the pen, he has also written 11783 words over 25 fiction activities and another 3984 words over 8 run on posts. All this has earned him 33 Clusters of Ice. However, Etah Deimos has not just been restricted to gaming or fiction, of course. He has also challenged himself in graphics competitions and the Shadow Academy. For the prior he has earned 48 Clusters of Graphite, and in the Academy he has passed a notable 48 courses. All that course work has gained him 10 degrees, showing a desire to further expand his horizons. Back in 2017, he even earned a Scroll of Foundation for taking the most courses between July 20th and August 31st.

Beyond the normal course of member-common activity, Etah has had some experiences which are the sort which demonstrate elements that are key to effective leadership. He served as a member of the Recruitment Staff for the club in 2014, for which he earned a Dark Cross, as he worked to keep up the club's Facebook page. In 2015, he received an Anteian Cross which recognized his team work and activities contributing to the Tarentum war effort during the 11th Great Jedi War.

He has also served as an Aedile on two different times: for 3 months in 2015 and then again for 5 months in 2017. Between this time, he spent 6 months as a Battleteam Leader in Tarentum, before serving as an Aedile in Liath over 3 months in the same. He also served a period of six months in 2018 as the Quaestor of House Shar Dakhan. He also received 2 Steel Crosses between his tenures of leadership. He has a heart to see his unit improve, and that is to be applauded. He has also earned himself a single Scroll of Indoctrination for personally recruiting a member.

Looking back at his service record, Etah has a nice trophy case of Seals. Besides the Seal of Loyalty he received in 2015, he has earned 26 Seals of the Crusader for activity during the Dark Crusades, 7 Seals of Revelation for activity during the 11th Great Jedi War, 9 Seals of Wrath for activity during Great Jedi War XII, 21 Seals of Fury for activity during Rite of Supremacy: Meridian and 13 Seals of Discord for the last Great Jedi War.

With so much under his belt, I feel that now may be the time for Etah Deimos Kilij-Bloodfyre to step up and join the ranks of the 4th grade of the Equites. Congratulations on your new rank, Etah. Drinks will be on you, Warlord.

Battlelord Etah Killij Bloodfyre, has distinguished himself as a stout member of House Shar Dakhan. I have the utmost respect for this man and seek his counsel regularly. Etah has always been the one to see the logical side of things within the House. Always there to render such an outlook to the House, situation conversation, that always seems to make one take a more objective look at things. I feel he is a natural leader. For example, He spearheaded the House’s Faction creation for the RoS garnering top 10 placement for that competition.

Furthermore, Etah is always seeking improvement within the Brotherhood, looking towards the future betterment of the Club and Clan, he put together a very well orchestrated proposal to Clan Summit on establishing a Clan Battleteam, under the direction of the Rollmaster. Xuner Holst is one of our younger members who seems to have really settled well into his position in the Clan. Xuner has been serving as House Summit over the last five months beneath Darkhawk as the Aedile of Shar Dakhan. He has demonstrated an even-headed approach to the House, and has offered several different ways we might better serve his House. Not all of these ideas have panned out, but he is quite willing to examine if there is a better way we might operate.

Xuner's personal activity over the last 19 months since his last promotion have not been lackluster. Of the 37 competitions that he participated in, he earned 14 placements, taking home a prize about a third of the time that he has competed. For that work, he has received 5 Crescents with an Amethyst Star, 3 Crescents with a Sapphire Star, 3 Crescents with an Emerald Star, 2 Crescents with a Topaz Star and 1 Crescent with a Quartz Star. His actions in the War and the last Rite of Supremacy earned him 3 Seals of Fury, and his contributions to the 2nd place finish in GJW XIII earned him 10 Seals of Discord.

Xuner Holst has at least dabbled in a number of different areas within the club. In gaming, he has taken part in 5 PVP matches and 7 PVE activities, netting 29 Clusters of Fire and 80 Clusters of Earth. He has taken part in a commendable amount of fiction, completing 13 fiction activities and 20936 words, as well as writing 7 posts in run on posts for another 5510 words. All this has come together to total 53 Clusters of Ice this gent has carved out through his literary pursuits. That is...pardon the pun....cool!

I also would be remiss if I did not point out that Xuner continues to expand his own knowledge of Star Wars and our collective canon by having passed 13 courses since his last promotion.

As I look back, I think that Xuner has earned the right to carry the rank of Warrior! I hope that as he takes his place beside his fellow Equites, that this will be but the taste of things yet to come.

I am always proud to see these request come down and I get the privilege to be a part of! Xuner is just one of those guys that every House needs. I was previously honored to select him as my new Aedile, now I can whole heartedly recommend him with a momentous promotion. Xuner has transitioned into his new position with natural ease. One of his focal points was to spearhead a project on updating the House's wiki pages. organizing timelines, House events, checking for errors and gathering new data to add to our history.

He is always present, engaged and eager to better our House.
