He did all of this without asking for any "return" favors and offerend on more than one occasion to help with the site when time constraints kept me from it. I feel that such brotherly action as this deserves some sort of recognition, as it is not every day someone will just "give" you unlimited server space to house a web site that brings in no revenue. I feel he has more than earned this award, and I would like to say "Thank You" to him for his being there for House Byss for the length of time that he hosted our web site. , 2004-04-03 22:00:00 UTC
3 Apr, 2004 Spears Tarentae was awarded 1 Grand Cross Event ID 7106 Target Spears Tarentae Award Grand Cross Quantity 1 Requested by Unknown Primary reason In spite of his recently gained Grand Cross (which I didn't know of until I called up the dossier to make my recommendation), I wish to recommend Krath Priest Spears Tarentae for another Grand Cross based on his work for the Shadow Academy that was not included in the award given by DA Sith Bloodfyre. Since his appointment as Magistrate and later Praetor to the Headmaster, KP Spears has been an instrumental part in keeping the Shadow Academy flowing smoothly. Not only is he consistently keeping track of the Envoys and course grading, he also is a backup teacher for each and every course on the roster, ensuring an extremely smooth flow of grading. Beyond this, he is always on the lookout for areas to improve and problems to fix. His dedication and reliability in his job is exemplary and I am convinced that in due time, Spears Tarentae will become a candidate for the office of the Headmaster. It has been a long time for him and I hope that we will work together for a long time to come. I can only wish every Dark Council member an assistant so reliable and able to keep track of everything that needs doing or deciding in the office. My most heartfelt thanks! Completed the Master's task given to him - HAD Char Profile. Completed sactioned DJB competition - 1st place in the "Create a Squirrel/cat character" competition. Completed an ACC battle against approved member - GRD Issard Jokaat (he lost, but i think it still counts :) Aside from meeting this criteria, he's been in steady contact with me and seems motivated to continue his training. I feel that he has spent suffient time and energy in his DB activities thus far, and would therefore like to recommend him for promotion to GRD. I believe the JH trials will be the real test for him and the chance to prove his metal, and I'm eager to see if he makes it. I will do my best to push him in this endeavor.
