• Dark Jedi Master Halcyon Rokir: Dark Jedi Master Halcyon Rokir has led the Dark Brotherhood in combat and weapons training for the length of the Great Jedi War. His skills as Combat Master led to several stunning victories and influenced the Dark Brotherhood’s successful campaigns. In Halc, the DB is fortunate to have a member who is talented and skilled at his profession.

Over the course of the last year Halcyon has served in the Dark Brotherhood in many capacities. He held our roll and maintained the logistical aspects of the Dark Brotherhood as our Master At Arms. He served with dignity and skill as the Deputy Grand Master and provided priceless insight and advice on all aspects of the Dark Brotherhood. He now serves the Dark Brotherhood as the ultimate trainer of our forces and has done an exceptional job. For his skill and dedication, I, Grand Master Sarin, award Dark Jedi Master Halcyon Rokir the Amethyst Kukri.

Halc did a great job in the War. He came in 7th in fiction by doing every entry he could and placing in most of them. He also did every poetry event and graphic event placing in a few of those. He made 12 RO posts helping our participationand giving our Run on some coherence. He was also a big help in the war game event helping in all of the decisions we made. Halc did a great job running the ACC during this GJW. He dealt with a ton of crap from every clan and handled it all marvelously. All of this work combined with his term as Deputy Grand Master is very impressive and can only be awarded properly with an Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations Halc, you truly deserve this.

• Dark Jedi Master Sith Bloodfyre-Tarentae: Dark Jedi Master Sith Bloodfyre-Tarentae is a Dark Colossus amongst mere children of the Dark Side. Having served almost one full year as Consul of Clan Tarentum, Bloodfyre has led his Clan through battle with decisiveness and élan. His determination, will, and ability to use those around him allowed Clan Tarentum to escape the Great War with the Yuuzhan Vong with the majority of his fleet intact. Bloodfyre’s tactical brilliance and decision making placed his Clan only second to that of the First Clan.

Bloodfyre’s single determination in securing victory for his Clan has placed him on a level that very few Dark Brotherhood members will ever see. It is this singular dedication in improving his Clan that we now honor Bloodfyre. For Valor on the field of battle, I, Grand Master Sarin, award Dark Jedi Master Bloodfyre-Tarentae the Amethyst Kukri.
Dark Side Adept Shadow Taldrya: Some individuals cannot escape the fact that they are born leaders. These individuals are motivators and often lead through example. One such member that has this quality is Shadow Taldrya. A leader without position, Shadow has dominated the Great Jedi War. His efforts have led Taldrya to a seventh consecutive GJW victory and the title of First Clan once again. Heralded by his Consul, Dark Prophets, and more than one Grand Master, it is easy to see why Shadow is so highly respected. For his leadership and domination of the GJW, I, Grand Master Sarin, award Dark Side Adept Shadow Taldrya the Amethyst Kukri
Shadow is fantastic. He does everything. He is like a sexy little DB Swiss Amy knife. He took 4th overall in the ACC, 4th in fiction, 6th in poetry/graphics, he is bonus points in both Miscellaneous and the Jedi Knight ladders, worked in the war game with us every week, and he ran the end of the Run on while getting in 12 posts. He also sent a ton of emails to help and encourage our members. I don’t know how but Shadow got bonus points in every event he could, and he played major roll in the others. All I can add to this is that Shad is great to have around and with out him CSP would have won and the universe would have imploded. He truly deserves this Amethyst Kukri for his work in this GJW, and for flag running in CTF.

Anshar Kahn Tarentae
Primary reason

The Amethyst Kukri is specifically awarded to people who work on “various projects for the Dark Council.” I can think of no one more worthy of this award than my praetor, Dranik.

Dranik has played a major part in many projects for the Shadow Academy, even before he became Praetor. He played a major role in Fictional Reality, helping to write up the project and code it up (see below for more on the coding). Dranik has also helped plan Shadow Academy competitions (the runons in particular). Dranik has served as an excellent idea person and in helping me implement the changes I’ve wanted to make for the Shadow Academy.

Perhaps Dranik’s greatest impact on the Shadow Academy has been his extensive coding efforts for the Shadow Academy. He coded up the Shadow Academy Datapad, the largest part of Fictional Reality, in the process creating the Dark Vault (we are making plans to expand the Dark Vault, which will require more coding from Dranik). With the exception of one exam, the updated Test of Agility, Dranik has coded many of the new courses that have appeared at the Shadow Academy. Most importantly, Dranik coded up the Core Rewrites, an extensive project. To add to all of his coding efforts, Dranik has had to learn new coding styles, as he is not the most familiar with ASP and PHP; even effective coding in HTML is not that easy- learning new styles is even harder, but Dranik has done well so far and I’m sure he’ll continue to learn. While he has had to sometimes delay getting things done due to real life, he does get them done.

I know that this recommendation is a bit short for the award being requested, but there’s really no other way to say it. Dranik has worked on, helped finish, and started numerous projects as Praetor to the Headmaster. Dranik has a somewhat tough time as my praetor, as all of my former aediles did, because I like to do a lot of the hands on work myself. Dranik has still gone above and beyond what I expected of him, and what the Brotherhood may expect of a praetor (as the role of the SA has expanded), and contributed greatly to the Shadow Academy. There is no doubt in my mind that Dranik has played an instrumental role in the Shadow Academy, that he will continue to do so, and that he deserves something for what he has done.
Adept Strategos Thanatos Entar Arconae
Primary reason

Koskian d’Tana is one of the most loyal, respected, and indeed influential members in Arcona’s rich history. For years upon years he has been here and helped Arcona. For the past months, he has been Galeres Quaestor and my Proconsul. He has done all this without focusing on personal gains, lobbying for promotions and rewards, or attempting to gain higher positions at any cost. His attitude and work ethic have been nothing short of excellent.

During his tenure as Galeres Quaestor, he made an already active House even better, and started a revival of Qel-Droma Phyle that continues to this day. When Quejo left, he was the obvious choice for Proconsul, and I have not for one moment regretted my decision to appoint him. Always keeping in touch with the general membership, writing informative reports, running competitions and helping with many behind-the-scenes projects, he has thus far done a very good job – and I have every confidence he’ll continue this way in the future.

His main achievement lately, however, has been the recent Feud against Scholae Palatinae. After we’d come up with the initial idea, he cleared the way for the Feud to happen: writing the entire plot along with Phoenix, helping with the creation of events and the schedule, and so on. I think I can safely say that without him, the Feud wouldn’t have run this smoothly.

Aside from encouraging members to participate, his own participation in the Feud has been stellar, doing six events and most notably crushing the opposition in the ACC event, with an impressive 4-0 record and first place overall.

For these reasons and more, it is my honour to request that Koskian d’Tana be awarded with an Amethyst Kukri, as a sign of how much he means to Arcona, and how much we all appreciate it. Many congratulations, Kosk.

- Strat

KPN Strategos T. Entar, Consul of Arcona

Grand Master Declan Roark
Primary reason

Eleven months ago I recommended Braecen for the Sapphire Blade. In my recommendation I referred to the fact that Braecen operates at an activity level that very few if any will ever reach. Now, many positions later, the same holds true. Braecen is easily one of our most active members and his dedication to leading CSP to a better future is undeniable. He has assembled and trained a staff and works tirelessly to ensure they are working for a better CSP. For his dedication and service above and beyond the standard, I hearby award KE Braecen Kunar the Amethyst Kukri.----Grand Master Sarin

Braecen Kunar has brought a new level of activity and confidence to Clan Scholae Palatinae since taking over as Consul. The clan had been going through hard times in terms of activity and motivation, and upon his appointment, Braecen has worked hard to almost single-handedly turn the tide. Although the first few months have had their
difficulties, Braecen is proving that, as Consul, he can excel.

In working with Braecen as Grand Master, I noted that Braecen is extremely receptive to feedback. He took every word I said and absorbed it into his efforts; Braecen is like a sponge for knowledge
and experience. He understood the criticisms of his work (the few I had) and immediately began to fix the problems. For instance, I am most pleased to see that Braecen has substantially progressed in his
control and direction of subordinate leaders. In my initial evaluation of his work, Braecen lacked the directive authority over his leaders. In the two months or so since then, Braecen has completely turned the tide. He is keeping tabs on his leaders, ensuring they document their work, making sure they are communicating and teaching them to overcome their own flaws. I believe this has created a much better working environment in the clan; the members are excelling.

Braecen has done will in making sure that projects and competitions in his clan run smoothly and are completed. I have been impressed with things like the clan's prospectus on the Wiki and the constant
developments to their website. I was thrilled to see the Arcona-CSP feud run so smoothly. Braecen has had a very big hand in these things, and his efforts are worthy of an award.

By terms of a Consul, Braecen is still very new; however, he has shown great initiative, motivation and ability beyond his years. With time, Braecen will become wise to the art of being an established
Brotherhood leader, learning to make great choices without the direction and advice of others and being a truly complete mentor for his subordinates. By then, I am sure that Braecen will have already
established himself as the finest of Scholae Palatinae Consuls.--- Lord Jac Cotelin

Braecen is an excellent leader. He shows outstanding capabilities as Consul. He always strives the extra mile in bettering the clan. He provides excellent sources of activity including the recently passed Clan feud with Arcona and House Feud, as well as general smaller fun activities. Aside from providing resources for activity, he has worked hard on getting more information developed about the clan, and improving the general workings of the clan. He set up a revised clan powers list, aided with the development of details on the Clan military, and various other fictional needs for the clan. He is very open to suggestions and strives to maintain communication in the clan, including the use of clan meetings, where members can talk and address concerns and ideas with each other. As well he is more then willing to work on a personal basis with people, bettering the clan as a whole. He has helped place structure with the clan as well. Positions have been fortified leading to a much more effective group of leaders. Braecen cares a lot about bettering the clan, and strives diligently to do so.

--
Sith Warrior Xen'Mordin Vismorsus
Ward of the East
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Braecen Kunar has definitely worked hard to improve not only his Clan but also the Brotherhood in general by his efforts. He has served as an Eclectic Pedagogue encouraging members to discover the bounty of knowledge contained in the Shadow Academy. He has earned Dark Maven as well as holding an impressive resume of Shadow Academy courses himself. Braecen has also mentored several members through the ranks, helping them to achieve Dark Jedi Knight. His drive and focus has been vital to his Clan, as Scholae Palatinae steadily grows in strength and becomes a more unified force.

Braecen has been instrumental in aiding Scholae Palatinae in progressing as a Clan, holding workshops to help rising leaders in the Clan improve themselves, helping to develop the Consul's Coven (a group of members to help with clan projects), Dark Paladin and House based Member of the Month programs to award outstanding members, and Noble Merit Awards (Another program to recognize active members within the clan). He wrote the Clan Prospectus and has helped and encouraged members to create their own wiki pages, as well as more Clan and House related pages. He has worked with members to define and build the military structure for the Clan, giving the members even more to build on as they develop fictionally. Braecen organized and wrote the fiction for a house vs. house feud which helped encourage greater activity within the Houses. He's also always made himself available to mentor and guide any member who seems in need of it, even before they ask for help. Braecen has focused his tireless efforts on improving his Clan, and in doing so he has worked to guide and mentor up and coming members into strong and solid leaders, which in turn offers stability and growth within the Clan. He is always searching out ways to inspire and encourage members around him, as well as ways to improve his Clan and help the members grow.

On a more personal basis, Braecen has assisted me in many facets, acting as a friend and mentor. He has been there to help me understand Brotherhood policies and politics, and to give me the direction and encouragement I needed to keep going. He has constantly encouraged me to set goals for my career within the Brotherhood, and then made sure that I had the skills and guidance I needed to achieve them. However he is not the sort of teacher to hold someone's hand all the way, rather he provides the tools needed and sits back to watch. This gives the student a chance to grow in their own pace and to learn from their own mistakes, but whenever I had problems or there was something I didn't understand or know how to do, Braecen has always been there to help out. Firm but gentle nudges in the right direction, offering a challenge for me to strive for improvement, in all that he does, Braecen is the epitome of what a mentor should be. Look 'mentor' up in the DB dictionary and you would find Braecen's picture right there, because he truly is a mentor. Without Braecen's dedicated guidance I would likely not be where I am right now, I am very grateful for his belief in me and his efforts to help me reach the potential and goals I had.
~Rasilvenaira StormRaven,
Aedile, House Caliburnus

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since his ascension to Consul, Braecen Kunar has been a radiant light in the murky mess of Clan Scholae Palatinae. As a leader, Braecen arranged a detailed restructuring of the clan that required as much intelligence as it did time. Displaying his management prowess yielded a distribution of thinly spread resources for the betterment of the entire clan. As Braecen sorted out the mish maw of the clan's leadership, he appointed an entirely new staff of leaders to each of the respective houses. Braecen personally arranged for the creation of the Consul's Coven, the Dark Paladins of CSP, a remake of the website, a dynamic merit system that adds to the fictional depth of the clan, an inter-house feud, and many other projects that are just coming into fruition.

In recent months, Braecen has overseen the Creation of a Clan Feud. Contributing himself to helping the event run, Braecen is included in sorting out the judging and points system. This project was spearheaded by Proconsul Phoenix, but Braecen's extraordinary contribution to the situation is worth lots of merit. With plenty of guiding words, Braecen has settled me into my own position, helping through some of the troubling first time gitters. His outstanding work as Consul has turned CSP into the only routinely reporting clan in the Brotherhood. He has even managed to get me to sit down and write some reports!

Braecen's punctuality and extreme drive to successfully complete the tasks he sets for himself speak wonders for his own leadership, but above that it provides a crystalline model for the rest of the clan to base their own personal drive. Mr. Kunar has been a role-model, mentor, and friend to me for nearly 2 years. In every situation I have ever seen him involved in, he thinks critically about the outcomes and the necessary path to complete these tasks. Outside of House Events and questions about Clan matters, Braecen is concerned with the people behind our characters. He has continually show courtesy and care to my feelings and taken compassion when real-life events take a toll on one's ability to perform. Braecen has also shown faith in me that I find hard to see myself. His positive words and undying encouragement have made me what I am today.

If a simple weapon made of a shiny jewel is reward enough for his feats and the works he has done in this formerly disheveled clan, then I believe that he should be given his award many times over. Though you were never my Master, I always looked at you as so. Thank you for everything you have done, continue to do, and will do in the future. CSP is indebted to you, Master Kunar. A congratulation is not enough thanks. But, I will say it all the same. Congratulations, Brae. I hope we can work side by side for years to come

-Quaestor Thran Occasus

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since my appointment to ProConsul, Brae and I and been in constant contact. There is not a day goes by that ideas are not thrown back and forth. When I first took this position, I was quite unsure that I would be able to be effective, but through Braecen's help, I believe that I am growing to be even more effectual in CSP. Along with helping myself to grow from just a house leader to PCON, he has taken under his wing roughly about 7 apprentices, most of which have progressed past DJK(KAP Scorpius, DJK Korbin, DJK Prajna, OT Xan, SBL Aabsdu and GRD Gavan.) Also, Braecen has mentored such members as Dakari, Brujah, and Thran.

Currently, Braecen has put together several documents and frameworks that will be the future of this clan. From those projects, they have allowed new and old members to branch off on other major projects. Though he gives credit to those who help out, Braecen is the main mastermind behind the current rise in activity of CSP.
He has opened up the Clan so that all members can have a say in what will be the future and has reassembled the clan senate to gets the veterans more involved in clan dealings. His fire, tenacity and zeal to progress this clan, as well as the members that reside within her halls. Once the new programs are completely finish, they will propel CSP back into the greatness she once had.
~Sith BattleLord Phoenix Olkyssagh Palpatine
PCON of CSP

Primary reason

CNS is a hard clan to lead, let alone almost lead to victory. Manesh has done his job as Consul most admirably, and deserves our thanks and recognition.

Since he first stepped into the linelight as Proconsul, Manesh has stood out as a member that knows what it means to serve. He is dedicated to his clan and too his members through and through. He has encouraged them to better themselves and make CNS a powerful force in the DB. As such, he led the Clan to the close finish with Taldryan in the GJW. It was a comeback to remember, and Manesh can be credited with a lot of that.

Beyond the GJW, Manesh has hard to work through a lot of conflicts that no person should have to. He's weathered the storms that come with being a Consul. He's helped to find happy mediums between members in a politically charged atmosphere. I can attest to the fact that dealing with problems like that is draining and just makes you want to leave your computer. Manesh has stayed strong, though. He's worked with his members to try and find compromise and has tried to hold the different parties together. It's not an easy job to do, but someone has to. Manesh has been the go-to guy, and his courgage in this area is appreciated.

While this is all going on, Manesh has even eorked to continue with normal activity and projects in the clan. His efforts will be felt in full as CNS continues to grow as a dominating force in the Brotherhood.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Manesh.
- GM Jac Cotelin

-----------------

I am pleased to be writing this recc for Manesh. After all he has done, tirelessly working throughout the GJW, and focusing his efforts on improving the clan, and keeping them motivated the entire time, I can't not reccomend him for an award. I haven't seen someone who refuses to get involved in the political stuff, and the negativity, and still work so hard, in a very long time - but he does it, over and over again. Manesh has earned the award, for his many long years of service, and his efforts on behalf of the clan. Thank you for all that you have done, and all that you continue to do, Manesh. Without your efforts, we would not have earned a very close 2nd place in the GJW. ~ Kat Pridemore, PCON of Naga Sadow

-----------------
If it weren't for Manesh, I probably wouldn't have done anything more than a few events for this GJW. It's not that I had anything against it, it's just that I am a very unmotivated person lately (hence the retirement). Of all of the events that I participated in, Manesh was the reason that I took part in more than half of them. If it wasn't for his nagging (and by nagging I mean motivational speeches, freakouts and his privately begging me to do something on IRC) I wouldn't have done most of what I did. He got me to install JA and play several matches of that, along with the poetry event (I hate poetry, can't write it to save my life), and I even played pinball. Manesh is a superb leader for CNS and any reward for his actions, his motivation and his event participation, is well earned.

~J`Rai Sadow, Pontifex and all around retired Son of Sadow

------------------------

Manesh Sadow has been Consul of Clan Naga Sadow for nearly two months and before that Pro Consul. He has worked hard to try and normalise the Clan following recent upheaval caused by several Summit members leaving including his predecessor and a recent marked improvement in activity and member satisfaction can be partly attributed to this..
At a time when there have been stirrings from some of the more militant and opinionated members in the Clan, Manesh has done his best to resolve issues and continue to work hard to improve the Clan despite this.

His leadership of the Clan during the Great Jedi War was impressive, both by example participating in most of the events and accumulating one of the highest scores in the Clan, and also by motivating his members with a stream of regular emails informing them of scores and ongoing events and encouraging as many as possible to take part.
He also maintained spreadsheets of individual results and designed a fair and simple award system based on participation and scores to simplify the medals and promotions at the end.

For all of this I believe Manesh Sadow is deserving of recognition for his efforts.

Malisane de Ath
Aedile of Ludo Kressh

If given one word to describe the leader of Plagueis, "Professional" would top the list. It's something I admire Sarin for: his ability to hone and perfect his work into a high-quality, thoughtful and comprehensive product. Sarin brings a sense of real-life professionalism to his work with the Brotherhood. He is task-oriented, timely, committed, and responsible. He is constantly working to better the clan through member development, projects and Brotherhood involvement. I don't think I can say enough about him.

Speaking from the point of view of a Grand Master, there are three things that Sarin has done that I am truly thankful for. First, Sarin has succeeded where no one else could in making Clan Plagueis a Brotherhood Clan that is taken seriously. He has given it an identity, trained the members and worked hard to instill a sense of pride in the Clan. No longer is Plagueis the heir of Alvaak or the combination of two dead clans. Thanks to Sarin's dedication, the clan operates at a level above its past history. Second, I have been more than impressed with Sarin's willingness to help the Brotherhood as a whole. Clan Plagueis has taken on the task of writing the Antei system descriptions, and Sarin himself has taken on starting the Wiki. Both of these projects have great impacts on the Brotherhood, and Sarin has everything to do with that success. I truly appreciate his efforts there. Third, as an advisor, Sarin is hard to match. He is candid and thought-provoking, wise and inventive. There have been a few issues that Sarin has assisted me with personally in which his advise cleared the way for action, and I appreciate his help.

Sarin has been a great Consul, and I look forward to seeing what will come from him next.

- GM Jac Cotelin

**

Sarin who is that guy? Oh that guy who has done it all, he leadership has shine through not just his clan but through the DB it's self with his own Leadership course at the SA in fact! He has time and time again shown what a great leader is and many will follow in his footsteps even into the depths of a abyss and never regret it and that makes me proud to know such a man. Sarin push's his leaders to the edge and then push's them off so they know with Sarin giving the nudge they can truly aim high and fly. Sarin I thank you for every thing you have done for this clan I wish to continue my service until the force cant handle me anymore. Thanks and CONGRATS! ~ HSK QUA Silent

*

From Clan Envoy Orzon: For the five months that I have served as Clan Envoy, I am continually amazed with Sarin’s efforts and dedication to Clan Plagueis. As Consul, Sarin does everything in his power to assure the success of the Clan and its Houses. Sarin assures that his leadership group is just that, a group that works together for the betterment of the Clan. In addition, Sarin makes sure each leader knows their duties and works toward achieving them. As a leader, Sarin excels at assuring his leaders are properly motivated and enjoy their jobs. He also makes sure that each member of his leadership team is actively involved in their Houses and with their members. The leadership of Sarin is a monumental force within the Clan. Although the average member does not see it often, Sarin is always orchestrating the actions and activities of the Clan. He has successfully navigated the Clan through some interesting times and continues to steer Plagueis in the direction of prosperity. In closing, I think the most important thing to mention about Sarin is that he is one of those leaders who you will work your hardest for because just receiving his praise is worth so much more than any award that could be given. That right there is what really makes a leader…

*

Sarin is without a doubt the hardest working CON in the entire Dark Brotherhood. He has successfully led a fledging Clan to a higher and increased status within the DB, while also juggling his own real life military commitments and family. Sarin has been a long time friend, and it has been a pleasure to serve alongside such a dedicated and committed member. From the day he was first appointed to the CP Clan Summit, Sarin had introduced, or lead the way to the forming, of various projects and policies that have greatly elevated Plagueis' standing as a Clan. He is more than willing to listen to other people's ideas, and then provide his own insight and decisions, and then set that member loose to make that idea a reality. He is always ready to amply reward those below him, while never caring about the recognition and awards that he is also worthy of receiving. I hereby request that DJM Aristan 'Sarin' Dantes be awarded the Amethyst Kukri for his long service and successful leadership as the Consul of Clan Plagueis. ~ Battlelord Salth Khan, Envoy of House Exar Kun

*

If you peruse the Codex for the reasons why a member of the Brotherhood is awarded the distinction of the Amethyst Kukri, you will see the phrase, "long-term leadership to a Clan" among its criteria. You will also note that the recognition that this prestigious award warrants is no mean feat. If you require further proof of how rare an honor it is, of how much work and effort is required to wield it, know that the AK has been awarded to only 34 members of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.

What kind of member deserves such an honor? What kind of member devotes themselves to a fictional passtime hobby with such creative effort and positive disposition as to motivate those around them to enjoy more of their time here and so much so that they seek to publicly acknowledge his impact as a leader and as a friend? That would be the type of member that is Aristan "Sarin" Dantes. That would be the type of member I call "friend" and not do so lightly.

Give Sarin two of these awards so he can wield one in each hand and continue his history of cutting through the banality so often the plague of an online club's interaction and fun. But if you can only give one, if only a single casting of these rare and exquisite Sullustian Amethyst masterpieces can be spared, give Sarin one that is of the clearest and highest quality so that its blade may reflect accurately the quality of his own character, and not just the one described in his dossier. Let it reflect the charcter of the man who quietly sits at his computer in his free time fervently debating Star Wars EU incongruities and paradoxes, joking casually with APP and DA alike, and exchanging ideas with ease and class all in the name of fun. ~ HSK AED Raken

****

I honestly don't know how to put everything that Sarin has done into words. It would take pages to fully detail all that he's done, but I can sum up everything in these quick sentences. Sarin is the best Consul I've ever had since I joined, and Chi was my Consul for a while. He gets things done right, and despite the hard times Clan Plagueis has had he's successfully pulled us all through them. Sure, Plagueis may not place well in major competitions, but thanks to Sarin we have something that no other clan has: friendship. Clan Plagueis the friendliest clan in the brotherhood, and is much more advanced then most others. The only think we lack is placing in competitions. He's helped write pretty much everything that is found on the clan website, and that alone shows his hard work and dedication to making this clan so good. I honestly don't think we'd be anywhere near where we are now if it weren't for Sarin's superb leadership skills and ingenuity. Congratulations on this medal, Sarin, it is way overdue ~ CP PCON Aabsdu di Plagia Dupar al'Tor

Primary reason

On behalf of DA Dalthid:

For 1 year and 7 months KE Nekura Manji Keibatsu has been a member of the ACC staff, nay, more than a member...a "staple". His time has been spent in the Training realm of our platform, guiding the newer members and those who need to qualify with a superb effort that is barely measured by numbers. With over 130 Training and Qualification battles on record, the Epis has performed like a staunch professional. Rarely (in comparison) will an INI re-Qualify with the same Trainer, that is a situation found more in Training battles due to the comfort of having already engaged with a specific staff member. With that being the case, it is safe to say that Nekura is responsible for the Training and Qualification of over 100 members of the Centre (easily); 100 members of our club...100 individuals...that impresses me to no end. I can barely count the "staff greats" on two hands - and Nekura is one of them. Of those who are and who have been, the Epis can easily take his place amongst the best. His drive and willingness to instruct make him an asset to the Centre and to the Club as a whole. His dedication to his Clan is remarkable, that is not a secret to anyone, but the fact that he lends the same passion to his efforts in the ACC is amazing - especially when so many trade one for the other. His exceptional (and often thankless) dedication to this aspect of the Brotherhood and the selflessness by which he serves are traits that should exist in everyone who chooses a role of this kind and scope. As always, when honoring a member, there is no way to fully express my thanks or the respect I have for them and their efforts. Nevertheless, it is with the utmost appreciation that I recommend KE Nekura Manji Keibatsu for the Amethyst Kukri.

~DA Dalthid, Combat Master

Primary reason

DJM Alanna Taldrya has been recognized by her fellow Clan members for her amazing work in Clan Taldryan since her return more than a year ago after stepping down from KHP. Most of her time back has been serving as House Ektrosis Envoy. For all her work in the Clan we request an Amethyst Kukri (AK) be awarded.
--------------------

There is little that can be said to describe Alanna and her role in our Clan besides she is one of kind and a true leader in every sense of the word. Alanna rejoined Taldryan last year after stepping down from the position of Krath High Priestess. Not too long after that she began working with the new members of House Ektrosis. Alanna has done a remarkable job just in the last 5 months or so making Ektrosis the leading House in the Clan with active new members, bringing the entire House to a much higher activity status. She is so much more than a simply email sender, she is an Envoy that helps any member with whatever they need, step-by-step, one rank up at a time. Alanna doesn't want to be considered leadership or part of any Summit just as Envoy, but she deserves recognition for all that hard work. In my mind she is right beside the rest of us, even more so at times.

There is another great thing about Alanna that must be mentioned. Whenever we hit a major event like the recent Clan Feud and the current Great Jedi War, she steps up not only to participate in whatever possible, but also to guide and direct the members through it all. Alanna doesn't have to think about doing this, it's just who she is. She is a caring, supportive, and loyal member and deserving of our respect and appreciation. For all here time as Envoy, and her excellent performance in the Great Jedi War so far (top 10 in points), I recommend she be publicly rewarded for it. Congratulations Alanna! <3

For Taldryan,

Obelisk Exarch Duga Taldrya Arkarso
Consul and Son of Clan Taldryan
Planetary Viceroy of Karufr
___________________________________________

Alanna is one of the most hardworking people I have worked with. In her job as Envoy, she is in contact with countless numbers of new recruits. I have personally witnessed Alanna welcoming new members on IRC more than once, and I know she is in contact through email to all of the recent arrivals to Ektrosis. Welcoming new members isn't the only part of an Envoy's work, however. Working with the rest of the Clan Summit, Alanna has been instrumental in tweaking the Ektrosis promotion guide. In addition to all her work as Envoy, Alanna has lead by example in this recent GJW, holding on to an MVP spot for multiple weeks. For all her hard work, Alanna deserves some thanks.

Benevolent
Proconsul of Taldryan
________________________________________

Alanna is great. No two ways around it. It has been nearly a year since Alanna has been awarded anything for her work in Ektrosis, this is far too long! She is a great envoy; she has helped almost every member through our Dark Jedi Trials. Alanna helps all of our new people with any questions they have, and they have a lot of questions. She always brings problems in our Trials to us and helps us fix them. She is always willing to help anyone. She does a ton of work and is on IRC a lot, albeit I'm asleep at the time. She helped out a ton during the recent feud with Clan Arcona and has done a great job in the GJW thus far. She has been getting the members of the clan a good boost of energy with her emails and getting them to participate, this is a huge help. With out Alanna our summit wouldn't be nearly as good as it is now. I can't think of a better way to award her for all her hard and diligent work then giving her this Amethyst Kukri. Thank you so much Lannie, we appreciate all your hard work.

Templar Chaosrain
Quaestor of Ektrosis
___________________________________________

Alanna has taken a position that has been reinvented, re-designed and reinvented again because no practical use was found for it and used the position to do a great deal of good for Ektrosis. That position is Envoy. In the time that Alanna has held her position, she's maintained extremely high levels of dedication and activity. Her main task is to guide members of House Ektrosis from the rank of Initiate up through Guardian. While this sounds like a rather simple task, in reality it requires lots of tedious work. Her duties are mainly emailing members and making sure that any questions they might have are properly answered, they know what is required of them for the next promotion and things of that nature. Alanna is also extremely prompt, sending a new member a welcome email within hours of joining is the norm rather then the exception. Alanna has been working extremely hard for Ektrosis for quite a while now; it's time that she sees a reward for her effort.

--
Battlemaster Taku "Crix" Matsuki Taldrya
Son of Taldryan
Aedile of House Ektrosis of Taldryan
Magistrate to the Deputy Grand Master
