Primary reason

The Dark Brotherhood is a community of small teams made up of exceptional members. One of those exceptional members is Kenath Zoron. Since Zoron's return to the Dark Brotherhood he has been a consistent contributing member within our club. Zoron's demeanor, candor, and ability to communicate with old and new members makes him a unique and valuable member of the club.

Over the past nine months, Zoron has demonstrated his consistent activity in nearly ever facet of our club. He has organized two extremely popular puzzle competitions (because he got tired of winning every puzzle competition), he has participated in over 102 competitions (not a typo), he has written over 4200 words of fiction (he is a gamer, FYI), and he has taken 1 Shadow Academy Course. Zoron has also excelled in his endeavors and earned 2 x Gold Nova, 2 x Bronze Nova, 2 x CR Diamond Star, 30 CR Ruby Star, 18 CR Amethyst Star, 8 CR Sapphire Star, 1 CR Topaz Star, 5 x Pendants of Blood, 45 Clusters of Fire, 11 Clusters of Ice, 171 Clusters of Earth, 16 Clusters of Graphite, 1 Seal of Fury, and 25 Seals of Discord (NBD).

Beyond the statistics captured by our website, Zoron also brings intangibles that make our club a better place. He is a consistent contributor across various DJB Telegram Channels, he is a mentor to new members and a confident to older members, he is a gamer who is always willing to help others (Dauntless test), and he is one of those very rare members in our club who has a sterling reputation as a good person (we need more of that).

Zoron was also an invaluable contributor to the creation of Clan Vizsla. His contributions and edits to the Clan Vizsla proposals were tantamount in the Clan gaining approval from the Grand Master. Without him, Clan Vizsla would not exist. Not many members of the Club can say that.

I'm stoked to write the first recommendation (not the last) for a Sacramental award for KZ. Congrats on your Sapphire Blade. You earned it.

Primary reason

Since he joined Plagueis a couple months ago, Ranarr has been incredibly active both in organized events and otherwise. In this time period alone he’s participated in 37 events, placing in 12 of them. In addition, he organized the “In Memory of Mayhew” event series, which garnered a good number of participants.

And this was just his time in Plagueis. Going back further to his time in Tarentum, Ranarr has participated in a total of 86 events in the past year and a half since his last promotion and placed in 40 of them, receiving 2 Topaz, 5 Emerald, 9 Sapphire, 10 Amethyst, 11 Ruby, and 3 Diamond Crescents for his efforts. He also organized 14 and co-organized 2 events, which shows that he’s interested in being more than just a consumer of activities. He’s also been a fairly active gamer, earning 131 Clusters of Fire, 9 Clusters of Earth, and 7 Pendants of Blood. Ranarr has also accumulated 4 Clusters of Ice, 15 Clusters of Graphite, and 1 Scroll of the Master.

Ronovi and I wanted to emphasize his consistent effort and contribution to the clan. He might not always be on Telegram, but he still finds ways to step up and contribute in a number of ways. Good work, Ranarr, and keep it up!

Qyreia served as my (only) magistrate for nearly a year until his resignation. In that time, Qyreia learned about the medal and promotion recommendation processes, how competitions work, and generally - how the MAA office works.

The MAA Office is a little different from other DC offices, our large projects (or even any projects) come once every few years – and little projects are once or twice a year. The real work of the MAA Office comes in the day to day work of approving and denying medal requests, processing appointments and resignations, managing competitions (and manually editing competitions) – and knowing the nuances of our database to make competitions work (for instance, switching competition archetypes to allow manual addition of participants, and then switching it back). The biggest contribution Qyreia has made, and truly – every magistrate, praetor and MAA makes – are the discussions that occur among the staff about medals and promotions. That happens with every single sacramental award (and many of the merit), every equite and higher promotion – that is where the bulk of the work occurs.

In addition, Qyreia spent a great deal of time going through every Master at Arms related Wiki article. From the policies pages (the main one), to stale dated pages, to the rank pages. This effort took quite a bit of time, and was invaluable in two ways: First, it was a separation of the wheat from the chaff for all the MAA documentation that is out there. Second, and even more importantly: Qyreia had a new person's view, not the view of a person who has been involved in the medal and promotion system for many years (or in some cases....many decades). It was absolutely invaluable to have things that Teylas and I (and likely others) just took for granted as making sense - because we could fill in the unwritten gaps - that did not make sense. Thank you for that.

For all the work with the MAA Office, it is my pleasure to award Qyreia a Sapphire Blade! Congratulations, Qyreia!

Baelor/Raiju's service on the Fist staff over the past nine months has been nothing short of extraordinary. Baelor is hard working, reliable, and thinks outside the box when helping to build competition content for members. He has been instrumental in keeping up with multiple competitions, updates to the wiki, updates to the Fist-owned Shadow Academy courses, and maintaining my high standard for activity monitoring and approval.

Since joining the staff, Baelor has personally organized and managed 11 competitions as part of the Fist monthly gaming events. Baelor was a jack of all trades, running everything from normal gaming events, PvP ladders, flash and mobile games. Through his hard work, Baelor ensured that each month the club's gamers were challenged in new and exciting ways. On top of this, he assisted me with the management of the Elder Scrolls Online and Apex: Legends test events. Even though neither of these games were chosen for full support, he still put forth considerable time and effort to review submissions, track average playtime, and provided recommendations to myself and the P:Fist for cluster values in the event the games made it through the testing phase.

Baelor helped to manage the myriad of Fist-owned Shadow Academy courses by taking on the Docent responsibilities for the Lightsaber studies and Starfighter Studies courses. Baelor did an exceptional job of revamping both courses to ensure that the outdated and non-canon Legends material was replaced with the relevant canon material.

Since joining the staff, Baelor has approved hundreds of gaming activities. He has reviewed and processed over 220 PvE/PvO activities and 26 PvP activities, all well within the 24 hour timeframe I require for approval. Baelor is also an active gamer and is one of the true ambassadors of gaming for our members. He is active, driven, and motivated in everything he does to make gaming better for our club and its members.

It is my privilege to award him with his very first sacramental award.

Congratulations, Baelor. Thank you for everything you have done during your time on staff.

Grand Inquisitor Arden Karn di Plagia
Primary reason

TuQ’uan - or TuQ, as we all call him - has far more going for him than just a sweet hat. He’s been a stalwart in Plagueis since well before I was Consul and continues to be a key part of the team. Not only has he been a constant presence in the Plagueis Telegram channel, he’s also been an extremely active participant in all of our recent events. Over the past ten months, he’s participated in a total of 69 events and earned 13 crescents (3 Diamond, 1 Ruby, 5 Amethyst, and 4 Sapphire) as well as a Bronze Nova. He’s also been a highly active gamer in this period, earning more than a thousand Clusters of Fire, 16 Clusters of Earth, and 8 Pendants of Blood. If that wasn’t enough, he’s earned a further 21 Clusters of Ice, 20 Clusters of Ice, and 7 Scrolls of Foundation. But TuQ is about far more than his activity alone.

TuQ has been part of the leadership team in Plagueis for the entire period since his last promotion. For 2 months he served as the Rollmaster of Plagueis. When circumstances shifted in the clan with the departure of some other long time leaders, TuQ gladly stepped up and took over the Quaestorship of House Karness Muur where he’s served since the beginning of August. He’s been a key part of driving activity in Karness Muur through a number major events, most especially the Rite of Supremacy: Meridian. TuQ has also put up regular and informative reports which help kept his fellow Muurians up to date.

Beyond simply participating events, TuQ has been an important part of running clan events the past few months. TuQ helped out by running several events to celebrate the new year. More recently, TuQ co-organized one of the weeks of the Operation: Antiquity. His events have always been interesting and well organized. To top it all off, TuQ just recently earned his first Scroll of the Master for helping Fenrir along the path to Knighthood.

In the end, TuQ straight up makes Plagueis a better and richer place. He’s constantly helping make the unit a better place and is a good personal friend. While I’ll let Ronovi go into more details, but TuQ has also been the linchpin in the continued success of the PlagCast, Clan Plagueis’s podcast. Overall, he’s a cool bloke and deserves his first Sacramental award.

Good show, sir! Keep it up!

~Arden Karn Dread Lord of Plaguies.

Grand Inquisitor Arden Karn di Plagia, 2019-04-23 01:40:52 UTC
Additional reasons

While Arden has spoken at length about the accomplishments of TuQ’uan Varick, I want to focus more on the person. In the past year or so that I’ve known TuQ, I have been inspired by his optimism, his energy, his enthusiasm, and his willingness to work hard and help out. His assistance in multiple clan events - even when I bet he’d rather be participating in them! - has aided us tremendously in building competitions that are fun and engaging for our clan’s membership.

TuQ’s warmth and kindness also help greatly in both recruiting and retaining new members. He is one of the first go-to’s for newcomers, and he regularly sends out thoughtful and informational emails, giving rookies the 101 on how to get acquainted with the Brotherhood. He has also been a fantastic partner and mentor to our newer leaders, including our Aediles, as they step into higher leadership being much more prepared than usual thanks to TuQ’s presence and support.

And who can forget TuQ’s amazing work on the PlagCast? Even when he is not able to attend a podcast session, he is always happy to edit our slogs of conversations, making them palatable and enjoyable to listen to. Editing is a thankless job most of the time, so I am especially happy to offer my gratitude here.

Above all, I consider TuQ a dear friend. He’s a good leader, a good man, and of course, a good wifey (or husband, I guess)! I am honored to be able to continue working with him, watching as he builds Karness Muur up to greater heights, interacts with the membership, and provides his songs of the day. Thank you for everything, TuQ, and enjoy your new blue knife!

Dread Lord’s Wrath

General Ronovi Tavisaen, 2019-04-23 01:39:30 UTC

Since his last elevation to Raider, TuQ has continued to serve diligently over the last 10 months in his role as one of the two Magistrate’s to the Voice. He has helped approve 68 character sheets, accounting for around 15% of the total workfload over that time period. This metric, of course, does not reflect the amount of time, effort, and care TuQ puts into his remands or suggestions when helping members to get their sheets approved in a timely manner. HIs easy going demeanor helps deter antagonistic reactions to remands of members character sheets, drawing positive feedback from both new and returning members making either their first character sheet, or making edits to their existing ones. TuQ is calm, patient, and understanding and represents the Voice office in a positive light. I trust his abilities and know that he appraises each character sheet with the same level of scrutiny and detail that I would myself.

In his role as Magistrate, TuQ is also involved in weekly discussions about Fiction System documentation and policies. His voice is a valued opinion and helps me make informed decisions about policy updates and changes to the benefit of our members. He is also diligent with managing the competitions queue, making sure members are following the guidelines with their submissions and making sure Clusters of Ice are reported in the correct manner.

Having TuQ on staff is a blessing, and I know that combined with his work for his Clan, he has more than earned this merit achievement. Thanks for everything you do, TuQ.

Primary reason

Lucine Vasano is one of the most incredible leaders I’ve had the honor of working with in this club. She is consistently trying to help her members, encouraging them to new heights and to try to fight their expectations by doing things outside of their perceived comfort zones. She’s spent the last 11 months since her promotion working tirelessly, helping create the ongoing narrative for her House which has helped drive their impressive numbers. On this same note, she’s helped organize 17 competitions, many of them the month-long series events that have helped shape House Qel-Droma’s fictional identity this past year.

On her personal achievements, she’s participated in an impressive 118 competitions, netting herself 15 Crescents (2 Ruby, 6 Amethyst, 3 Sapphire, 4 Emeralds) as well as 93 Clusters of Ice for 6 ACC matches, 9 Fiction events, and 3 Run-On posts. She also had her last ACC judgment in this time before stepping down from Judge to focus on her House and her real-life obligations. She also picked up 20 Clusters of Graphite, 3 Legion of the Scholars, and passed 3 Shadow Academy Courses.

Lucine has been an impressive leader, taking to the front and showing her people how to be active, while providing the opportunities for them to be active. She more than deserves this award, and I’m more than happy to see her receiving it. Congratulations, Lucine!

Additional reasons

I can’t explain how proud I am of Lucine and what she’s done for Arcona’s House Qel-Droma. I recruited Lucine a few years ago, I ensured she would receive guidance from an experienced member and expected a few months maybe a year of her having fun and doing a few comps here or there. Instead, it turns out that she would become an integral member of Arcona’s summit.

She has worked tirelessly to engage and inspire the members of her House to participate, compete with an intention to win. She has done this with every intention of moving on one day from her current role and continuing to contribute. I’ll allow others to speak to the specifics of numbers, service, etc. I want to focus on saying thank you on behalf of Arcona for all that you have done and will do in the future.

Uji Tameike / The Log Proconsul of Arcona

Fist Uji Tameike, 2019-04-12 03:53:34 UTC

Of all the Aediles I have worked alongside during my leadership tenure, none have been as highly dedicated to their House as Lucine Vasano. When I entered my name into the running for Quaestor I could not have imagined a more perfect teammate to work alongside as the fiery redhead. From the first conversation we had as a newly paired House Summit I stated my intentions of her being my equal and partner in the running of Qel-Droma and she took to the role like a fish in the water.

I can always count on her to assist me in creating very detailed and informative reports that give our House members the credit they deserve, and the data they need and want. She keeps me on my A-Game, always pushing me to be the best Quaestor that I can be. Not only do I see her as a loyal and trusted partner, but as a true and inspiring friend.

As Aedile Lucine has written half of every report and the majority of our House fiction. She took the lead on running the Qel-Droma event “A Shadowport in Shambles”, and has worked side by side with me to run the current Qel-Droma event “The Great Heist. Lucine stepped up in a big way, running the House almost on her own when my 2nd child was born two weeks ago and I was not around as much to keep things moving. She also was instrumental in the creation of the “Dawn Conclave”, a new antagonistic force for our House to compete with.

Lucine is a constant presence on Telegram, always available to answer questions for her fellow House and Clan members. She is a symbol of constant support, and is always happy to assist with proofreading, and whatever else is needed. She works to keep a strong open dialogue with her House, making sure that she knows the wants/needs/desires of the members, and then works to ensure they are met.

I could think of no other person I would want by my side as Aedile, so I will say thank you Lucone Vasono and congratulations on your well deserved Sapphire Blade.

Primary reason

Alara Deathbane is, despite the name, a ray of sunshine and joy to have in Arcona. She’s taken to her new Clan well, making even more friends then she already had here and participating with great zeal despite her hectic school schedule. A regular partaker of the Spectre Cell RP nights, she’s managed to establish her identity and we are grateful to have her with us.

Since her promotion, Alara has been a solid force in the DB. She took the time and effort to organize an impressive 30 competitions, almost exclusively in her old Clan. She also, as Quaestor for 9 months (writing 7 reports in that time to keep her people informed) participated in 90 competitions, showing her members that she could lead by example.

In that time she participated in 2 PvP and 1 PvE event, earning herself 9 Clusters of Fire. She also wrote 6 Run-On posts and just shy of 8 thousand words, picking up 22 Clusters of Ice! Her art-ting skills earned her an additional 34 Clusters of Graphite. She also took time to take (and pass) 5 Shadow Academy Courses and earned herself a Bronze Nova and 13 Crescents (including 1 Ruby, 5 Amethyst, 4 Sapphire, 2 Emerald, and 1 Topaz)!

I’m still getting to know Alara, as she’s still a relatively fresh face in Arcona, so I don’t have as much to say here as I’d like on personal achievements. I can say that I”m proud of her and ecstatic that she chose us as her new home and am extremely pleased with her performance as a member of our Clan! I also fully believe that she’s earned herself her first Sacramental by dedicating her time, energy, and heart to the art of leadership. Congratulations, Alara, I am so proud to have you with us!

Additional reasons

I love saying that we staved off a previous attempt to award this gal, because we knew she’d get herself some more activity as a Gal(erian) and bump up the shiny. Well, the waiting has paid off.

“But wait, there’s more!” Billy Mayes says with his last breath. Alara is pointedly active in her new home of Arcona, House Galeres, and Battleteam Spectre Cell. She is a regular of the Telegram chats and an active participant in the weekly roleplay events we hold therein. She’s a positive influence as much in-character as out-of-character, helping even the more hesitant members to step up and play with the other, louder kids on the proverbial playground. While I can’t speak to her time as Rollmaster (a brief 21 days) and Quaestor (9 months) in her previous Clan, I know the good stuff she’s done since joining us.

As such, I am recommending her for a Sapphire Blade.

Moff Alethia Archenksova
Primary reason

Ka Tarvitz has been an exceptional member of Odan-Urr for quite some time. In terms of pure activity he has been a consistent and solid rock for House Hoth, whether it be large scale events (GJW, RoS, Clan) or normal everyday events. Since his last recognition in march, he has participated in 76 competitions, all of which are a wide variety of types. Simply put, he does whatever is needed to help the clan regardless of type, something that we greatly appreciate. Whilst doing these competitions he racked up an impressive tally of awards. They include the following: 2 Gold Nova, 24 Seals of Fury, 1 Crescent with Diamond Star, 4 Crescents with Ruby Star, 13 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 9 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 1 Crescent with Emerald Star, 4 Crescents with Topaz Star, 91 Clusters of Fire, 86 Clusters of Ice, and 32 Clusters of Graphite. Note that if you add up these awards for placement, Tarvitz has placed in a staggering 34/76 competitions. Even more impressive, he had full participation during the recent Rite of Supremacy and worked extra hard to acquire 2 Gold Nova, beating out the rest of the Dark Brotherhood.

In addition to his competitions, he has completed a number of other diverse activities. He has completed 3 PvP matches, 7 PvE matches, 1 ACC battle, 17 fiction activities, 33319 words of fiction, 9033 words for run on posts, 6 shadow academy courses, and 18 news post comments. Besides numbers, which are quite impressive by themselves, it’s important to note that they tell a story of a member who has done almost everything he can do to support Odan-Urr. He’s been there for every event, hit every bin, answered every call for increased activity, and put forth 200% for any events solidly in his skill zone. That’s exaggeration but if you’ve ever worked on a team with him you’ll know why I used that number. From the Rite of Supremacy example, he already had several pages worth of well thought out draft material for a competition that asked for very few. If you’ve ever seen his battleplans, their detail and complexity are legendary and more often than always place high, if not first place. He’s never merely content to do the bare minimum but instead uses the vast depth of his Star Wars knowledge in its fullness to present the best possible strategies. Last example for now, though there are certainly more, he once put together and painted a model ship for an art competition in exquisite detail. He could have simply opened notepad and doodled but instead he chose to painstakingly paint and construct small pieces with accuracy and dedication to final product that few can rival.

Lastly, Tarvitz does more for his clan than simply numbers of competition submissions. I’d like to point out a few and leave the rest for my fellow clan leaders below. First and foremost, Tarvitz is an excellent helper to his fellow clanmates. He is whatever we need him to be. At times he has been a wonderful cheerleader, prompting his fellow clanmates to participate more in both the recent GJW and the Rite of Supremacy. He readily helped his fellow clanmates with any questions or concerns they might have on competitions or official events. This also took the form of much needed Star Wars advice, such as which ships to pick or lightsaber forms or historical knowledge on past events (clan lore, SW lore). Tarvitz also helped willingly, to the full breadth of his knowledge, and unless time prevented him from doing so with his full dedication. None of this should be taken lightly. On behalf on Odan-Urr and the help he has offered myself, we are greatly indebted to his advice and assistance. Secondly, Tarvitz has always actively engaged in the Odan-Urr community. Whenever I’ve hosted Cards against Humanity events or related ones he almost always showed up, even if the time wasn’t the most convenient. Whenever clan fiction questions were brought up, he would would take the time to answer them.

In short, Tarvitz is a great multi-faced asset for the clan. I haven’t listed everything or it would go on for several pages so I’ll let you read it in more readable chunks below. Based on everything above and below, I highly recommend that Ka Tarvitz receive a Sapphire Blade for his service, dedication, and achievements. My friend, you more than deserve it.

Additional reasons

Blade’s recommendation was very comprehensive, and it’s a testament to the sheer breadth of Tarvitz’s contributions that I can come up with anything else at all to add. Everyone who’s spent any amount of time in unit leadership knows that it’s difficult at best to find members who are eager to step up for unglamorous, unpositioned project work, and even harder to find ones who will follow through with the task. While his massive pile of gold novae and crescents and his unparalleled activity speak for themselves, his work on the wiki and COU lore building are easily taken for granted.

This includes some minor, admittedly low-effort activities. For example, Tarvitz maintained the article for his battleteam after its creation, added links to missing official fictions to the Twelfth Great Jedi War article on multiple occasions, and fixed my own stupid typos. These are obviously not the sort of contributions that earn a sacramental award by themselves, but I do think it is important to realize that in a club with hundreds of active members, I can count the number of people who take the moment to fix an error on a someone else’s page on one hand. This is a small and very easily overlooked trait, but one that I think perfectly illustrates Tarvitz’s character.

Speaking of easily overlooked, I am ashamed to admit that one of his more concrete additions to clan lore was not even mentioned in his EQ2 promotion or last merit award, much less properly highlighted. Notable Fauna: Strokera, his thorough write-up of the wildlife on House Hoth’s planet, Solyiat, was the primary accomplishment of Hoth’s wiki working group as other pages and updates fell through. Despite the lack of formal recognition for this, he has continued to contribute, first through the creation of the Wildcards page, and more recently with more work on Solyiat that Jael will discuss.

There are many members who improve Odan-Urr through their enthusiasm and activity, and several who volunteer to do a lot of hard work as part of a position. Tarvitz is almost unique in his willingness to step up and generate content for his fellows, proofread fictions, share knowledge, and generally act like a leader while steadfastly refusing anything resembling a prestigious title. We would be worse off without him.

Moff Alethia Archenksova, 2019-01-06 23:19:18 UTC

Since I’ve known Tarvitz in COU and Hoth, he has been a fiercely dedicated person to the house and the clan. He has shown great strides to work upon the Wikipedia for an article that measured 15 pages as a Google document to introduce fauna and flora on Solyiat, Hoth’s current planet, without it being required of him. Aside from this addition to the information provided in previous recommendations, I speak to the highlights and positives of Tarvitz in that he has always been a very helpful and engaged member as well as a great friend. He has always sought out to assist me, even as a regular member before I got involved with leadership. He has expressed his appreciation and value into my own opinion when it comes to things like character creation. I know Tavitz as someone who takes a lot of pride in his own creations so this means a lot to me. He has also given me advice on a personal level which makes me feel like he not only cares about the health of the house overall, but also the members within. Tarvitz is highly intelligent and very empathic to those around him. I hope that he knows he is well appreciated and accepts this award for all that he has done.

Primary reason

I’m running out of novel ways to talk about Brimstone (sorry, the Chiss spellings always drive me nuts). He’s, quite simply, a beast. Not only is he consistently active in both large events and day to day competitions, but he’s and ever present motivator for others in the unit In merely the last 6 months, Brimstone has competed in 101 competition. This includes all 10 events in the Nightmare Before Sithmas and 12 events in RoS: Meridian. For those efforts, he’s earned 12 Crescents (1 Diamond, 2 Ruby, 3 Amethyst, 5 Sapphire, and one Emerald). He’s also earned 50 Clusters of Earth, 8 Clusters of Ice, and 14 Clusters of Graphite for his work.

To me though, what Brimstone brings to the clan isn’t something that just expressed by numbers. While he doesn’t hold a formal leadership role, Brimstone leads by example anyway. By his sheer presence and determination, he encourages other members to push themselves and contribute to the clan during events and the like. In fact, in Plagueis, we’ve coined the term “Brimstoning” to describe performing admirably in an event with limited resources and/or pushing through adversity. Lately, this term has been pushed to a whole new level as Brimstone has been continuing to recover from a major accident that, among other things, has had long term impacts on his vision. I can scarcely imagine trying to write a run-on post or play a flash game if I couldn’t see straight, but Brimstone does it anyway. That level of dedication to a group like ours is something I constantly stand in awe of.

So, in conclusion, keep up the good work Brimstone.

Additional reasons

Even when dealing with eyes that refuse to work properly - even when undergoing multiple surgeries and trips to the doctor - even when everything seems to be going against his ability to be active - Brimstone stays active. Not only does he show up for Plagueis events, but he also serves as a representative of our clan through DB-wide events. His second place overall standing in the Nightmare Before Sithmas event is also proof of his diligence when it comes to not just showing up, but also showing effort.

As Arden has gone through the logistics quite well, what I can mainly focus on in my rec is, once again, how Brimstone serves as a role model for every Brotherhood member to live up to. Brimstone is not just a participant, but a mentor as well. He asks hard questions, advocates for both himself and his clanmates, and makes his opinion known to other leaders. But he’s not just spouting his opinion for the sake of it; he thinks of his needs and other members’ needs, working to support those who desire guidance or understanding from either unit leaders or Dark Councillors. His presence on Telegram, which includes his frequent check-ins as he returns to full health and vision - is consistent and refreshing. And while we do not always agree on things, he shows immense respect for his clan and his leaders, even if perhaps he is not on the same page as them.

Brimstone has come a seriously long way since we first met in Tarentum. I am happy to recommend a second Sapphire Blade as a result of his hard work and continual dedication to the club. Keep on Brimstonin’, my man!

Brimstone. Brimstone is a force to be reckoned with, whether it’s in real life or in the club he doesn’t let anything stop him (or hell, even slow him down!). No matter what comes his way Brim keeps his head high and continues to prove to us why we call it “Brimstoning”. One of the things that blows me away the most about Brimstone is not the impressive amount of competitions he has participated in (which is a lot) nor his placements, but it’s the fact that he continues to try new things and expand his horizons. I can always count seeing Brim both participating in and “cheerleading” for events but he refuses to stop there and participates in a wide variety of competitions all across the club.

It always brings a smile to my face to see Brim’s name pop up, whether it’s in emails from the Shadow Academy where he is satiating his thirst for knowledge or in telegram where his is pushing members to do the best that they possibly can. Brim is a leader without a title, always pushing both himself and others, and it is my pleasure to recommend him for a Sapphire Blade. Keep up the stellar work, Brim!

Primary reason

Xantros is the kind of member that combines excellent community contribution with an incredible record of site activity. Since Xantros' last recognition, he has entered 108 competitions, hosting a further 11. The 22 fiction activities he's entered in this time add up to 21,271 words. He's also earned 85 clusters of fire during this time, as well as 15 seals of fury.

Xantros is a pillar of the CSP community. A member that's always around on Telegram, always visible, always active, and always coming up with new ideas. Consistently active in both the activities the club provides and in providing activities for others through competition hosting, Xantros is essential to the running of Scholae Palatinae and we're lucky to have him with us.

Additional reasons

Xantros, Xantros Xantros! I have so many great things to say about Xantros. When he's not being active on Telegram, he is almost always working on projects, competitions, or asking for new projects or competition ideas. Now that he's Battle Team Leader for Tacitus Athanasius, he already dove head first into leading it with fresh pace by producing a news report and commenting Eight times on other reports. He has written 21,271 words of fiction which is absolutely INSANE! He has passed 5 Shadow Academy Courses and [co]organized 10 competitions*. This isn't even including the amount he's participated in... 107 competitions! Xantros, you are an outstanding leader and a wonderful wonderful friend! Thank you for all that you do, and thank you for having fun here in the DJB and allowing others to join in on your fun, too.
