He's taken several of the SA courses, and passed with excellent scores. He has also completed his character history, which is the requirement in Gladius for promotion to Acolyte. Not only do I think him worthy of that, I consider him worthy of praise, as well, because he seeks out other opportunities through the ACC. As he needs the rank of Acolyte to begin in the ACC, I see no reason to hold him back further, and recommend him for promotion.
