We have arrived at a point where we are only one step away from a hopefully bright future for both our Sith and Obelisk by consolidating our efforts with merging both houses! This step would be to give each of our summits what s/he has already earned, clearing the balances so to speak, so we can start with a new slate beginning with the merger!

For that reason I would like to Promote Brat! He has been an asset to the house starting of as an involved and active member way back under Az, he has been an exemplary SGT, but again with new positions comes new responsibility and dedication! In Brat's case that could be seen as soon as received the elevation to AED. he basically just exploded! and that in a great way! :) immediate communication with the house, with introduction timely reports and willingness to help out with hard earned cash, and I am talking here about the JO and JA servers that he is hosting for Kirleta and letting all the DB members use!! He has been also helping me with the clan home system project that I hope we would be able to put under wraps soon!

My wish to award him with this promotion goes to satisfy what I feel he has done as AED and clan member and to motivate him to get every thing ship shape for the future. We would need a members in command willing to pay close attention to all of their members needs large or small. It will be a hard way in front of us, but one that can be navigated if every one had the proper motivation! :)

He has been an asset to the house starting with high activity as AED, covering for Waza on a couple of occasions, being on time with his reports and leading by example participating in competitions on house, clan and db level. He went on to take QUA position after Waza quit, and as you know, a higher position eaquals higher responibility and dedication.

I could simply state here that Selket is Selket and there fore should be promoted, but wanting to have this promotion awarded I will actually have to do a bit better I guess! :P<br><br>

A certain state of decline befell Aleema and it was no easy task to find a suitable person to lead the house. To lead the house after quite a period of stagnation that saw members loosing interest. Enter Selket! She has answered our call to come and serve the house in its time of need. Firing a barrage of interesting/innovative (want to say you ever heard before about a comp by the title: Aleemas Alligator Appetizers ? :P) competitions to draw the attention of the members that were still with us.<br> Her job isn't easier than that of any of us, without an AED (posts on djb.org didn't have a result, can you believe it ?) since her appointment she has been running the house single handedly. At times it does get tiresome and frustrating to try to push people who decided they won't budge, but it is exactly this keeping trying it that I want to award. No matter what keep pushing Selket, as long as they didn't grow roots they will start moving and maybe they too would appreciate your effort, as we do, when they find how much fun it can actually get here! <br><BR> My wish to award her with this promotion goes to satisfy what I feel she has done as QUA over quite a long period of time with the same unwavering dedication and to motivate her to get every thing ship shape for the future. <br> We would need leaders willing to pay close attention to all of their members needs large or small.
