Primary reason

Alaris Jinn's contributions as both a leader and a member to the Brotherhood have included time as a member of several clans spanning a Great Jedi War, and on the Dark Council as Fist of the Brotherhood during a Great Jedi War as well. While his current Consul, Ronovi, will cover his time in Plagueis, we will focus on his other noteworthy accomplishments.

Since his last sacramental award, Alaris has participated in some 55 competitions, including numerous major events, and he earned nearly 700 total gaming clusters in that time period. Alaris organized more than 26 total competitions. Prior to joining the Dark Council, Alaris had served in the Fist office briefly for one month, and as a capable Left Hand of Justice for two months. In addition, he updated the templates for Skills and Force Powers on the Wiki, an important task that enabled members to more easily track what feats affect their powers.

During his time as Fist, Alaris began several projects and instituted several changes to gaming in the club. He managed a Rites of Combat revamp that updated the formatting and brought the document out of the IRC era. THe removed unnecessary references and re-defined match dodging to maintain the integrity of DC-run competitions. During Great Jedi War XIII: Discord, Alaris ran 9 different competitions in support of the Vendetta. He coordinated the JA and HoTS brackets and signups and organized multiple gaming competitions during the event. He was available to help and ansewr questions to participants and Clan leaders, and maintained open communications with the Dark Council. Finally, Alaris was instrumental in constructing the postwar Survey, taking point to compile the new survey and to work with Dark Councilors to adjust where needed to meet the new competitions in Discord.

Alaris' time as a member before joining the Council, and during his time on the DC, reflected a commitment to bettering the club through consistent activity, leadership, and project contributions. As Ronovi discussed below, Alaris has been an active and contributing member since rejoining Plagueis. Taken together, these efforts demonstrate that Alaris is deserving of his second Sapphire Blade. Congratulations!

Alaris Jinn rejoined Clan Plagueis in February of 2020. These dates are important references to understanding the contributions of Alaris not only to Plagueis but the wider club. First, on a personal activity front, Alaris has competed in 30 competitions since the 7th of February, the day he officially rejoined Clan Plagueis from the Rogues. What makes this even more impressive is the fact that Alaris has managed to play an important role in not one but two major events. Only a few days after rejoining the clan, the feud between Plagueis and Vizsla, better known as A Fistful of Credits began. Throughout this event, Alaris competed in 8 competitions which is exactly 50% of the total competitions offered in the whole feud. Alaris would maintain his activity up to the recently concluded Great Jedi War XIV, where he was one of Plagueis’ standout participants, with only one Plagueian managing to surpass his 17 entries. What’s more is that from these entries, he managed to earn one Gold Nova for his efforts in helping Plagueis retain its crown as the Clan RO champions and a Bronze Nova in a highly competitive HotS bracket.

These numbers aren’t just impressive on their own, but they show Alaris’ dedication to showing up on the biggest stage and performing to the best of his abilities. From his total of 33 competitions since last being recognised, he has earned crescents in over 25% of them, 2 Diamond, 3 Ruby and 4 Sapphire. His gaming efforts, primarily in Heroes of the Storm where he’s one of the strongest players in the club, have netted him 81 Clusters of Fire and an impressive 369 Clusters of Earth. Alaris has also earned 3 Clusters of Graphite, 4 Scrolls of Foundation and 10 Seals of Discord. In addition to all of this, Alaris has organised 16 competitions in some form or another according to the site, though I was only able to observe 7 on his dossier, which all came within a GJW from his brief time as FIST.

Alaris has been a joy to work with, and I am pleased to recommend him for an SB!

Grand Master Muz has been a driving force behind House Marka Ragnos for many years. His contributions to this house and Clan Naga Sadow on a whole are legion and too numerous to count, but I shall try. Since his last award, GM Muz has participated heavily in two Great Jedi Wars. First, he created images to hype up the war efforts for CNS. He also participated in all bins and brought home four Gold Novas and 3 Bronze Novas as well as earning himself 25 Seals of Discord (!). Muz participated in 63 competitions and wrote over 11 thousand words of fiction. For this last GJW, Muz earned 14 Seals of Vision and placed in the top ten three times (6, 7, 6). Lastly, GM Muz has been QUA of House Marka Ragnos for 10 months leading HMR through one GJW and also served as M:DGM, also for 10 months. GM Muz has given his all to this house and clan for this past year. He is the soul of the house and a positive role model for everyone inside the clan, and out. I would like to recommend Grand Master Muz for a Sapphire Blade.

What can be said about Grand Master Muz that has not already been said before. He is a pillar of Clan Naga Sadow, and the Club. Grand Master Keibatsu's leadership and mentorship is ever present, and has been utilized not only by myself, but by countless others seeking counsel. One of his MANY unyielding qualities is the development of the Clan and his members. His literary adeptness is strikingly versed, which has been utilized from top to bottom within the Club. The Grand Master is always advocating for neoteric fictional development and pushes us all with his artistry in story advancement. It is truly an honor to have a former GM within the Clan, that is a wealth of knowledge, experience and mentorship which carries a undeniably positive affect on us all! I wholeheartedly support the presentation of this medal to Grand Master Muz Keibatsu!

Adept DarkHawk Sadow, 2020-08-09 13:28:39 UTC

As I am reflecting on the performance and contributions of Muz over the last fifteen months, I am a little stuck on how to start this recommendation. That isn't to say that I am at a loss, or that I lack things to point out. Rather, I am trying to recall what of several places where I have seen Muz go above and beyond I wish to speak upon.

During my tenure in the club, Muz has always been a devoted member of our Clan. So more or less, this has been since he stepped down as Grand Master in 2015. Now, obviously my award does not stretch back that far. I do have to point out that he has been consistent. In particular, despite the fact that his work hours have sometimes kicked him in the chops during some big events, the former Grand Master pushed. He has made great efforts to both contribute, and more so compete, at the highest levels when it counts. He might not have the biggest numbers, but where he does act, he makes it count.

Points, Novae, and other club 'tangibles' earned on his personal efforts are not the only thing I feel that you can contribute in at least part to the man. Muz also created a number of hype images for the Clan before, during, and after Great Jedi War XIII. These images, usually with an inspiring or humorous line- sometimes even a bit of both at the same time have been turned into a collection of 'hype stickers'. These said stickers that have been employed by our members to hype each other, to encourage each other in, boost morale and to a large degree to congratulate (such as the infamous 'boom' sticker) one another in both club-wide events and everyday activities. That impact, in particular, helped our Clan to achieve our 2nd place position in that War. The kind of excitement we saw during that event from our membership was humbling. I don't believe it takes away from our Clan members at all, but I don't believe it wouldn't have been the same without the help, guidance and hype images that Muz has given for our group.

During his 10 months (since his last recognition) as Quaestor, Muz was involved in conceptualizing and plotting the launch of the 'Sith Empire' vision for Clan Naga Sadow. Part of this involved a lot of discussion, note comparison, a bit of research and the insight provided by Muz's experience in the club. In terms of club opportunities that I can point to, there are two events that leap to mind. In both, he had a significant hand in the creation and execution of both. One was the Rebels and Ruins event, which saw 18 of our members step up to participate. He also helped in organizing/judging half the events for the Clan's Redemption and Honor event, which saw our Clan return to the Orian system. Redemption and Honor saw 20 members, or roughly half our roster participate. Beyond this rather tangible metric I can point to, Muz has been a continuous sounding board not only to myself, but at least three other Summit members of recent memory. While he is in re-re-retirement, Muz continues to provide wisdom, guidance, and sometimes just a kick in the right direction for those willing to ask for such guidance. He is one of a number of people I consider a bit of a personal advisor and occasional mentor.

Muz is a man who you can cut, and he bleeds Naga Sadow, DJB, and so much alcohol. Looking back from May of 2019 up to current date, I see little reason that we should not recognize Muz Ashen Keibatsu for his contributions to Clan Naga Sadow.

Alaisy Tir’eivra has been a constant presence in the DJB from day one. Since her last recognition, she has participated in 71 competitions, which got her 17 Crescents (2 Diamond, 3 Ruby, 4 Amethyst, 4 Sapphire, 2 Emerald, 2 Topaz). She has also received 21 Clusters of Fire, 8 Clusters of Ice, 4 Clusters of Earth, 43 Clusters of Graphite and 18 Pendants of Blood for her activity and participation in competitions. Prior to the war, she received a Seal of Loyalty during the “May the 4th” celebration. And Post-War she received 2 Gold Novae and 3 Bronze Novae.

During the Great Jedi War XIV, Alaisy got full bin participation for her House and Clan, and she also participated in every single competition of the war. Even during these hard times and the stress of what a war can be sometimes, Alaisy has shown amazing dedication to her House and Clan.

It is for the reasons mentioned above that I am proud to recommend Alaisy Tir’eivra to be awarded a Sapphire Blade. I am most proud to be your apprentice Mistress! Congratulations.

Aru Law
Aedile, House Qel-Droma

Alaisy continues to amaze with her performance. In addition to placing first in the JA tournament during the GJW XIV, she also successfully completed all of the competitions. Her efforts bore fruit, as she ended up placing fifth in the war overall. The Shiny Sith’s efforts are consistently outstanding, and I am constantly amazed at her infinite wellspring of talent.

In addition to doing all the things, Alaisy is a welcome presence on Telegram. Interacting with her is always a joy. She is consistently helpful to newer members and supportive of those of us who have been around for a while. She has also helped in shaping the fictional direction of her house and clan through her participation in our house roleplaying events.

Alaisy is an outstanding member of the DB, and I am so thrilled that she is a member of Arcona. She is well-deserving of a Sapphire Blade, and I am thrilled to recommend it for her. Congratulations, Alaisy! I have no doubt you will find a spectacular use for this wonderfully sharp and highly fashionable cutting instrument. Congratulations!

What can be said about Alaisy that hasn't already been repeated ad nauseum? Is it for lack of trying? Far from it, but she continues to surpass even our wildest expectations! And a lack of trying, that is certainly the only thing she is short on.

Alaisy's continued brilliance shone exceptionally bright during the Great Jedi War, where she kicked all the ass with her elegant, space latex boots! How someone who achieves so much, is not a high-strung try-hard, but such a warm and lovely person who genuinely wishes to help her peers in our Clan and never ceases to spur us mere mortals on toward ever greater personal triumphs, is beyond me! It truly is my continued pleasure to hold her acquaintance and continue to observe her myriad and intriguing stay with us, for I have a strong suspicion that the finest chapters in the story of Alaisy Tir'eivra have yet to be written. I shall observe her continued progress with great interest, and mild trepidation...

For all this and more, it is my privilege to recommend Alaisy for a Sapphire Blade. May it further your alchemical studies in some infinitesimally terrible manner!

Tali Sroka is an inspiring leader in the Brotherhood and a great teacher that I have the honor of working closely with. Since his last promotion, Tali has led House Qel-Droma as an Aedile for 2 months and now as a Quaestor for 9 months and counting. During this time, Tali has kept the fictional development of the House interesting and fresh. Tali has co-organized House events that helped shape the fictional direction of Qel-Droma. Furthermore, Tali has embraced the arduous task of updating and renovating Port Ol’val’s wiki page with several new entries provided by the House members and has also created the new Qel-Droman Headquarters wiki page from scratch.

On personal achievements, since his last promotion Tali has organized 16 competitions and co-organized 2. He has also participated in 66 competitions, having received for those competitions 15 Crescents (3 Diamond, 2 Ruby, 1 Amethyst, 5 Sapphire, 3 Emerald, 1 Topaz). Tali has also amassed 2 Clusters of Fire, 64 Clusters of Ice and 37 Clusters of Graphite. He has participated in 18 Fiction events and has posted 4 RO posts. Finally, Tali has passed 4 Academy courses, having gained 1 new Degree. He has also received 1 Scroll of the Master for having mentored Sera Kaern to her knighthood, and 24 Seals of Discord for his participation in the GJW XIII. Recently, Tali has been awarded 2 Bronze Novae, 1 Silver Nova and 1 Gold Nova for placement in the GJW XIV

Tali is an ever-present voice in Telegram chats, always ready to help with anything he can. He has taught me much of what it takes to lead a Unit and I cannot thank him enough for that. Tali Sroka has showed incredible leadership of the House, even through these tough times we are currently facing, keeping its members united and motivated, and always coming up with ways to make sure everyone’s needs are tended to. He is more than deserving of an award for all his work and I am most happy to recommend him for a Sapphire Blade. You really deserve it Tali!

Aru Law Aedile, House Qel-Droma

Tali is without a doubt one of my favorite Twi’leks in Arcona. As a member, he is hard-working and consistent. With his constant activity, he leads by example, as detailed by the raw numbers that Aru has listed above. In addition to all of the shinies his efforts have landed him, they have also resulted in earning 8th place in the GJW XIV, which is no small feat!

As a leader, I have been intensely proud of the work he has done, in expanding on the fictional storyline of House Qel-droma. He has done an outstanding job delegating responsibilities and keeping his Aedile and BTL (and sometimes his Consul) on track. I don’t know what I would do without his attention to detail, sarcastic wit and his obsession with being a pedant.

Tali, you are an outstanding leader, and I am so thrilled with all of your hard work. I am proud that you are a member of Arcona, and I am proud to call you my friend, and as such I am thrilled to recommend you for a Sapphire Blade. Enjoy your highly fashionable cutting instrument! I am certain it will be all the rage on Coruscant this year.

Tali has been an excellent member of the Clan and leadership. They’ve been encouraging, led by example throughout both regular House and Clan activities and the War. They’ve shown a solid understanding of meeting the needs of their members and of helping them meet their goals.

Julius! Your character may have been appropriately stabbed to death, but you’re still here, kicking butt.

Gaius Julius Caesar has served as the Aedile of two houses - the now defunct Karness Muur and currently Tyranus - and has demonstrated since his last recognition that he is not slowing down, despite his long tenure of almost fifteen years in the Brotherhood. His recent leap into leadership has paid tremendous dividends for both his activity and Plagueis’s well-being, and he ought to be awarded for it.

Participation-wise, Julius has been on his feet and moving since his last recognition. He has submitted to 75 competitions and co-organized 5 of them, assisting his Quaestor in running the Grand Opening event for House Tyranus upon its creation. His list of shinies is nothing to sneeze at, either: He has accumulated three Gold Novae, one Silver Nova, one Crescent with a Ruby Star, three Crescents with Amethyst Stars, six Crescents with Sapphire Stars, two Crescents with Emerald Stars, two Crescents with Topaz Stars, four Clusters of Fire, nine Clusters of Ice, 48 Clusters of Earth, 21 Clusters of Graphite, one Legion of the Scholar, and 14 Seals of Discord. He completed all nine bins for the latest Great Jedi War as well, earned a Gold Nova for his contributions to the clan-wide run-on, and led by example despite real life issues rearing their ugly heads.

Julius has served as Aedile for well over a year now, assisting in founding and running a brand new house in Clan Plagueis. His Telegram presence is incredibly consistent, and he knows when to jump in and help when other leaders get caught up in other things, including writing a house summit report all on his own when his Quaestor was experiencing technical difficulties. He was crucial in doing weekly reach-outs to members during the latest war, emailing and messaging them to ensure that they were participating and asking if they needed any assistance. While I could go on and on about every member of my summit and how lucky I am to work with each and every one of them, it has been delightful to see this man truly settle into leadership after so many years of not touching it. It’s awesome to see.

Julius, for your work and your pains, I hereby recommend you for a Sapphire Blade.- your very first sacramental award. Congratulations, and thank you for being an amazing colleague and dear friend!

Gaius Julius Caesar's one year of service on the Appeals Panel culminated when the Panel convened in December to review an order issued by the Justicar banning a member from a unit. As part of the Panel, JC carefully considered the evidence presented and the requirements of the Covenant, and cogently debated the merits of the order with the other members of the panel.

I am very happy to add my recommendation for a Sapphire Blade.

The artist formerly known as Wrathus has done wonders for Clan Plagueis since his latest recognition. Having served as both Aedile of the now defunct Ajunta Pall and currently the battle team leader of Opress, Aleister has dedicated himself fully to the further development of the clan and its members. It is an honor, consequently, that I write this recommendation for him today.

Aleister has participated in a whopping 90 competitions since his prior recognition in 2019, organizing two competitions as well for Plagueis and his battle team. This activity includes writing over 15,000 words for run-ons alone (which include the GJWXIII RO, the Tenixir Prison RO, and the GJWXIV RO) and earning a plethora of awards: One Gold Nova, one Crescent with a Diamond Star, four Crescents with Ruby Stars, four Crescents with Amethyst Stars, four Crescents with Sapphire Stars, five Crescents with Emerald Stars, two Crescents with Topaz Stars, 19 Clusters of Ice, 21 Clusters of Graphite, two Seals of Fury, and two Seals of Discord. He also completed eight out of nine bins for the latest Great Jedi War, earning a Gold Nova for his contributions to the clan-wide run-on.

Apart from his activity and participation, Aleister has been a consistent leader despite his life throwing him more curveballs than Madison Bumgarner in the 2014 World Series. He has been working hard to improve his battle team daily, regularly updating their wiki page and keeping track of their monthly activity through a point system of his own making. Not only that, but he has begun dipping his toes more into graphics used by the clan and Brotherhood at large, with his Ascendant Legion images and Tenixir Revenant logo being used frequently in fiction and reports. He keeps a calm and focused presence on Telegram, adding to the conversation while also serving as mediator if the topic gets a bit too hot for one’s liking. He is constantly developing and recommending storylines and lore updates for Plagueis, assisting his fellow summit with getting regular members involved in said storytelling. His candor, creativity, and fortitude are to be admired and appreciated.

It is with gratitude and pleasure that I recommend Aleister for his very first sacramental award: A Sapphire Blade. Congratulations to the man I consider both a friend and a younger brother from another mother!

Jax Bendal, further referenced as Marcus since I'm old and don't like new names.

For my initial year as Headmaster, Marcus was the rock in the storm. Without him, the Academy would have probably never gotten much done. While I was an experienced leader, I was lost at leading such a huge and involved staff with members ranging from ordinary members to Dark Councillors and Star Chamber members. I leaned heavily on his advice, and more than once on his calming demeanor while dealing with some of the difficult problems that face being a DCer.

While Marcus was my first Praetor, I wasn't his first Headmaster. Marcus once again stepped into the role of Praetor for someone who had a vision for the Academy but lacked all organizational skills. As each project, moved from planning to implementation, Marcus would assign portions to our Magistrates or PROF's as needed. An excellent example of this is when planning for the SAS revamp he called upon our Magistrates to help build and formulate the proposal document. His involvement was building the background for the bottom tiers, deciding proposed awards for the higher tiers, and putting the background together of what they were used for. He was also a key player in helping to work on the future of the Writing department and our overall goal of changes that are working on being made.

Within the scope of his Praetor position, he also worked on the various reported issues with courses via the SA Error Form. This ensured that members received the proper information when taking our courses. He also worked with James on several occasions, with the first coming to mind where the website would automatically sync Jac as a PROF for any empty positions. He added in several of the Headmaster policies and posted them on the DJB wiki. Lastly, he worked on all of our auto-graded exams to change descriptions of Grey Jedi to Force Disciple. While this seems like a minor thing, this is something that covered 30 courses with details of varying degrees.

Finally, Marcus was the lead on yet another audit. While this one dragged on longer than anticipated, he built a system on Trello allowing our Magistrates to claim and work on each course as needed. This allowed our M's to work on courses without stepping on one another toes while allowing us to track who completed what and the work/time invested in each one.

Congratulations Marcus and thank you for all the work and time you invested in our club!

Celevon, an Odanite that needs little introduction. He has not only been an active member but has volunteered to serve Odan-Urr many times over. It’s my pleasure to describe his efforts below as proof that he has earned a Sapphire Blade.

Celevon has participated in 89 competitions, 3 PvP matches, 4 PvE activities, 4 ACC battles, 18 fiction activities worth 18,644 words, 4 run on posts worth 3,112 words, 6 passed courses, 1 SA degree, 10 news posts, and 9 news posts comments. While achieving this he obtained 1 Crescent with Diamond Star, 4 Crescents with Ruby Star, 8 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 2 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 1 Crescent with Emerald Star, 1 Crescent with Topaz Star, 7 Clusters of Fire, 60 Clusters of Ice, 26 Clusters of Earth, 22 Clusters of Graphite, 8 Scrolls of Foundation, 1 Scroll of the Master, 13 Seals of Wrath, 9 Seals of Fury, and 2 Seals of Discord. In addition, he hosted one community event, which took several hours of one of his weekdays, and participated in 5 community events that he didn’t host.

He served Odan-Urr as Aedile for 3 months, Quaestor for 6 months, and Proconsul for 10 months. During that time he organized 20 competitions, co-organized 12 competitions, created 10 reports (many of them quite lengthy which is nice to see), and helped write 5 fictions for the clan (2 while a House leader and 3 while PCON). I’d like to go a little more in depth into the competitions. For his clan competitions, there were multi-competition events and one of them was a standalone. The multi-competition events included a detective-based event run with a willing minion, and the other was a clan event called ‘Rumble Down Under’. For the House competitions, there were non-Scimitar events and Scimitar competitions. The former included 2 battleteam run on competitions, where he not only kicked off the run on but made sure to write at least one contributing post for each, and a house event called ‘The Price of Freedom’. For the Scimitar competitions, there were 13 of them, note that this competition requires a lot of manual counting. These competitions, clan/house events, and scimitar competitions were crucial in not only giving our members things to do but also a great community motivator.

I’d like to focus a bit more on his time as a Proconsul, specifically some key highlights. First, he was very helpful during the ACC tournament, where he led the prepwork to support Odan-Urr’s combatants. Some of these tasks included setting up the use of a tournament chatroom, identifying possible contenders, and proofreading ACC posts. Second, he worked extensively with the House Summits, whether it be for needed updates or member management. Of note, this included a full possessions update for two Houses, which for those that haven’t had to manage resources on the site takes a very long time for just one full House update. If I said each update took a full DB work week, I wouldn’t be far off. This involved coordinating and executing all house resource changes on the website, which includes verifying cost purchases, buying, handling, and organizing assets. Third, he helped me execute Odan-Urr’s transition from two Houses to one. This was a multi-month effort that included a prep stage and execution stage. The prep stage involved drafting a proposal for the clan, refining the idea after holding discussions with the clan leaders, and providing critical feedback to presentation materials created for the Grandmaster. The execution stage involved helping organize members into the new house, supporting the new house summit in its early stages, providing feedback on our new system diagram, and helping create text promotional materials for reports/emails and documents. Fourth, he was a key helper in our initial refurbishment of the Odan-Urr discord. This involved helping me redo the entire structure of our server (what channels, where to put them, are they nested etc..), redo permissions, and organize our members by tags. Additionally, it also required making updates to the Odan-Urr Communication Channel Policy, which was shared in Discord and captured in the wiki. These changes ultimately helped us pull in new members, the lifeblood of this club. All of the above was excellent service to the clan, but I have a few more things to share.

While a leader he handled a number of lore related tasks. First he completed 6 minor edits and 1 major edit, worth 565 words, to clan and house pages. These included the following pages: House Hoth, House Sunrider, Solyiat, Odan-Urr Communication Channel Policy, and Clan Odan-Urr. Second, he created and published a Novice guide to Odan-Urr’s fictional landscape, which consisted of 1,715 words. They required pulling from all current and past lore at both the clan and DB level and presenting it in an easy to digest, succinct, and informative document with helpful links. This was a great help to our younger members as well as our older members who needed to catch up on our fiction, helping to engage our members in the fictional landscape the DB has to offer. Third, he led the documentation of the Clan coalitions that we created. This required publishing to the clan, managing any edits, and adding content as we refined the idea. Fourth, he created a clan NPC used by the DB for their storylines, engaging with a fellow clanmate to make sure it would help connect Odan-Urr to the DB plot. Fifth, he helped put together content for our original Jedi Codes. All of these were very much appreciated.

Finally, a few more words on some things his bosses appreciated but often get overlooked. First, he was very useful counting and organizing. An organized mind is an efficient one and the same holds true for clans and houses. This included things like activity trackers, updating house descriptions on the website, and reorganizing our clan google drive. It's a quiet contributor but it is essential for any house and clan. Second, he was an excellent day to day administrator, which often involved getting your hands dirty and doing the work no one wanted to do but was required for those fancy ideas you wanted to execute. Whether it was crunching the numbers on the best way to run an event, member feedback surveys, or member management, the day to day administration is absolutely critical. Third, he was always a wonderful addition to planning sessions, providing much needed feedback and critique whenever needed. He had a habit of proposing good ideas that augmented the original idea to something much better. Fourth, there was a period of time where he had to do a lot of member management, whether it be resolving fights, being there for a member in need, or preventing issues before they happened. These sap a lot of time but were crucial to our early days as a summit. How long these all took, that’s very hard to tell. But I do know that it was time you spent on Odan-Urr rather than sit back and relax in the evening and for that you have my utmost appreciation. Thank you my friend.

Primary reason

The Dark Jedi Brotherhood has many unique "clubs" of people within it, but very few people ever enter the Club known as Double Stabby. This is a special group of members who have earned not one, but two types of Sacramental Awards (that have pointy ends). Today, we welcome Warlord Rajhin, aka Turel, into that club.

Since Rajhin's last recognition (June 2019), he has contributed to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood as the Left Hand of Justice for a period of 9 months, as an ACC Judge for a period of 3 months, and as a integral part of the Clan Vizsla creation team that saw the first new Clan added to the Dark Brotherhood in nearly a decade. In these roles he brought his usual level of professionalism and attention to detail that improved the Office of the Justicar (Bubba REC attached), the ACC Team (he did such a good job he is now the CM - graded matches and contributed to the new rubric), and Clan Vizsla (got us Clanned!).

In addition to Rajhin's contributions as a leader to our club as a whole, he has also been a dedicated participant across all avenues of the DJB's activity spectrum. He has participated in 99 total gaming events, submitted over 3800 words of fiction, taken 10 SA courses, earned 4 Degrees, earned a Bronze Nova in a Vendetta, placed and earned 11 various Crescents, accumulated 783 CFs, 10 CIs, 46 CEs, 14 Clusters of Graphite, 4 Scrolls of Foundation, and 13 Seals from the last war.

Turel (I can't ever spell your new name right), congrats on the second SB! I look forward to seeing you improve the ACC and lead it into the future!

Additional reasons

Turel brings wisdom, passion, and experience in equal measure to his work as Left Hand of Justice. In the first half of his current term, he cogently advised multiple members on their rights under the Covenant and helped them to explain and defend their actions in ways that, without a doubt, led to reduced sentences or avoided charges. He is in many ways the ideal Left Hand: he harbors deep convictions about members' rights and has personally and publicly grappled with his own past transgressions, which lends his advice a frank and persuasive quality.

I rely on Turel for careful, thoughtful analysis, and I know that I can trust him to challenge my opinions in ways that will force me to improve or reconsider my views. Turel has advised on every major issue presented to the Chamber, including one case that went all the way through trial. He also played a key role in the Chamber's review of a clan's request to ban a disruptive member, advising the member and submitting a defense brief for the member on very short notice. Many other matters have been resolved informally, but Turel approached them all with the same care and professionalism.

I am proud to add my recommendation for Turel today.
